After I tried to fix my issue by doing a major tune up, I still had an issue. Brought it to a local shop who couldn t find the problem and told me to take it to Franks. Called another shop who told me to take it to Franks. Franks had a waiting list so I patiently waited until a week later. I was still # 6 in the list when I dropped my truck off. They found and fixed my major, serious issue within a day and half for under $200! They have a new customer for life and I would recommend them highly! Knowledgeable, friendly and honest!

I brought my car there to have them diagnose a humming sound. They told me the transmission was going out and quoted me 5000 dollars. This led to me to parking the car for over a year and also led to an unfortunate chain of events that are irrelevant to this post. After about a year, I brought the car to AAble transmission to get a quote and confirm Franks diagnosis. They told me the transmission was ok and the issue was a hub bearing. A few months after replacing the hub bearing..... the car is still running well and I have no issue with the transmission. Enough said.

I was referred to Frank's by Bruce's. I was in for an inspection sticker. Ppl were kind and took me right in. I was in and out in probably 15 minutes, max. They take for pymnt: cash as well as debit~credit cards, however, if you use a card, I did notice a .70 extra chg., but overall great experience

Got my inspection here and was very happy. Easy, painless process. All the workers were very kind when I had any interaction with them. Mr. Charlie completed the inspection for me and he was very kind and easy to deal with. I would definitely be back in the future.

I had to stop here on the highway from Baton Rouge to Austin because the bottom of my car was scraping and they fixed it in 15 minutes and sent me on my way. They were so kind to me!

They take care of your vehicle very well. You can either have it completely serviced as it needs or whatever needs to be done they will do ask you tell them to do. The owner and mechanics talk with each other and make sure they do the job right and what you expect! Great place!

Stay away from these people! They charged my daughter over 300.00 to tow her car a very short distance, less than 10 miles, and for one night in storage . Then they told her her frame was bent and they could fix it for 2000.00. My brother who lives two hours away from there went and got the car and took it to his collision repair shop and the frame wasn't bent and he was able to fix it for 500.00 parts and labor.My daughter is a single parent with three children and it was one week before Christmas. Shame on them!

I would give this company zero starts if I could. Wrecked my car on a Sunday, and was told it would be taken to their tow yard. I got a ride to drop my son off for school Monday morning, and low and behold my car is parked still attached to the tow truck in an unsecured parking lot across the street from my son's school at a church! I was in shock, especially after I spoke with Frank himself on Sunday afternoon and he had the audacity to lie to my face and tell me my car is parked in his tow yard! When I called them Monday morning after discovering my car, I was told an hour later when I called back that the tow truck had broken down and that's why my car was in the lot! But no one called me!! Now he wants to charge me almost $400 for towing when he lied about where my car was! He is unethical and I'd think twice before using his services!!!!

Totalled my car and didn't know anyone in the state of Louisiana. The police were gonna leave me and 5 children on the side of the road. Frank does God's work and probably doesn't even know it. He brought us and the kids to his shop. A nice lady fed us then continued to help us. I pray God bless these people 1000 fold

I am elderly and female. They tried to overcharge me by about $1000. Tried to convince me to replace the engine for even more money. Glad I did my research. Happy I went with someone else.

Horrible, they are scammers. Paid 300 dollars to get a "leak" repaired and the car died on the way home from the shop. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE
