Had repairs done on my car after a hit and run. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and kept me updated on the progress. When I got my car back it looked like I just drove it off the showroom. Amazing service!

Went to their establishment today! When I say Mr. Tony was very kind and thorough and took his time to check everything out on my vehicle and delivered my estimate in a timely manner. I've been using this shop for a few years now and you will be amazed at the top notch staff that they have. They are always courteous and helpful and you will receive the best possible service in town. I would not take my car anywhere else since they are so reliable, honest and are professionals in their field. They will do their best to always accommodate you.

Last quote I got was based on worst case scenario, they opened the car and it was a minor issue, so the bill was WAY less. I would have NEVER known, but these people are HONEST, fair, amd I trust them with all my vehicles. Recommend to friends and family.

Brought my car here because they had good reviews and I'm so happy I did! I was terrified because of all the bad reviews I read about other shops. My damages were covered by my insurance and I had no idea how any of this worked. Dealing with them was pleasant and super easy! No problems what so ever and my repairs were done in a timely manner. They even went above and beyond and touched up/buffed out a few other scratches not even related to the accident! I recommend this shop to anyone looking for a shop that's only focus is to take care of their customers!

Went there three weeks ago and call today to get an update as to when parts would be in and we can get the car fixed only to find out three weeks later the estimate still wasn t even in the system. The guy had an attitude and then I was told that State Farm owed them money so why is this a State Farm approved shop? I ll just bring my car somewhere else since I can t even get my estimate in the system!! Very unprofessional. Had I not called I would still be waiting on nothing!!

The guys at Louisiana Collision are first rate! They inspected my car and and ordered the parts that day. I left my car with them and they made the repairs very quickly about three days. The paint was perfect and they even washed, waxed and buffed the entire car!!!In Lafayette there are not many repair shops that will work on a 2015 Mercedes but they did a fantastic job!If you need body work let Louisiana Collision get you back on the road, I promise you will be impressed.Thanks so much for fixing my baby!

I chose this shop because of the good reviews on Google. They did an excellent job repairing a bumper, door, and fender. But what really impressed me was their friendly and generous customer service. When I picked up my car, I noticed some overspray on the exterior. I pointed it out to Owner Tony and his crew member, Tommy, and they immediately took care of it with professionalism, courtesy, and kindness. They even buffed out some unrelated blemishes and buffed a headlight cover to like new condition just to be helpful. Most shops would deny responsibility or do the work grudgingly and poorly. For excellent customer service and top notch work, I give Louisiana Auto Collision 5 stars. Try them out. You will be pleased!

Everybody there was nice and professional. I felt like they genuinely wanted to help me get my van back on the road and I really appreciated their honesty. I found Bryce to be a stand up guy. I would definitely recommend.

Terrible customer service and no one has anything together there. Girl that answers the phone is rude like you are bothering her. Waited weeks for them to order parts to fix my vehicle when in fact they never did! When my husband got upset they decided they didn t want the job anymore Went elsewhere and my car will be fixed a week later, thankfully! I did report to BBB and apparently it wasn t the first complaint. Told the insurance company to take them off the list also.

Shop is Triple A Accredited. Auto collision has serviced me 4 or 5 times now. Very happy with the service and work performed. Very professional and friendly. Byron is awesome!

I have had the unfortunate luck to need body work on a few of my vehicles (and immediate family vehicles). They were fixed by Tony and his crew. The work is great and the people are helpful.From oil changes and tires, to major accident repair, this place does it all!
