Run don t walk here! Robert took insanely good care of us. We were driving from Texas to Mississippi for a concert, I had just bought $1000 worth of tires in Houston the day before our trip. We get to Lafayette and realize we have a major problem with one of the tires that made it unsafe to continue driving through. Robert at Firestone quickly got us in, was so welcoming and understanding and went out of his way to make sure we could get on the road quickly and safely. In addition, I forgot the tire lock while we were there and he personally shipped it back to us in Houston. It is people like Robert that make you loyal to a company. Firestone you now have our business for life in Houston because of Robert.

Truly an awful experience. I had an appointment for an oil change at 8AM. The took my vehicle back at 8:30, took 3 hours to perform an oil change and then told me I had a leak on the rear end and needed two tires. I asked how long it would take and was told 3-4 hours. It took 6 1/2 hours to replace a gasket and install 2 tires PLUS the 3 hours for an oil change. I asked a few times how much longer it would be before they finished and was told not much longer. I heard Neil and DeAngelo fabricate excuses they were going to tell people as to why they couldn t do certain things on vehicles. This was the worst service I ve ever received and will never come back.I also let them know about the used hypodermic needle on the ground in front of their building, but they laughed it off and blamed it on a crackhead. It s still there.

They said they would call me when my vehicle was ready, but they did not . So finally I called @ about 4:00 PM - and it had been ready!

Had an 1 pm appointments. Got there at 12:30 to change air. Condition hose it is now 3 hrs later and I'm still here. Every one who was here when I got her and everyone who cam after met is now gone. Not very happy at the moment. Would be happier gad they fixed my car in March when I first can but that's a long story for another day.Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

One of my tires had a slow leak, brought the vehicle in to Firestone without an appointment. In less that half an hour the leak was located, an acceptable resolution was agreed upon and I hung up. No more than 20 minutes later I was notified the vehicle was ready for pickup. Outstanding service, very pleasant staff...Very pleased!Service: Tires

Awful experience for me. I needed two rims changed, and I already had the rims. Called yesterday and was told to come by in the afternoon since it will only take 10-15 minutes. I asked if I needed an appointment and they told me no. So I stop by after work, and the say they are too busy and to come back at opening the next day. I asked if I needed an appointment. They said no again even though I asked to get an appointment. So I wake up an hour early to make sure I m there right at opening. I was told by the worker they have no technician and that whoever told me to come at opening lied. Things would have been better, but there was no sorry, and the man at the counter was honestly pretty rude about the situation. Big waste of time. Will not be coming back.

These A-holes wanted to charge my wife $1700 for pads and rotors and made her feel uncomfortable about wanting to shop around. We ve gotten it taken care of for less than half of that amount. My only advice is if you re a female, don t let these guys try to upsell you or make you feel forced into using their service. Shop around. Scumbags.Service: Brakes

I called right before I showed up to Firestone Pinhook location. I was told by front desk that there was no wait and I could come in right away . I arrived to the shop 5-10 minutes later and had to wait at least 2 hours before they inspected my tires. Only came for 1 simple TIRE REPLACEMENT! 3.5 hours had passed and I told the receptionist that I would take my car and drive it to another shop if the tire change is not completed in a timely manner. No way I should have waited 4 hours to change one tire when I was told there was no wait! I walked outside to see my car lagging in the shop just sitting there while other cars get worked on. Other cars that arrived way after me with no appointment was getting worked on for same the thing while my car was just sitting to the side. It literally does take that long to change 1 tire. Service is so horrible! The receptionist was respectful and nice. However the service time was horrible and trash. Wasted half of my day when I could have went somewhere else to get my tire changed !

Went in and asked them to refill my oil. Instead, they "fixed" my power steering pump and neglected to change my oil. Brought the car back for an oil change again, which they managed to do. Fast forward two weeks: my power steering pump, which was completely fine beforehand, is now broken. The store checked and checked but couldn't find the leak, they were using soapy water by squirt bottle. They never did find where the leak was, they did note a slight flat spot on the rim. They assumed that, that was the reason for the air loss. Naturally with their recommendation the rim repair service was more than happy to true the rim. I was back in less than 15 minutes Low pressure. Well they then went to work in earnest and after 10 minutes and through search found the leak. In the past Tire Service Stores would dip the whole tire and rim in the water, finding a leak was quick and sure the hole in my tire ended up costing me $200 and 5 hours, for the cost of a plug patch. I have experienced failure to find a repair tires before, because the service tech did not have a water barrel to find where the tire was actually needing repair.

