They actually talk to me and was very informative about what to do and what was needed first time using them. Haven't gotten my vehicle yet. Waiting to see how that comes out which I'm pretty sure it'll be fine. Also arranged for a rental car

This place is phenomenal! They made sure to keep me updated on my vehicle the entire time it was in their care, were very polite and personable and did amazing work to my car! Thank you so much to Ms Liz with taking care of everything and Mr Gavin for doing such flawless work to my car!

Brought my car on June 26, 2023, to have the bumper headlight and driver finder fix. I was told they had all the parts there. I was told it would take 8 days that my car would be ready, not true. They never called to update. They have been giving me the run around and the repairs on my car. The guy Kohl G is the adjuster, and now he just avoids me. My car has been there for over 14 days. Don't come here. If I could give no star I would

After my accident I brought my car to Gerber for repair. They were very upfront about the parts shortage and informed me that parts could possibly take up to 7 months to come in based on other alike vehicles they had fixed. I was in an unfortunate situation considering I was moving out of state much sooner than that. The ladies in the office were aware of my concern and kept me updated as the parts came in and I was EXTREMELY lucky I was able to have my car fixed before my move. It took about a month for parts to come in but as soon as they did I had my car back (and detailed) in 2 days. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I hope I never need to have body repair done on a vehicle again but if I do I hope I m so lucky to find a place as professional as Gerber to do the work in another state. My car looks brand new again the collision team did an excellent job! Thank you Gerber! Highly recommend!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Horrible service they left paint dripping on my car fingerprints all over my ceiling with a hole at the top because they misplaced a piece everything they touched i had to bring back For them to correct the work now my inside panel popped off on my sunroof i called and complained it was getting jammed JP insisted nothing was wrong now my inside panel of sunroof has.popped off dont bring your car to them trating my car like trash 54,835 in return 55,728 they drove almost 1000 miles took my vechile as their own personal ride

An absolute nightmare!!! My vehicle was here 3 and a half months!! Excuses after excuse..and when I got it back...it had to be sent back!!! Never recommend this location on Verot...Absolutely horrible!

Great service and friendly people. I received a message everyday with the status of my vehicle repairs. My Jeep was cleaner than it was when I dropped it off. The repairs are outstanding and my Jeep looks brand new again. Mr. Richard Dupre was a huge help with anything I needed. He is has great customer service skills and is very informative. I would use them again hands down!!

They did an outstanding job. Their lead did an excellent job of keeping in touch with me throughout the entire process. You cannot do this quality of work without her assistance. Personally, I believe she deserves a raise, however I understand that is not always possible. She does however, deserve high praise & recognition for the effort she puts forth for your company.

The Johnston Street location in Lafayette LA is amazing! Their customer service is unmatched. Brittany is very professional and thorough. She kept me updated daily and sometime several times daily when there was a change in the status of my car repair. The repair of my car was done with perfection! Like brand new!

Gerber Collision and Glass took care of my daughter s vehicle in a timely and professional manner. They were able to complete the job ahead of schedule, which was a blessing. In addition, I appreciated the text message updates throughout the process. Though I hope we won t have to have any more body work done on one of our vehicles, I would highly recommend this business. Thank you so much!!!

Tony was my assigned mechanic after getting into an accident and loosing my front bumper. The service was quick and professional. They sent updates via text messages and kept great contact with Geico and my auto adjuster. They work with enterprise so that you can get a rental over there while you drop your car off. Overall amazing customer service. Will be working with them in the future.

From the moment I walked into the door of Prestige, I felt that my vehicle and I would be treated with the utmost respect and professionalism. The service was unparalleled, with the nicest staff a customer could desire. The staff arranged for my rental and the transfer went smoothly. In just two short days, my repairs were completed and the bodywork was seamless, beautiful and most definitely the work of artisans. Prestige Auto Body is highly recommended. My vehicle was repaired with the right parts and by talented professionals. The repair was completed ahead of schedule and I was kept informed of progress throughout the repair. I want to recognize Adam McCrossen, Quality Manager, who personally inspected the finished product and quickly resolved a very minor issue. I would not hesitate to bring any of my vehicles to Prestige should the need arise.

