Great work, very pleased. I recently had my BMW serviced at this mechanic shop, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The owner demonstrated expertise and professionalism, ensuring my car was in top-notch condition. As a pleasant surprise, he also gifted me his award-winning hot sauce, adding a unique touch to his excellent service. 2014 VW Touareg TDI. Driving through MS in my way to TX my air conditioning went out late Friday evening, 100 - 108 F temps, day and night.Rick fit my car into his shop first thing Monday morning. He quickly diagnosed the problem as a bad blower motor. A replacement motor was not available locally (including the VW dealership). Rick set me up with a parts store in Houston that had the motor in stock and at a very reasonable price. I was able to pick up the motor Monday afternoon and through Rick's direction I installed it that evening. Cold air again!!!Rick also discovered a couple of important issues that I was not aware of. One in particular. Over a year ago I replaced the battery but I did not know it needed to be registered to the car. When a new battery is installed, battery registration essentially resets the charging parameters to account for a perfectly functional battery once again. Not registering the battery can lead to serious problems down the road.Rick is a seasoned auto repair veteran with reasonable pricing. Rick has my highest recommendation.Bo

What a great experience! Rick replaced the water pump on my Audi Q5. Perfect job! Rick is extremely professional and extremely knowledgable about (not only cars) but things in general. Rick is the only mechanic I've used for some 20 years now and I'm not about to change. I can't count the number of times I've used his service. Rick is very knowledgeable about any and all mechanical issues, honest, trustworthy, and affordable. I recommend Rick's foreign car repair to anyone & everyone. 2 other shops Checked my vehicle. A Mercedes ML350 both Said I need a transmission and alternator. Mr. Rick literally saved me thousands. No transmission or alternator was needed. The problem was something completely different. I Own a 08 BMW and I didn t know anyone that could do service work for me. Than I found Mr. Rick a awesome person and a awesome mechanic. I brought my car to him and I couldn t ask for better service better personally Mr. Rick is a god sent. All I have to say is if you own a foreign car and it needs anything look no further call Mr. Rick and bring it in. I promise you this, after you leave from there you need not worry no more. When I called the person on the phone did not seem to want to be bothered. I needed some service for my Benz. I needed service "A" done and Headlights realigned. After being on hold for about 7 minutes, someone picked up and said call me back in 25 minutes. I called Wedge and got an appointment. I am not saying Ricks is a bad shop but if my first interaction with them is like this, I am not sure I want to take a chance on such questionable service just over the phone.

The gentleman was so patient with me and didn't speak to me like I was incompetent I really love that. the lady at the desk was so kind and sweet.What I love most about this place is that it's affordable and he explains everything. I have a lot of work on my car so I'm definitely coming back to him. My first go-to mechanic that I trust was a success. Thank you again I thought I would have to miss days of work

Called into Rick's earlier today, guy answers and ask what issues I'm having. I begin to tell him and then tell him about a sensor I recently replaced, he rudely interrupts me and says, " I didn't ask you to diagnose." Thats all I needed to hear, conversation ended at that point. HIS initial rudeness probably will save me a lot of money in the longrun!! Stay away!!

Mr. Rick is a saint! He fixed the a/c on my Saab in no time just when I need it the most in this horrible heat! I highly recommend him for all foreign car owners!!
