We were on our way to Florida to see our daughter in the Airforce. When we suddenly had car trouble on the highway, it was pretty scary. We stopped at an O'Reilly & Dylan sent us to Lormands automotive. When we arrived, my husband spoke with Reggie Lormand, he was very knowledgeable & kind. He found the issue. He is currently fixing our problem so we can ve on our way. How very sweet, Mr. LORMAND you are a God sent. Thank you, we appreciate it. We have been using Lormands for years now. He diagnoses your car issues and fixes the problem. His prices are fair and he gives a good estimate on time your vehicle will be with him. Reggie communicates every step of the way and explains what he is doing. A trust worthy man who has been fixing cars for many years. Called the shop and told him about my car(oil leak) he told me to drop it off in the morning and he would get to it. I m thinking it s going to be a day or two because he had mention that he was backed up. The same day I dropped it, I picked it up before noon. I was evacuating Hurricane Laura and had major issues come up with my car. I called Lormands and they answered quickly and told me to bring it right in. I explained my issues and they not only fixed them (at a very reasonable rate) they did so very quickly so I could get back on the road quickly. They also found a problem I didn't know I had and fixed it for me. Every step of the way they communicated with me about the issues, price, and timeline. Hi! This is great place for fixing cars. I know the owner from 2017 when I had my first car and car problems . He is taking care of my car from then , very knowledgeable man and also helpful . Helped me a lot of times while I m in trouble for cars and car related problems. Always recommend this shop . You can relax put your car at this shop owners hand . Thanks a lot .

I am not a customer, I am a professional who called to talk with the owner but the customer service was so horrible. This does not apply to the owner - his employee was extremely rude on the phone when I asked to speak with the owner. There was no reason for that as there was absolutely no hostility coming from my end. This is directed to the man who "writes the checks" - you need to work on your professionalism and manners. Thank you.
