So my stock rims on my Lincoln MKS were in bad shape as were my tires. I called Rim Pros and set up a time I could come by. They gave me several choices of the bronze rims I wanted as well as a brand new set of tires. To top it off my windows needed tint as well and that was all done and installed quickly and done right. My car looks better than I could have imagined. All thanks to Lauren and the crew at Lafayette Rim Pro. It is the only place I will take my vehicles.

I had a blowout on the way to a doctor appointment and unbeknownst to me, the Lugnuts on my car were the kind that lock and I did not have a key because the dealership that sold me the car didn t give me one so therefore AAA was not able to help me with changing the tire. After calling around to a few different places. I finally found this spot here and they were able to change my tire, sold me a key so that this won t happen again and I ll be able to take the Lugnuts off plus both women behind the counter were super helpful and very friendly. They saved me because I don t know what else I would ve done had I not been able to get my tire fixed.

Just made a visit to put that custom iron on the ready whip and I was very satisfied with the process of purchasing through acima . listen on driip get your custom ware for your auto through this group quit capping with weekly headache someone you gave your whole life history for iron ..Really you know who we talkn bout no bar given to it ..go to Rim Pros period in that order

Bought some 26s for my Tahoe back in 2008. Had the wheels for about a week and they stole them back . I had a lil scratch on them . The next day after they got stolen , they were back on the showroom floor .

I had 24" rims installed on my 300C by Rim Pros years ago... They were professional, thorough, and FAST. When I pulled up to pick the car up, they had it parked on display like it was something special - all shined up. Awesome awesome awesome business. The owners should be absolutely proud of there employees. I bought 2.5k worth of rims and tires and it was money well spent. Love it.

Worst service in my years of living in lafayette. Ordered a tire, on a Thursday and they said it would be there the following day. When I went there to get the tire put on they had my car in the back for over a hour and 20 minutes. So when I finally got impatient and asked if they are almost done, the guy went in the back and then came and told me that the guys can't find the tire and all they were doing along was laughing and having fun and not taking care of customers. I don't think I've ever written a review on here but this needs to be public. I'll never go back I promise you that. Very unprofessional.

This place is the BEST for wheels and tires! Absolutely great service and selection. Turnaround time to get your wheels and tires are also phenomenal! Jason is the person to work with! He was very knowledgeable and did an awesome job meeting and exceeding my expectations of my purchase. This is the type of business to not use only for one purchase...you ll want to use them for ALL other vehicle needs and customization.

I really wanna give this veteran run business 5 stars. it's just 50/50 what happens when you get there. like today I got quoted $120 to slap 2 tires on 2 rims not even on the car. Plus couldn't be done today. That being said if you aren't in a hurry the guys in back do quality work and as a whole a good shop .

Great customer service and the owner is so friendly and helpful. I was nervous to go in and choose the necessary tires/wheels needed, but the staff put me right at ease and saved me $$! I m a forever customer!

Had them install a cat back exhaust and a pedal power commander on my camaro. They did an amazing job and it was all better than I imagined! It s like a whole new car now! Would recommend to anyone looking to upgrade there ride

Not worth the wait literally. Ordered a set of rims left deposit. Coronavirus hits I understand things are slowing down 7 months later still no wheels but I m responsible for the freight fee that has to be paid so I m out of my deposit for me waiting on YOUR carrier. I felt I should be given my full deposit for waiting so long. You should pay for the restock and my waiting time.

Someone here doesn t know how to tighten lug nuts, beware when picking up your vehicle.Had my Benz rims powder coated here early September, looked great. Turns out a month later when I have a leak in the tire, the lug nuts are tightened WAY too much. And the locking lugs are destroyed beyond repair and cant be removed at all because the key cant handle the absurd torque needed to remove them. No space around the locks to do any of the DIY removals except for drilling them at great difficulty and/or expense.

Rim Pros is the only place I trust working on my truck. The customer service and equipment is top notch. Carl and Jared always go above and beyond to make me happy and my truck looking good. I definitely recommend them.

I brought my truck in because at 40 mph it starts shaking. Asked them to please fix whatever the issue was to stop the shaking. They said balance the tires then they said it was ball joints then they said I needed an alignment then they said it was the hub bearings. I feel like I got played out of my time and money. Needless to say my truck is still shaking but I m not going back in for round 5. I can t. They took all the money I had saved up.

I brought my boyfriend's truck to get a new tire because the one previously sold to him by Rim Pros was defective (which they refused to replace). They ordered a new tire, claiming 30 % discount ($180) and next day delivery. Tire didn't arrive for a couple of days. They said they were going to balance the tires after putting the new one on. He has 3 vehicles, so he hadn't driven the truck with the new tire and balance until today (a couple weeks later). As he was driving to work in it at 3am, as soon as he got up to about 65 to 70 mph the truck started shaking horribly!!! Rim Pros didn't balance the tires as they said they did. They've just lost a faithful customer. Guess they felt like getting over because I'm a woman.

Jared at Rimpros is the man. He will make sure you are taken care of and these people are the best in the business. I have been dealing with them for a very long time and they have always taken care of me. 100% honest and reliable. If you go anywhere else that's your mistake. These guys won't be beat.

I thought I was getting top notch service until 28 days later I discovered I was sold 5 defective tires with blown belts inside them. Even the spare which had never seen pavement contained a blown belt. Rim Pros also failed to properly balance the tires, which another shop told me would have proven the defective belts when attempting to balance at speed. Buyer beware owner is a con artist that has cost me over $880 dollars by choosing his shop.

DON'T DO BUSINESS HERE! This has been the worst experience I've ever had. I purchased a set of wheels that were "barely used" and "a great deal" is what he tells me then showed me one that was nice. After I paid the guy tells me that was a new wheel and the rest were scuffed and chipped. Of course he says no refund and I haven't even left with the wheels. They came with the wrong size tire which he lied about. So they ordered me new tires after fussing for 4 days. And after spending $700 on front end work thinking my car is acting up my mechanic tells me one tire is defective and rim pros refuses to replace it.

Let's just say I'm very hard to please and a tad bit OCD. The owner Carl definitely went above and beyond to make sure I was 1,000% satisfied with my wheel and tire package. It took a few tries with the right tire but I cant be more pleased. Thanks rim pros!!

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE in Lafayette. I went in planning in spending some money. After a ten minute wait of no one so much as looking at me, I walked up to the counter as they were finishing with another customer, only to have them walk away from me without a hello, f-you NOTHING! WOW! I will tell everyone I know about this experience. Ultimately brought my money elsewhere. Let's just say there's no competition....
