I brought my car to check wiring for a radar detector and to fix some seat wiring. I got it back the first time and nothing was fixed. It was to expensive to start with because instead of charging a shop job rate that is based on the amount of time it takes a professional to fix the problem, he charges you full price to learn, which takes longer. The problem was with the seat and he was taken apart the door which has nothing to do with the code to troubleshoot the problem and then charges for it. I get the car back and nothing is fixed. I still had problems with the seat and the radar wiring. I noticed that when the seat position is adjusted the seat light would shut off. I brought the car back a few days later and he worked on it again. He got the radar to work but not the seat sensor. When the girl upfront called me, she said everything was fixed. When I got in the car the seat light was still on. They charged me full price and didn't warranty any of the previous work. After charging me twice for the same job, the totall was $1600+ At that price I could have had a new radar installed and the seat actually fixed. I still need to bring the car to a dealership to fix the seat problem. Not worth the money. The thing that bothered me the most is charging twice to fix he same problem

I highly recommend Mike's Euro Auto repair. I used him for work on my wife's audi. The work was done in a very reasonable time, and reasonable price. Very friendly people. Really down to earth

Recently brought home a '97 528i from Europe. Bad idea! Lots of differences from one made for USA....radiator expansion tank not even on the same side, headlight assembly, etc. Anyway, Mike's Euro is not full of BS, as seems to be the case with Beemer dealer. Mechanics are problem solvers, not just R&R's of parts. VERY reasonable shop rate. Left engine bay the way they found it--clean and put back properly! Mike, Sam & Co. are the ticket. Plan on using them as needed for my go to, and I live 30 miles away.

Strongly do NOT recommend this place. I brought my Audi A6 here because the check engine light was on, there was a coolant leak and an oil leak. First of all every day they would push back when it was going to be finished. When I finally went to pick it up, they had ordered multiple other parts that I m almost positive did not need to be changed without even calling to tell me or ask and added that to the bill. Then about an hour after I left my check engine light came back on all they did was clear the code. When I asked why they did nothing to fix the check engine light issue they claimed that the codes never popped up when I told them the exact codes when I first dropped off the car plus they had to clear it so they obviously saw. I also had to bring it back the next day because they forgot to plug in my front bumper and also didn t put any oil in the car after repairing the oil leak I still have a oil leak so they charged $4700 and literally NOTHING I asked them to fix was fixed.

Mike could have nickel and dimed me after diagnosing my car's issues but he didn't, instead we had a conversation about the best move for me. I would 100% recommend this shop to anyone, great service and honest people!

Took our Volvo XC90 in for front end and air conditioner repair along with windshield washer pump issues. Received detailed estimate that later proved to be accurate and complete. The work was completed on time and as estimated. I would recommend Mike's to anyone in need of quality service for their import auto.I suspect Mike is not a people person as I never had contact ... could be the reason for some of the negative comments? He is still my choice for auto repair!

Excellent work on foreign cars....took my MB SL500 there twice....high degree of honesty and integrity....repaired my ac problem for $1200 less than quoted by competitor. Mike the owner basically used his skills and diagnostic tool to reset the ac....cost to me $100. The other shop told me I needed a compressor. Trust this shop to do the right thing

Unmoveable. Asked him to clear the codes on my vehicle, but he's too busy for a 5 minute job. Couldn't be bothered to get up from his desk, offered no explanation.Edit: You were not pleasant in my recollection, and said very little to me, offering no more explanation than "I can't right now". It takes literally one minute to clear codes and it would have been a tremendous help in my diagnosis on my inop vehicle that day. Good looking out for a neighbor. You're a jerk. Response time here indicative of regular practice I'd bet.

It's nice to be able to voice your opinion, good or bad. But let's be fair. Telling half of the story is not right. Saying that nothing was done to fix a vehicle and things done without getting approval is totally incorrect. And also exaggerating the amount of the bill to push a point even further. As a witness to this event, I would strongly disagree with the last comment.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

2100$ to repair roof of convertible never worked. Then informed they needed another 2700 to fix. I would have preferred 5k quote after 600 they took for estimate.

Worst experience you can have is at Mike's. Brought my car there to be fixed. 2,000 dollars later and my car is worse off than when I brought it there. Seems that place is full of liars and con artist who just take your money and never really fix what they say they are going to. Shame on you Mike and to think you came highly recommended.

I had multiple issues with my Land Rover LR3 and Mr. Mike's knowledge of this vehicle made the experience, not pleasant, because lets face it, who enjoys having to fix a vehicle, but at least I knew he knew what he was doing and I had confidence he would get the job done at a fair price. I would highly recommend this business for any import repairs you have.

Kept my car for 3 weeks and couldn t fix it. Pulling parts off and not having a clue what s wrong with it, took it to another shop and the problem was solved in 2 days!! Never, Ever, Again, I do not recommend. Billed my insurance company for labor and fixed nothing!!

Brought in my Sprinter due to odd engine sounds. Tow guy suggested it might be a timing chain.Shop said it was the dpf system and suggested a 6k replacement. Turns out, it was the timing chain and driving it ended up destroying the engine and cost me another 15k.Thanks, Mike.

Horrible experience at this place. He didn t even fix my car and charged $400 for a diagnostic and the OWNER, Mike, yelled at my boyfriend and i when we tried asking why it was so expensive. Don t come here.
