Carlos does awesome work. I called in the morning, told me to bring my daughter s car right over, finished it within a few hours. Did an exceptional job. She was very pleased. Great price as well.

Amazing work. Was able to fit me in without appointment being in from out of state. Did such a good job on original vehicle brought my other one in the next day to have it done also. Work was definitely worth the price. Carlos was very responsive to my contact. He contacted me almost immediately after I entered my contact information on the 3rd of July.. Because of the Independence Day Holiday, I was expecting a call later in the week. Not only did he call right away but he was even able to give me an appointment the morning of the 4th! He He didn t want my daughter s headlights to be a danger to her any longer.His work was amazing! Having them restored made a tremendous difference - they re like new! He educated my daughter on how to maintain her lights restored condition. He made sure that she understood and had her give him the steps back. Great teacher.After driving last night, my daughter replied that her lights were great and that she could see the road and all of its hazards much clearer. We have peace of mind that she ll be safer on the road.Thanks Carlos.

All I can say is he did awesome work. I am going to bring my other vehicle to him. He explained everything to me is so much detail that I actually understood what he was saying. I am not good at all the car stuff but I understand how important it is to keep up your vehicle now. The lens on my headlights are so clear now and my daughter says she has more light now when she drives. Give him a try, he will not disappoint.

Carlos was very professional and does absolutely fantastic work. He was able to get this outstanding very high quality job done quick. If you are looking for quality and reasonable pricing PHR is the place to go. I would definitely will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone needing clean quick and good price tinting or headlight restoration. I cant stress enough, how amazing of a job Carlos does. Hes very nice and personable. Understanding and flexible with working to schedule you. Responds to any questions or concerns you have before and after tinting your windows. The consultation was very easy, he responds in a timely manner, and offers very reasonable pricing for the quality of work he puts out. This is definitely first pick for any future tinting.

Carlos was extremely nice and explained in detail the entire process of how he completes the headlight restoration process. The final product exceeded my expectations and looks great! It didn t take very long from start to finish and he communicates very well before during and after the service. For this price the outcome is definitely worth the money. Best place to get your vehicle tinted! Reached out to see availability and was able to bring my new vehicle in an hour. He is very flexible in time and days. He works on the weekends and after 5 PM which works perfectly for a working person like myself. Work is always impeccable! So far this is our 5th vehicle to have tinted. We don t plan on going anywhere but here!

My niece was in town from North Carolina and I noticed the headlights on her 2005 Toyota Camry had yellowed a good bit. She keeps the car clean and looking good all the time, but hadn't noticed the yellowed lights. So, I Googled and found PHR was close to me and was able to get an appointment the same day. We were happy and very pleased with the finished job done by Carlos, the owner. Also, Carlos took the time to explain how to maintain the lights and gave her some especially made cleaner for the lights to carry home. The picture says it all.
