They were all about selling us 4 new tires, told us there was a gash in one and refused to rotate them all. When we asked for a quote, he just rattled off some numbers (no print out) and said they wouldn't honor their warranty because of the gash. We took it to another place and found, 1. They didn't put all the gas caps back on. 2. There was no gash or hole in ANY tire. 3. The rim was dented. Like a huge you can see it from several feet away dent. How the AF did the NOT see the very large dent in the rim? F this place. I'll pay more for an honest shop who doesn't put me back on dangerous tires without telling me.

Had a tire emergency on the road on the side of Costco at 8:30pm, pulled right into the Costco parking lot to put my spare tire on. One of my lugs were so tight that I couldn't break it loose. I went to the tire center asked for help and one of the employees came assist me. I greatly appreciated the help, my family will be purchasing our tires and tire care from Costco in the future.I believe his name was Cesar, if any managers are reading this please tell him he is greatly appreciated and Costco is lucky to have this employee.

I bought my tires here. High mileage Bridgestone. A less common sized tire therefore not stocked locally but Costco has it. Price was very good. Tire actually got damaged a few months in due to road hazard and I got a brand new tire. They re great. No problems here.

Service quality is very good . But they removed the only waiting chair so u can t sit anywhere while your car gets fixed . And u can t get ride for home , so if you are old you are done . Not to add , the service takes minimum one hour .. With Costco s such a name , I am surprised with such a poor customer care .. Poor

A mess of paperwork. Took an hour to just deal with buying the tires with an appointment and no choice. Plus, the install time and I had to go back the next day for another 45 minutes to correct billing.

YES! great price on tires and the best employee Daniel in the auto tire section. he was a great help and very nice. best experience i have had getting new tires.

They kept the lock for my lug nuts after changing my tires. Refused to make it right.