Very Professional , Called and kept me up to date , the most important thing is that I brought my truck there not so clean because I have been really busy . When I picked up my vehicle not only did they repair the damage of my vehicle , they washed and cleaned the inside of my vehicle for me , which I didn't expect . Great customer service . If ever needed again I will use you all again .

Very impressed with the professionalism and quality of work that these guys did. My car looks like brand new, and they even washed and waxed it for me. Excellent customer service and I loved the email updates telling me the status of the repairs.

Go anywhere else.UPDATE: Since leaving after the initial "repair", I've had to bring my car back TWICE on separate occasions for issues that were damaged during repair. First, an interior panel had to be reattached (shoddy) and then, neither of my rear windows worked after I brought it to Gerber. They worked fine before I brought it there. They were reluctant to fix it and wanted me to "wait until after the quarantine" for something that should have been right the very first time it left their shop.When I brought my car here, I was told that the repairs would "not take more than two weeks". Then, after my car was taken in and dismantled, they sent me an estimated time of almost FOUR weeks. Of course, by that time I was unable to take my car somewhere else and I was stuck with being without a car for nearly a month. When I called and asked about this, I was told that my car had an unusual paint job. It's a 2017 Ford with factory paint -- not sure what's so uncommon about that. I was promised updates on the progress of the repairs every Tuesday and Thursday, which I have not gotten. Each time I've called, I've been strung along with false promises of finish dates and a some BS line about my car's "unusual" factory paint job. Go anywhere else if you actually need repairs done in a timely manner. This is unacceptable.

Blows my mind people are mad their cars took over a month to fix when they borderline total them people can t drive here everyone stays busy. I feel sorry for them for having to deal with people being picky about everything. I ve always taken my business to Gerber Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Rudest, most unapologetic, most unprofessional place I have maybe ever dealt with. All they had to do was simply replace my bumper and it took 8 days after promising 2 days. They were not concerned at all about lying about the process or apologizing about the hassle.

The young lady working behind the counter at 10AM on 12/6/2021 could not have been ruder if she had tried. My Wheels Fleet vehicle was hit and towed to Gerber on a Saturday evening. Gerber is part of the Wheels Network. The lady told me they do not accept unauthorized towed vehicles (I will try to get hit during proper business hours next time), she told me they do not work on Fleet Vehicles despite being part of Wheels network of body shops, and she told me I would have to move my vehicle from Gerber's property ASAP. She suggested I drive it off the lot since it wasn't "leaking fluids" despite the front end dragging on the ground and the driver's door not being able to be opened.If this lady is your front line for customer service at Gerber Collision on Verot School Road then, clearly, this location of Gerber has no desire to take care of their customers. Sincerely, the rudest and worst customer service I've had in Lafayette, Louisiana.If anyone from Gerber would like to call me to discuss, I left my business card with the rude lady at the front desk.

Very easy and hassle free experience. Leslie and Gaylon we re very courteous and professional making sure i stayed informed as to what was going on with my car. Big thanks to Forest also! Shane runs a well oiled machine and Lafayette is lucky to have Gerber!

Good work was done. They initially told me it would take six days (business days, I guess). Then I was told nine days. It ended up being there eleven days. But they did good work, and they washed my truck.

GERBER COLLISION AND GLASS is fantastic. The body work on my truck is excellent. The staff is very professional and very friendly. They handled my rental car problem for me. We will return for future bodywork.

The staff at gerber is wonderful and very friendly they do an exceptional job at keeping you informed of there progress with your vehicle and if there is anything you do not like they will definitely try there best to accommodate you I've had 4 vehicles repaired there and had no problems
