Needed to patch a crack that was quickly growing after a rock hit my windshield. Lawrence fixed the problem within 10-15 minutes and had me going about my day. Great service at a reasonable price!

I did a price comparison among several local glass companies and Danny came in the best. He was also able to come to my house to fix it within 24 hours. There was a complication, but he took care of it with another team of techs and still met his original bid. We are so grateful for serving our family!This past repair was 11 months ago. This past week my daughter also had a rear window repair need. I priced among other companies again and sure enough Danny's Fix-a-chip was the best price. He got a glass in from Lake Charles and had it in first thing the next day. Lawrence, the tech who installed had to make several trips for different items (all appropriate trips) and always was professional, kind and knowledgeable in the business. I called them at 9:30am about a rock hitting my windshield and was asked if I could meet the technician down the road at a gas station. Within 20 minutes, the technician was working on my windshield and within 5 more minutes, the chip was repaired. The technician was extremely friendly and professional. DK is WONDERFUL!! We have used fix a chip twice now and both times have been a phenomenal experience!! We will never use anyone else for our needs! He changed my husbands entire windshield and a rock chip on my vehicle! Awesome service with a friendly smiling face!! On the way home, bam, rock chip so I called and spoke with Danny around 6:30 and asked if he could fix it the next day but it was already spreading. He offered to come out that night and take care of the chip. What incredible customer service!!! He was super friendly, efficient and helpful. Overall, a great experience!

We called yesterday about a quote; we already our new windshield. They quoted us a price and my car even needed something extra and they stayed strong to their original price! Work was done quick and efficient! Would definitely recommend to anyone! Thanks!

Appreciated first off that these folks answered their phone on a Saturday afternoon. Loved that they came to my workplace to replace my windshield that Monday after, meaning I didn't have to take off work, go to shop or wait more than a day and a half. Furthermore, they were courteous and professional from start to finish and beat all other quotes I got. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

Amazing fast service!! Came the morning after I called, and even with having to go back and get another windshield because the one they brought wasn t exactly the same, they were done within 2 hours! Amazing price and great people, I highly recommend them!!

I received a bid from this company to replace a rear window in my daughter's car. I live out of town so I called this company and set up the repair. First of all, do not give your credit card to this company before they do the work. I was given a price which i believed the cost would be and it ended up costing $80 more. When I tried to talk to the manager he did not want to give me any refund and argued with me the entire time about what a good reputation he has and was offended that I told him he had taken advantage of this situation. He did offer to take the window out of the car (like as if that would solve anything). He twice changed his story about the fact that I was charged tax which at one point he said that was an extra 9.95% and then he said the credit card charge added an extra 3.95%. Before he did the repair he did not discuss any of this with me and told me twice the price would be $329. I was charged $409. He stated my daughter left a tip which also added to the price. She stated they asked for a tip. So if they come to fix your windshield at your place be prepared to be asked for a tip. Of course what was she to say? Very misleading. At least he could have refunded the other 50 or 60 dollars extra. This owner/manager was very unprofessional. When he offered to take the window out of the car at the beginning of our conversation, any hope of a remedy or small refund definitely flew out the window. I have a very small business and I take credit cards. I pay a small fee for this but I don't charge my clients for this service. Never again "Fix that Chip" and get your ethics straightened out about how to run a business.Service: Auto rear window replacement

Fix-A-Chip save the day I was stuck with a crack glass couldn't see couldn't drive. Called other glass company and they were $45 cheaper then Safelite and other local companies. Ask for Danny Best Price fast services.

I contacted this company to repair my windshield. A person was dispatched to my house and after arrival completed the repair. However, the repair person missed the crack when he drilled into the windshield which did not stop the crack from running. The crack continued to run and I contacted the owner who agreed to come to my office to fix the windshield properly. Instead of doing what we agreed upon, he sent the same person to fix the windshield. I did not allow that person to touch my vehicle and immediately contacted another company.The new company came out and showed me what Fix-A-Chip did wrong, and my windshield was fixed properly and correctly. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

I just got my new windshield from Fix-A-Chip Auto glass LLC. Mr. Kelly came to my home in Baton Rouge they didn t rush and they were very professional.DO NOT BE FOOLED BY SAFELITE. This is my 4th windshield since June 2017 safelite uses cheap thin windshieldsThank you so much Mr. Kelly
