Two weeks ago I went to change my front tire, they were friendly and had affordable prices...I will definitely return to change my other tires. I hope the price stays the same

So they put two new tires on my SUV the next day my tire flies off and messes up my vehicle, and they refuse not to fix it. They didn t tighten up the Lugnuts I would not recommend going to this place. !!!!!!

It was the only place open at the time all other businesses closed at 5 so I had no choice but to let them change my tire and although services was quick, they screwed the lugs so tight he broke my key off onto the lug.

I bought a used tire for $42 from the older guy who is probably the boss. I went back a couple of months later in my work uniform and it was just three younger guys in there. After he puty tire on , he said $50 . I said what happened to the $42. He said it's either $45 or $50 and mines was 50. I just gave the $50. I regret not getting my receipt . Other than that it's an ok place to go. They also sell new tires too

I was referred here and was so impressed the first visit that I kept coming back. What would probably cost you $80 at another shop cost me $15 here, plus I was in and out in no longer than 15 minutes. Definitely recommend this spot

I ve gone to this place multiple times over the years and never had any problems but my last visit with them exceeded any expectations. I was getting turned away at other tire shops to get help putting a plug in my tire due to some previous damage on the tire. I know that the previous damage wasn t bad because I had brought my car in for new tires and was told my tire was fine. This shop is the one that actually listened to me say the tires back story. Even though I could see the same hesitancy as other shops they still did what they needed to do to help me figure out where my leak was coming from. Turns out my tire really wasn t that damaged and I was on my way home in 10 minutes with my tire patched up. So where others were very careless and lazy they took the time to do anything they can. Not to mention that I came in all within their last hour of closing, these men were delightful to receive help from.

Was needing new tires for my fiance car, in a hurry. Went to the location on Cameron Street, not very professional or customer service oriented but what can you expect from a tire shop. Told them I needed 2 tires and was told $80 for used retread tires or $220 for new. I was wearing of retread so I called my friend right there and he assured me retread tires are as reliable as most brand new. $220 was ridiculous. Going to a major tire outlet wouldn't have cost nearly that much for her car. I agreed on the retread tires and had a conversation with the guy running the place and he even assured me that it was good quality and safe. Mind you I told them I was in a tremendous rush and had to be on the road to Jacksonville, Florida in a few hours. It took about an hour and they told me it was ready after standing around with no clean place to sit. I went to the "office" area to pay and was told $440. I asked what happened to the $80 tires and he replied these are the new ones. I am now in a fury because they knew I was in a horrible rush and knew I was in a tight window and took advantage of the fact if I wanted this rectified that would create a major problem for me. DO NOT COME HERE. They should have a written agreement before any work is done which I found irregular but had to trust them. Learned a valuable lesson. Never trust anyone in business dealing on their word. Get it in writing because these people will pay the screws to you as hard as they can.

They took care of my car's blown tire when other places were already closing. Hard working people. Used tires looking good as new and economically priced. This is the place to go.

This is not about service, but about customer satisfaction/ friendliness. My daughter and I were headed back home to Houston. I called 10 min before they closed asking if they could stick around a few extra minutes to help me. I have run flat tires and 1 tire blew out. I couldn t make it to Houston from Lafayette. I begged and pleaded with them to stay open just a bit longer to help me out so I could get home. Well, long story short, they said that if I wasn t there by 8 pm they couldn t help. I was literally 15 min away, I would have made it by 8:05 pm. I just pray that they don t have a wife/significant other/family/friend in a similar situation. One ounce of kindness goes a long way.

They were very fast. I pulled up and they put me a new tire on in 5 minutes. The man was nice and did his job well. Other people were there getting tires as well and they did their tires just as fast as mine. Im not sure but i am hoping they have a insurance policy incase something happens to my tires. I got a used tire but hopefully it does the job. It was 35 dollars for 1 used tired which is not a bad deal. I will go back to them for the other 3 tires if this one holds up well.

Straight and to the point, and honestly, I love that. Not much for conversations and other business, just pull up and change those balding tires.Pro tip: Bring cold hard cash. Cash only business. These is an ATM in the building, though.Roughly $40 a tire, by the way.

It s not particularly nice, nor are they particularly friendly, but at the end of the day you do wind up with a tire on your car that functions. I would check expectations of customer service at the door, but the do good work for cheaper than 90% of places in Lafayette.

These guys were incredible. Lost a tire on the interstate. Pulled into their shop at 7 PM. I was out of there by 7:30. Fast efficient very affordable. Highly recommend the shop

Sam was so busy near closing and he had a friend come on site and help my young college students who were stranded with NO spare. Service was above and beyond!! Highly recommend!!

They sold me a dry rotted tire. Price is great but not for a rotten tire. Wish I had realized sooner because since they only work in cash I don't have a reciept to be able to get it fixed. Super disappointing considering how many people recommend this place

Great place to buy tires , The staff are friendly and very helpful . The prices are very reasonable . I bought a used tire here that looked brand new for a good price . They will always have my business . Go check them out I promise u will be satisfied

Very rude! I bought two used tires and less than a week later one of them started to go flat. When I brought my car back to get a new tire they were very rude and insisted that I pay for a whole new tire. I will not be returning.

I strongly recommend NOT USING THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS! I I ASKED FOR FACTORY RECOMMENDED TIRE SIZE WHERE THEY TRIED TO PUT A DIFFERENT SIZE SO I CORRECTED THEM. UPON PAYMENT I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT WHERE I THEN NOTICED THEY PUT A DIFFERENT SIZE THAN I REQUESTED BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T HAVE ANY TIRES THE SIZE I NEEDED. THE NEXT DAY MY TIRE WAS FLAT SO I WENT BACK TO THEN WHERE THEY PROCEEDED TO SHOW ME THE CRACK ON MY RIM. WHICH WASN'T THERE PRIOR TO MY VISIT THERE. THEY ALSO DIDN'T BALANCE MY TIRES LIKE THEY ASSURED ME THAT THEY WOULD. THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISHONEST.

LAZY! The other reviews are lies or written by the staff.The man tells me he doesnt have my tire when i saw 4) of them in the shop while walking around for an hour waiting on someone to acknowledge that i was even there. On top of this I was told over the phone that they had my tire before i drove the hour over here. LOUSY UNPROFESSIONAL! Just what to expect from a BUNCH OF MINORITIES
