My father and I came here today for a tire my brother had ordered for me on the phone. We arrived here around 12:45 in the afternoon. Service was great, and they even changed my backup camera light in my vehicle along with the tire change. Will be back again for new tires.

Went in for a simple tire patch, sat there for two hours to receive a list of things I already knew were wrong with my car. Plus they forgot to put my air filter back in or even secure the box that holds it. Had to go back which took even more time out of my work day. Nice people, but incredibly inefficient, non-communicative, and unhelpful. Was expecting to be a regular as I live nearby, but I ll gladly drive across town to avoid service like that.

Went in to get new tires and an oil change early in the morning. The tires I needed wouldn't be in till later, so my jeep wouldn't be complete till the afternoon, when I went into work. I had no way of getting my keys, until David Martinez, the man, the myth, the legend, steps in and offers to bring them to me at my job. Above and beyond customer service to go out of their way to make sure I was completely satisfied. No worries on my mind, I WILL return and vouch! Thank you David!!

I went there today to get a simple repair for a nail in a tire, they said it would be no problem to patch and right before they took it into the service bay I told the advisor to tell the technician I only want the tire repaired and to not open my hood and start poking around for an upsell such as flushing injectors, replacing brake fluid, air filters, etc.I told her it just went through a multi-point inspection at the Toyota dealership a few weeks ago but I was told they are required to open the hood and poke around.I promptly retrieved my vehicle, drove a few hundred yards to Fournet's Chevron and had my tire repaired in under ten minutes for only a few dollars.It's obvious Goodyear would have come up with a huge list of expensive non needed services, possibly damaging something in the process as other reviews point out.

Best tire service in the area! After calling around to several places trying to find the size I needed for suv in stock after catching 2 flat tires they were quick to get us in & replaced. Thanks to them I was back on the road in no time at all.

My son had a coupon for a conventional oil change, of up to 5 gts of oil and filter plus a free tire rotation, for $24 and change. He gets there at 11 for his appointment and they said his appointment was at 9. Besides waiting, he shows the emailed coupon and they said they could not do his car with a conventional oil change. The bill was presented to him with a HUGE dissatisfaction of him having to pay a whopping $87. The oil alone was $50 and the tire rotation was not free, but $2.50. Totally deceptive marketing tactics and very dishonest service people!!! STAY AWAY FROM GOODYEAR, or else you will be taken advantaged of and lied to!!!!!!!

Good year on Johnston street in Lafayette, La (yes next to walgreens and the wine place) are crooks and scoundrels. They arent trying to patch or plug perfectly good tires, they only care about ripping you off. Someone stepped on my seat after I refused to buy a tire from them with their trashy boot. I paid them to balance tires a different time, they didnt do a good job. And they ripped my kid off instead of repairing her tire for over $300. I highly recommend you go somewhere else unless you dont care about your money. Garbage service center. I highly recommend tou go somewhere else.

Horrible. Go to Walmart. They wouldn t plug my tire with some lame excuse about the tire. Took it to Walmart tire plugged and I was able to get Texas. Oh and they charged me $23 to put a spare tire on like seriously. Horrible.and they were going to charge me $40 for a plug. $15 at Walmart.

If you like Goodyear tires this is a great place to get them. They set appointments and were ready and prompt with the service. I had two new tires on the car within about 30 minutes of arrival. Standard waiting area with TV, coffee, drink machine. Chairs were nothing extravagant but were comfortable enough for the minimal wait I had.

Made 9am appointment online for transmission check and AC check only to get there to be told by a very unconcerned person named Greg at the desk that they didn't do AC work BUT it clearly states on the website that I could have my AC checked. He didn't even give me time to ask about my transmission being checked. By that time I wouldn't have left my vehicle there anyway because he wasn't concerned about having my business or keeping my business. I will definitely let others know because the service was horrible.

Andrea and Greg were very helpful when it came to service. I purchased tires for my truck last year and purchased the road hazard with them. Today I went drop my truck off for the to repair a valve stem and a hole in one the wheels. There was no hesitation on helping or taking care of the issue. I also got trailer tires and an oil change. Honestly you couldn t ask for better service that they provided. I recommend if you need tires or an oil change to head out to them.

