There are not enough words I can say about this business. They went up and beyond for me. I needed a tire to get since I was visiting and had a long drive home with a spare. Since they couldn't repair my tire and didn't have a comparable one, they called several places to help me locate one. This is why everyone should do business with them. Thank you!!!

The best place to go to for any of your vehicle needs. Everyone is so pleasant to deal with. They won t ever tell you need something just for a sale. They will let you know you don t have to have something done now but they do give you a timeframe that it should be done. They are awesome

Friendly personal and clean building and showroom. Work was completed in a timely manner and they called me as soon as I could pick up my vehicle. I will continue to use this location for my automobile maintenance and repairs.

Ross Tire has been consistently the best auto service site that I have experienced in Lafayette, La. They do high quality repair work for a fair price while at the same time exhibiting an impeccable degree of morality! No one should bother looking anywhere else for tire or car repair service.

I'm sorry I'm not sorry, but this place is very unprofessional and they cheat people. I brought my truck in there to check my front axle to see if it was bent. They didn't even check that and charged me over $4000 for new tires and whatever other parts they fixed stating that they were bent. When I asked about whether they found if the axle was bent, they diverted and brought up another issue, gave me a charge of $800 and when I brought it back in, the charge was over $1500. For the life of me, I swear they were not even interested in servicing me and were very rude to me and my family but smiled for every other person who walked in the building, who were white, seriously. I only left my truck there because I really thought I had a big issue, which turned out to be minor but cost me and arm and a leg! Never again will these people get my business, ever!!!!!!!!

In the past month I have purchased 4 tires for my F250 along with new brakes and rotors, two tires for the utility trailer, and 4 new tires on the boat trailer.Always great efficient service.Been a customer for 25 years.

Poor customer service and lack of acknowledgement brought my car there for a starter repair I managed to call before I went and they assured me to bring it in , I walked in and the guy sitting behind the desk at the time didn t acknowledge me or asked me if I needed help a few more people walked in and that is when he proceeded to start helping but instead he pointed to the women behind me who walked in after me & who were also waiting behind me and asked her what she needed he then said he thought I was there to pick up a car but how would you think that if you didn t asked , once explaining the problem they put my car on the diagnosis test and they swore they didn t find anything another guy came from the back of the shop once my car was lowered back down & handed me my keys well he kinda threw them on the desk not handed them to me, the next day I went to a different shop & indeed it was the starter that needed repaired , if you re women make sure a male presence is with you before going there !!!

PSA: They are currently 2 days behind in diagnostics jobs and they do not take appointments. The gentleman at the desk was very honest and straight forward in telling me they couldn't help. I did appreciate the honesty, so at least I didn't waste my time. I wish they could see that they are sending good business and money out the door. I have used Ross before and I appreciate Ross' good old fashion business tactics, but when you are that backed up, it seems like it might be wise to at least set appointments until you can get caught up.To the Owner: Thank you for your response to my review. Unfortunately, the option of bringing it back was not presented to me during my visit. I would have not been opposed to that, but it was communicated to me that your business was operated on a first come first serve basis and that they did not take appointments. It seems like there was some miscommunication or misunderstanding. I understand business is business and respect your right to operate as you wish. I have not necessarily had bad experience with your establishment in the past, but believe the public (people such as myself in the community have a right to know that you are overwhelmed with work at this time and simply may not be able to provide services). I consider many factors when I choose where to have my vehicle serviced. I remember who sees me as a person and has my back in time of need and usually return there first. I do appreciate your staff's transparency and honesty in telling me they were simply unavailable to help, even though it was disappointing. It was clearly observable that they were truly overwhelmed.

Poor customer service and rude. Came in for a tire repair and was never acknowledged. Both lady and man behind the counter walked around fumbling through papers even after the previous customer had left. Never even looked my way and I was at the counter. Needless to say I took my business elsewhere and will never return. Piss poor service and blatant disregard. I would recommend Delta Tire down the street.

I can always expect an honest evaluation, and a fair price at Ross Tire and Service. Not to mention the awesome work they do. I will not bring either one of my vehicles anywhere else. I would recommend anyone to try Ross Tire and Service for all their tires, and any mechanical work !!!!

These guys are great. My tire sensor came on so I thought I had nail. They checked everything and no nail. They added air and made sure everything was balanced. They did not charge me anything. He said he couldn t charge me for air. Honesty goes a long way!! Highly recommend their services!!!

Ross Tire is the only place I trust when it comes to my car. Charles (I believe it is Charles with the cool beard!), is so kind and helpful. They always find the cheapest (in a good way!) fixes to any issues I have. Great local business!