Made an appointment for an oil change, inspection, and tire rotation. They do not do inspections at this location, but I still went ahead with the other two services. The service took 3 hours even though I had an appointment. The employee was rude when I asked the status of my service. I was charged $120 with no invoice or receipt, and when I got to my car, none of my tires had been rotated.Services: Tires, Oil change

Awesome Experience!!!I went in to get a quote on a tire change for 4 tires. The quote was reasonable. The tire change was performed quickly, and the cost was accurate to the quoted amount. The guy behind the counter, I think his name was Nick, was very friendly.Service: TiresService: Tires

I had an appointment for 8:00 for just an oil service on my rental car. I showed up 10 minutes early and there was a person that was in the waiting area since they opened at 7:00 waiting for his vehicle to be worked on. I was finally acknowledged by an employee at 8:20, but was told that no one would be showing up until 9:00. I couldn't wait that long because I had to get to work for 9:00. Terrible first experience and very unorganized location.

So, I went to the Firestone Tire Shop on Pinhook today 10/23/21 to (get this) have a tire patched and to get my tires rotated. That was all. I arrived there basically at 12pm. I left at 3:30 and my truck hadn't been touched!!!! I was told when I arrived that it would take 20-30min to get my truck in. Yea right! What truly upset me besides the long wait, is that they had 2 people at the front desk and one of them acted like they had no idea of how to provide customer service. I was very polite about it but seriously upset! What makes it worse was that I'll be needing tires soon and considered buying my tires there. However after this experience, I have changed my mind and they will not be getting business from me or anyone else I talk to!

I do not recommend for anyone to go there. I dropped my truck there for a few hours work I was told. The next day I had to go sit there for them to even start on my truck. Because the day I was told to drop it off they didn t even start on it. Took 2 days for them to fix my truck. I had to sit , they broke apart on my truck, and now my truck is making the loud some. The mechanic just leave without even finishing his work. Worst experience everUpdate 6/04/2021My car is worst. Want back Monday to get the problem fixed. I called an complained Monday was told I would receive a call with in 48 hours and it Friday still no call back from anyone. I paid a lot of money for this and my truck is worst.

We recently went to Firestone due to our vehicle having alignment issues. We brought the vehicle in and after inspecting it, they discovered that the control arms on our vehicle were damaged. We were given a quote to repair our vehicle. Although we experienced a minor delay in getting the parts due to availability, Brian (Manager) ensured that they obtained the parts and held them until our return. Upon our return from a trip, we brought the vehicle in without an appointment. Amazingly, the parts were replaced in a short amount of time. Our vehicle drives well. I feel as if Firestone treated us like family and wanted us to be safe. Prior to this month, we had never used a Firestone for services. Based on this experience, we will return to ensure that our vehicle receives proper care. Special thanks to the manager Brian for going above and beyond.

Made an appointment almost a week ago (6/30) for 9 am today (7/6). Dropped it off, then left store on foot and returned around 10:30. Truck had not been moved. Sat in lobby until 12:00. Truck had not been moved. Two other customers in the lobby were dealing with similar issues. Myself and one of those gentlemen got our keys back from the front desk and left. I will take my business elsewhere to a shop that honors an appointment made and gets to your vehicle in a timely manner.

Gave me a good deal on tires but other than that its....Unorganized. I was told to order my tires and I would get a call on the next day... I had to call on my own. Then was told they are booked and I couldn't come in. Then I was told to come after 11:30 the following business day... I get there to be told " oh you picked a bad day I only got 2 people working"... I reply " well I was told to come after 11:30" he replies "well it's 3:30"... if you need something done go to the Johnston street location.

Very clean. I was greeted with a heartfelt hello and smile. My business seemed very important to them. Their goal was to make me happy with their service. My vehicle was thoroughly checked and everything was thoroughly explained. I felt very comfortable and they seem trustworthy. I'll definitely go back.