Had quick response/assistance in the morning that was helpful, but sat around all day and no one called me to tell me my car was ready. Had to call myself at 6pm and was finally just told it s ready . Evening desk assistance was horrible.

Brand new tires installed four days ago two leaky valves too busy to correct. Sent me to another store to get worked on. Could care less about the My safety. Did not even offered to fill up tires to get me to the other store.

We had a great experience at this place! We came in about 40 minutes before closing with a screw in a rear tire that was leaking badly. They took us right in, and had our repair completed within 1/2 hour. The price was right, and the service was outstanding! They saved me from having to do a tire change out on the interstate get.

I drive an older Mercury Mountaineer which is a fantastic SUV but with a personality that needs parts now and again. The technicians did a fantastic job of completely rebuilding the undercarriage as needed. The vehicle drives better than when it was new and they even dropped me off at work. I am very satisfied with their expertise and professionalism anytime I need rotations, balancing, oil changes, lubrication, engine diagnostics, alignments, rotors, pads, oil pan gaskets, parking brake cables, struts, coils, hoses and thermostat, plugs and wires, and engine diagnostics. There are the only folks I let touch my SUV and as such, each time they I go in for routine service, they inspect everything. They are my piece of mind when I have my children on the road.Thank You to James Thames and his crew for first class service and for keeping my family safe on the big road. My 12 year old SUV runs and drives better than ever. They always warranty parts and service, and pro-rate in a very fair way. They explain exactly what your car needs and are very adept at finding the littlest thing that is not performing at spec. The vehicle is clean and they never leave anything or take anything from inside my car, like I have seen at other places.I highly recommend Good year on 2802 Johnston Street, Lafayette for all your car needs, especially if you want to keep an older car or truck on the road. An added benefit to doing business with them is the Goodyear Service Network. Where ever there is a Goodyear store - I can pull in and get the same great warranty servicing anywhere in the United States.The bottom line is this: My SUV will last much longer on the road and as such, I will not have to buy a new vehicle for many years. I reality, I already paid for the SUV once from the dealer. It makes sense to let the good hands at Goodyear keep it running perfect which, by the way, is a whole lot less expense than a new car note.

Had a late in the day request to repair a flat tire I got during my road trip to DC from Arizona. They were able to do the repair and I'm in DC and it's still holding up well. To top it off, repairing the flat was free.Very personable staff. Jeff I think it was (I'm terrible with names) was heading the main room and taking calls. It was a bit of a slow day so we had a long chat about our travels. Good times!

Excellent customer service from representatives inside to the technicians outside. Very informative, on the tires that they sell as well as extra information that is very important in taking care of them. Fast service, they were able to provide the service we needed faster than what they predicted.

Much amused by their customer service this time. Went there a few days ago on a service engine soon light. They took $120 to get the O2 sensor changed and stuff. All well. Service engine light comes on in 4 days again. Went there again. Mr. Greg looked and took my car to the back. Turns out they didn't do the wiring correctly last time. Had no courtesy to inform me about it and no courtesy to say sorry either. I've been stuck way too many times for this. Wish I could have done something more about the incident.

Super nice staff, clean bright lobby. The tables with outlets are great for getting work done while you wait. Employees were helpful and welcoming. Will definitely be coming back for my next service!

I've been going here for 5 years and they do honest work at a competitive price. They are key on service and leave my car cleaner than other shops. They track my maintenance and do quick inspections whenever I'm in for a oil change.

I've taken two cars here and they are honest, fast, and have always done a good job. On one visit I was having brake trouble and they were not able to do the repair. They referred me to a dealership for the repair and didn't even charge me for the time they spent identifying the problem. Definitely will return!

I just had the worst day EVER, and these guys especially Mr. Greg went COMPLETELY out of their way to accommodate me and the seemingly most complicated situation I can remember being in. It is one minute until 7 and he is still working to fix the problem that someone else created. It took him only minutes to identify the problem, and to find a resolution. I will not have to ride on a dummy tire for the weekend! I HIGHLY recommend these guys. Very courteous and knowledgeable! Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!!
