Normally bring all my trucks to dealership for maintenance but decided to give easy automotive a try. I regret that decision. I noticed after they changed my oil that I had a leak of oil in my driveway they next day. Opened the hood and the oil cap was not put back on. Had oil everywhere under my hood. Called and spoke to Renee and he said ok bring the vehicle in and we will order you a new oil cap and clean your vehicle. Then said speak to frank (the guy who changed the oil) and Frank proceeds to tell me I watched him put the oil cap back on. I never go under the hood of my truck so I would have 0 reasons to take my oil cap off and told him I m not gonna argue about whether he did or did not. Renee then came back on the phone and said he would check the cameras. But to bring it by and get the problem fixed.Needless to say I ve decided against bringing it back over their and just fix the problem myself because after talking with people that have also brought vehicles over their it seems to be common to have issues with these people.Service: Oil change

If you care about your car at all oh my God please please please do anything but take your car here!! Hell Id say find a crackhead on the side of the road give him 20$ and a wrench and I promise he ll do a better job. I brought my 2010 Chrysler minivan over here for a 400$ AC repair, keep in mind I had already brought it in for an AC repair and it went out 2 again weeks later so against all my better judgment and thinking this just bad luck I was convinced to bring it back. If I only knew what a horrific long drawn out process this would be. I get the car back about 1-2 weeks later Im driving it home its about a 2ish mile drive. The AC seems to be running fine until about halfway home my car starts dying on me, my AC is going out and my car then proceeds to start smoking and flat out dies. I had to get it towed back to my house, it didnt even make the ride back after popping the hood it was very clear that he either forgot to reconnect the transmission line or didnt do it properly because it was completely undone and spraying transmission fluid all under my hood and destroying my poor car from the inside out!! from there its only downhill. It was almost impossible to get the mechanic to come over to repair the damage he caused he apologized and always promised he would be over after work but rarely ever was. This went on for weeks and weeks when finally I had enough of this bull and paid to get it towed to the shop which I was NOT reimbursed for btw. After a series of month(s) showing up to the shop demanding that they work on it and making sure work was actually getting done it was finally finished (or so I had thought) I was charged 700$ which I couldnt even believe especially since they caused the damage in the first place I couldnt believe it so reluctantly and out of pure desperation for a working car, it was paid for. I go out to start it up and the AC DID NOT EVEN WORK!! The motor mounts were so jacked up you couldnt even drive it off the lot so naturally I questioned if they even did anything to it at all. Super super mad at this point they said theyd fix those issues just keep it there another 2 days, I wasnt about to pay to tow it somewhere else. I come back in two days and pick the car up, the AC really isn t blowing that well funny enough but Im so done with these crooks at this point I didnt care I just wanted to be able to drive a car thats how low these idiots made my standards. Im driving my car back and it starts making this deafening loud hum and pretty much dies in the same spot. I gave up. These people robbed me of too much money, broke my car and got paid to do it. Horrible customer service, worst mechanics Ive ever seen. These people are slimy and shady if I had any money Id take it to small claims court. My once alive minivan with a slight AC problem now lies dead in my yard thanks to these absolutely disgraced mechanics to put it kindly. For the love of God please do not bring your car here. Do not be like me.

Shady crook mechanics, who lie, steal, and don't have a care in the world. Please do not bring your vehicle to this hole in the wall of a shop, customer service is horrible, their lobby/waiting area smells like a trashy casino. Thiefs!!!! Just look at the rest of these reviews...

If you read my previous review that I have now deleted I hope that didn t influence anyone to take their vehicle to this place. Trying to support a local business I made a mistake wanting to believe Easy Auto was honest people. Well after spending $1200 for a AC job and another $1200 for repairs that they caused, my car still isn t fixed. Now I have another $3000 to spend needing to replace a transmission. Doing the AC job they broke the trans line/fitting going to the radiator. The owner blamed it on fluids and lines getting hot cold, hot cold. That cost me a tow bill and had to replaced radiator. Car was slipping and jerking bad after replacing the radiator. I didn t have a leak or shifting problems on my car with only 60,000 B4 they fixed my AC. After replacing the radiator the car was still doing the same thing. I bring it back and they changed the trans filter saying it cld be clogged and that shld fix it. Well now it just jerks going into 4th. I called the owner thinking finally he would own up and do the right thing. I even told him I know mistakes happen and why I paid $1200 for them to fix their mistake. Granted I already spent $1200 for a AC job. What a mistake on my part but I was hoping they wld fix it like any good business wld do for free after causing transmission problem I didn t have to begin with. Renee told me he wld call his buddy that owns a transmission shop and call me back. Guess what, I still haven t received a call back.Service: Auto A/C replacement

i went to this business with a very bad click. i was dumb and told the owner how much cash i had because magically it was $5000. His name is renee. i was charged $1300, for going into my engine after i specifically said not to when he told me the cost, and the problem hadn't even been diagnosed yet. they replaced my clutch twice doing it wrong twice, i wanted a speed bleed installed because they were going into the clutch and it was the perfect time to do it, not to mention im paying for the job, so if i want it, it should be installed. i was told the part was ordered, even after having access to the area twice, it was still not installed. the clutch calls for 15 hours, i was charged $2500 in labor, which came to $166 per hour. the dealership charges $120 because there employees are specialized and so are there tools, and the job calls for 15 hours from the dealership. my car also sat there for a week waiting for a code to be removed which was never done. i was lied to my face, then i was charged for things i did not agree to, and i was charged an absurd amount for labor. i feel this amounts to fraud since i was was not only over charged, but also lied to because i was told the bleed line was ordered when it was not. i feel this runs inline of being lied to for financial gain, which amounts to fraud. if anybody has had similar issues please contact me to build a stronger case against this crook.

Absolutely dishonest thieves. Brought my truck in for a miss. Sold me parts I didn't even have on my truck..changed things that didn't need to be changes. Then called me to tell me my truck wasnt fixed and wanted to change more parts that wasn't an issue. I got tired of their mess and went pick up my truck and fixed it myself. They would not return my money. The only money they returned was for the parts they said they installed but didn't. That I didn't even need.Service: General repairs & maintenance

These guys were the best in the game I been trying to get this powersteering fixed for 3 months and these guys fix it with no problem I went to 6 shops and they were always busy or had no clue of what the problem was but these guys nailed it bruh if u have a powersteering problem check the sensor before the hose but 9/10 it the hose it s self They were very quick and efficient I highly suggest going to these guys before anyone VERY GOOD PEOPLEServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance

Went to get AC serviced, and Frank took it in to check it out. Came back 5 minutes later and said the solenoid on the botton came loose, didn't charge me anything!
