I highly recommend Delta world tire. They treated me with excellent service! They were very kind. They won t lie to you! It was my first time there for an oil change, and they did a great job. They even told me one of my tires was bad and it wouldn t last long. I did order a tire with them. And sure enough my tire did rupture, but thank goodness the new tire came in on time. Got the tire changed. And now I can enjoy my ride! Thank you so much!

My experience was very good. Clerk was pleasant and explained what I needed and then what ha been done. I will recommend Delta Tire and use them in the future.

From the front desk to the exchange I had with one of the mechanics it was a very pleasant experience. They made sure I understood what needed to be done and my choices to have it done.The work was done in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this place.

I had a great experience with Delta world tire. I purchased a couple tires from them three months ago, and one of the tires was wearing unevenly. I had the vehicle checked at the dealership for an alignment issue, but that was not the case. The tire that was sold to me, was a faulty tire. It was defective, because the opposite side was wearing normally, and that side was almost bald within 4000 miles. I did not buy road hazard, but the tire did come with a manufacturer warranty. I brought it in, and surprisingly, they decided that they were going to replace the tire at no additional charge. Cut to the day that I came to replace my tire, I drive a heavily modified BMW, and the technician decided, to extensively rev my car, while in the shop, then notice that I was watching, and got out and asked me what kind of exhaust I have. Had he seen me, or one of his coworkers, it probably would not have happened. Not to mention this happened on a cold start. The car had been sitting for about 30 minutes. Other than that, I recommend this place for pretty much anything.

My family and I were in town for a dance competition and got a flat. Tight schedule and long trip home after. Austin at DWT understood that I was in an urgent situation and did his very best to get my vehicle taken care of as fast as possible. I greatly appreciate the excellent service I received and my family had a safe trip home thanks to Austin amd DWT.

Will never buy another tire from this company again. Purchased a tire less than a year ago. Less than 9000miles. Tire defective on the inside and they refuse to warranty it. Beware before purchasing a tire from here! Not worth it!!

I will never return to Delta in Lafayette. They did not phone my insurance on my tire when I paid over $1000 for the road hazard insurance. I felt scammed and had to go elsewhere

They were very knowledgeable. I enjoyed the service I will be back. I must say they are better than the dealership I go to. The dealership employees just pass on you and not say anything. Hospitality is everything.

10/10 experience !I called late the day before and they were able to get me in bright and early the next morning!! The entire staff was incredibly kind and the shop was super clean! I was in and on the road with in less than an hour!!!

Tried leaving a review through their CRM program, but I waited too long. These guys are great. I showed up on a Monday morning and in a rush; they got my tire patched up and had me back on the road quick as you like. Would highly recommend

I brought my vehicle to DWT to change out a bad alternator and they had a new one installed by the end of the same day. I did not call ahead to get this scheduled either. Highly recommend.

ADDED REVIEW AT BOTTOM:(With one good comment beneath that):Just to begin though:OH DID I MENTION THE BRAKE JOB WAS NOT COMPLETED CORRECTLY WITH SQEAKS AIR IN THE BRAKE LINES SO MUCH MORE!!!HE TOLD ME NEVER TO COME BACK AND I STATED NOT TO WORRY AND ANYONE THAT ASKED ME I SAID TO NEVER GO TO THAT DELTA WORLD TIRE!!!I m a fellow mechanic by hobby tho have had spinal surgery and no longer at this time to fix it till i fully recovery. First off I wish this young stupid man is fired cuz they r thieves that lie to your face in the eyes when something was totally fine such as a perfect fine smooth rotor. Again lied to my FACE! DO NOT EVER BRING YOUR CAR THERE FOR ANYTHING I SERIOUSLY MEAN ANYTHING!!!! The district manager happened to b there when I was there cuz of this but the kid running store now assumes every single person is a moron not knowledgeable of how to change disc brakes moreso the truth is THAT I KNOW MORE THAN THESE STUPID IGNORANT IDIOTS TRYING TO LIE TO YOU AND MORE! I hate to add that the kid managing this location is a liar, thief, lying to u that any person knowledgeable to do brakes themselves, as myself but can t due myself due to back surgery still recovering. If anyone goes their you re a complete IDIOT! Only tho their main work is done for other companies and VERY VERY EASY TO MINIPULATE ROBBING FROM THEM. He gave me specific causes of the issues and even let me go speak with the alignment specialist in the garage to show me everything he could possibly do to remedy the problem. Even showed me the images on his computer so that I could see it all myself. Which I understood being an extreme car nerd knowing most of everything on many vehicles. Not meaning to sound conceited only that I m rather knowledgeable. That was the BEST MECHANIC AND OLDER MAN AT THE FRONT DESK.
