Jackie was exceptional to deal with regarding my recent tire replacement. I use this location for all my tire and front in alignment work. They re always courteous prompt and concerned for my vehicles will be.

Went in to get a slow leaking tire fixed. An hour later they come tell me the tire can t be fixed due to the angle of the nail, and proceed to tell me I need to buy 4 new tires. The lady had the quote for the new tires already printed out. I told them I would have to think about it, it then took 30 minutes to get my truck back. Went to a different tire store and had the tire fixed in 10 minutes. I will not be returning to this store and would recommend no one else using this place as well. Instead of helping customers they re just trying to take advantage of people.

WASTE OF TIME. Wouldn t repair or replace my one tire that was damaged. Told me I needed to replace both rear tires, I agreed to replace both.Then almost an hour later they tell me I need to replace all FOUR tires. They actually refused to do any work unless I replaced all four. Went to another business and they were able to get it done for me.

I don t recommend making an appointment with them. I had an appointment at 1pm set over the phone. I arrived 10mins early. I left at 1:30 with my car never being looked at. The person at the desk told me they only had one guy working because the rest were at lunch. Poor management and time schedules.

I've been a loyal Goodyear customer for almost a decade, and overall, this place is great. Most of the guys who work here are very friendly and professional, however there are certainly some exceptions. Your experience can vary greatly depending on who's working the counter that day. Mr. Ed has been taking great care of me since day one, and he's always been my favorite.I used to take advantage of my time in the store to get work done remotely, however the internet has been down for months now. I do appreciate that they're open evenings and weekend, which is more convenient than some shops around town.To really get a good deal here (and top notch service), take advantage of the Goodyear card, rebates, and tire plan

Had a set tires installed and drove to San Antonio Texas , the tire being about an inch taller ended up hitting fender well on front driver side.The Management team didn't hesitate , they ordered proper size tires and replaced. They owned their mistake . This is the first time that I have experienced someone other than myself owning their mistake and making it right.Thank you! And will continue to bring my vehicle here !Great service on maintenance and tiresThank you!

Scheduled an appointment online for a specific date and time also received a confirmation email a week in advance. Arrived on said day 20 minutes before appointment time just to be told that I was late and should have been there 2 hours prior. As a long term customer you would think that showing proof via email confirmation would be enough but nope not even an apology for the error on their part...after reading some of the other reviews they no longer have my business.

Great service, very helpful and prompt! Did an oil change, rotation and alignment before a trip, car handled much better! Came back a week later with a flat, and was told it was no charge because I had Goodyear tires! Would recommend!

I come here to get my oil change and I do purchase tires from here when needed. The price of an oil changes is fair although they do take forever to get it done. Tire prices are also reasonable, you can get discounts online.The customer service is okay at best they're not very personable.

I was there earlier this week. I had a screw in my tire and wanted to get it plugged. Ended up needing a new tire. The talked me into a ventilation flush. My truck stinks now. I was quoted $290 over the phone for the tire and flush. Went to pick it and was told it would be $370. It took 15 minutes to straighten out the price. Bad exsperience. Shady operation. Never again.

These are the most incompetent people I have ever met. Six months ago I bought tires from there. I brought my car in for an oil change, tire rotation and balance somewhere else. My car starts vibrating and shaking when I leave so I brought it back the next day. He tried to balance them again and noticed the belt was shifted in one of the tires. So I call Goodyear and he said they should still be under warranty to bring it by. I tell the salesman Ed I am coming an hour away. When I get there they wouldn't even look at my tire . Told me he's not sure why Ed told me to come since they only had one technician. Refused to even look at it even after I told him I drove an hour and a half to get there. Nvere again will I spend another dollar at this place. The first time I bought tires there about two years ago they told me I needed an alignment. Well obviously they didn't align it right cause 6 months later I needed two more tires cause the insides were worn out. I think they do it on purpose to kale u purchase new tires. Total crooks!

I went in to dispute a charge that was included in a tire change from a few days prior. I spoke with Brian Williams, the store manager. He was very respectful and reasonable in our discussions and I was very happy with the outcome.

DISHONESTLast year I took my car here for an oil change because they advertised a free tire rotation was included.I marked my tires out of curiousity, and I m glad I did because they did not rotate them. I had to wait another hour for them to complete the rotation.BUTI understand mistakes happen. Last weekend my wife had a nail in her tire, so I decided to give them a second chance, because advertise a free tire rotation and flat repair with an oil change.I asked the salesman directly: Will you rotate the tires? and Will you remove the nail? He assured me they would.Sure enough when I went to pick the car up, the tire s weren t rotated and the nail was still in the tire!THEY ARE EITHER SCAMMERS OR HAVE TERRIBLE MANAGEMENT.Save your time, money, and frustration.

called to make sure they could fix my car because I was broke down and being towed. They said they could and quoted me the price . I made sure it was same day. I get towed all the way over just to be told they dont have the part . worste front desk people I have ever dealt with.

Horrible!! Drive pass don't stop. Brought my car in for a simple tire patch for a nail in the tire they said they were unable to fix it because I had 2 nails in different spots (never heard of that before)and recommended I purchase a new tire from them I asked them to put my dummy on instead and in the process of putting my dummy on my car the mechanic stripped all five holes of my hub using the wrong lugs. Instead of fixing it or replacing it they came with an excuse that the last person to work on my car stripped the hub and that they are not responsible after I was told originally by the manager Bryan that it would be repaired. I recommend never taking your car to This place not even to put air in a balloon. Straight con artists and inexperienced mechanics

I was visiting Lafayette for a wedding last weekend and out of nowhere my breaks went out... turns out my mechanic in Houston didn't bolt my caliper to its bracket very well after replacing the brake pads the day before. Long story short, it was after 6pm on a Saturday and I find myself heading to a post-wedding reception while grinding metal to metal as I drive down the road. I must have called 15 repair centers and all were either closed or unable (or unwilling) to help me out until Monday. I finally connected with these guys and they could not have been more understanding. Even though they were already busy trying to finish up the cars in the shop by closing, they still decided to help me out and ended up fixing the problem so quickly I was still able to make it to the wedding reception. While doing so they were incredibly thoughtful and professional. I will definitely return that kindness with my future business and would encourage others to do the same.

Was in Lafayette at a Dr appointment when somehow I started loosing air from a tire I pulled in to the store and was welcomed by a gentleman named Rob who I found out was the service manager.I explained what was happening and he immediately got me in and found my problem I had somehow cut my tire he explained the issue and I'd need a new tire . I was given the price and didn't have enough to cover it I was like 50 short.Rob talked to the manager Brian and the both came back out and I told me don't worry about it they would help they came out of their own pocket to help me this is a great store ran by amazing people I'd recommend them to anyone and they have all my business from now on

Simple as this, these people are very incompetent and obviously inexperienced!!! NEVER bring your car to this place , they are so caught up trying to get you to spend unnecessary money with them and then don't own up to their mistakes!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

They make up stuff so you pay more, they told me to change something and I told them specifically NO since it costs 350$ and when I cam they asked for the 350$ and saying that they changed it, when I made a scene about it they said that they actually didn't do it and that they don't need the 350$????????????????????????

Asked online what the price is, they tell you a price, at the store it's a different price it goes up, bait & switch, be careful. All the same details.