If you re looking for a professional tire service center, this is the place! I googled centers for getting an alignment and they had awesome reviews, so I scheduled an appointment the same day. They welcomed me with exceptional customer service, detailed information and great prices and warranty (the best). Will be back again with my second vehicle.

Took my keys back before they even started. They took too long. Arrived early for 12 pm appt, didn't even touch my car yet so at 1:30, I said nope. Super dangerous location, hard to get into parking lot and parking lot is not big enough for the amount of cars they are working on. Innefficient and unorganized crew, stealing eachothers working bays instead of coordinating with eachother. After witnessing this unprofessional behavior I decided to not trust my life with them. Pinhook location, October 18, 2021. Polite office staff though.

I called Firestone on Pinhook yesterday, 6/21/21, and asked if they could fix two tires with nails in them. I also told him I needed it for my son to go to work out of town in the morning. Bryan assured me they could & it would be ready before they closed. When I didn t hear from him before their closing time I called & he told me they didn t get to it, but he would have someone get on it first thing when they opened today, 6/22/21, at 7:00am. I called this morning at 9:15am, Bryan told me again, that it s not ready. My son needs to be at work by 12:30 in Lake Charles. He needs time to drive home & get ready & drive to work. I should have read the reviews first because this is obviously an ongoing problem with this place!!! I am very upset & my review will also be posted & sent to someone above Bryan!!!! THE REVIEWS ARE TRUE-DON T GO HERE!!!!

I came to this facility around 4:00pm on 11/21/18 with a donut on the front right tire, a compromised back right tire, and no lug nut key. They were very busy as it was the night before Thanksgiving, but they made time for me. The men here were extremely knowledgeable and kind. They were able to place two new tires without my key and without damaging my vehicle. As a customer I felt valued and important. I highly recommend this facility due to the men that helped me this day.

These guys were AMAZING! I pulled in with a flat tire and they got right with me and when the computer said they didn't have my tire in stock they went looking anyways and found one! Polite, courteous, and very customer focused. Loved these guys. Will definitely go back when I need tire work

We used to use this location for all of our car care needs until this spring. The location is convenient to our home and we enjoyed the experience. That was until two recent events. We purchased four new tires and the lifetime alignment from Firestone. Three weeks later, a factory recall on the car had us at the dealership. They had to cut the lug screws off and replace them due to them being over torqued so they could complete the repairs. Not a major issue (as long as you don't ever get a flat tire) but on the same occasion I noticed my new tires were wearing unevenly. I was happy for the lifetime alignment warranty I purchased. Most recently, I took another of our vehicles to them for an oil change. For two years this location has performed all oil changes on this car but on this day they told me they could not do an oil change because the car was burning oil. They said they topped it off (with oil) but I needed to take it to a specialist to see why it was burning oil. Hmmm. Typically you drain the oil, replace the filter, fill 'er up with oil again, run the car, check the dip stick, and you're done. They told me they didn't change the oil. At this time I was suspicious. I never got a warning light, no low oil indicator, and no ticking or banging noise that you would expect when your oil is low. Again, not saying they lied to me, but it didn't make sense. Took the car to the dealership, paid to have them inspect the car and of course, no leaks, not burning oil, and the only thing wrong was that the oil pan screw was stripped. So yes, had to pay an additional fee for Firestone's mistake once again. Needless to say, I won't use this location again. I appreciate the previous years of good service and the savings it has afforded my family but it's no longer worth it to me.

Brought my car to them at 9:30am to get fixed up for my appointment for 1pm and they told me they haven t started on my car yet because they took TWO tickets before mine knowing I called to schedule my appointment for 1!!! The service is terrible. The wait time is through the room and they work on cars that they feel need the least work instead of first come first serve or by appointment times!!

HIGHLY IMPRESSED. I had some serious transmission problems with my car. Brian, the manager, kept constant contact with me to let me know about my car. He, along with every employee was very knowledge and so kind. They were always upfront with me and very easy to contact. I highly recommend. I will be going there for every car problem from now on
