Cornerstone Glass has the poorest customer service I have ever experienced. They do not return phone calls and we have called them three times to try and set up a day and time for a visit to get an estimate for a custom shower door for our remodel project. Tracy did not follow-up with phone calls as we were assured he would. Apparently they don't care about their reputation.

I ve called in multiple times and I ve emailed Tracy asking for a date for him to install. No response. I call in and the automobile side has to run cover for Melinda (who has no email address) and Tracy. Tracy or Melinda if you see this review just refund me my deposit and I ll go somewhere else.

Place is a joke. I m a licensed contractor. I called to have these guys give me an estimate on a shower door for a custom shower we built. After 4 weeks, 4 phone calls, and absolutely no answer, I moved on. I normally would not even wait that long, but the there has been a lot going on around us and I cut them some slack. Stay away from these guys. Mrs Carla that works the front is very nice, but no help whatsoever! Tracy is the person that does the estimates. He called me this morning after a month and wanted to go measure the shower. I couldn t believe it. I though they had already measured it when he went last time. We will be done this weekend and it s a 3 week wait on the glass. Horrible. I let Tracy know just how horrible this was. This was my second interaction with this guy. Never again.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid 50% deposit over 2 months ago and they still haven't replaced my window or called me back. They give a different excuse every time and blame every thing on COVID. Basically their employees never work and they could care less about your business. I have had the worst experience here and would NEVER use them again. I would give them 0 stars if they google would let me. This company is a BIG ZERO!!!!

Trey came to my house to measure for mirrors and tub/shower doors. They said they would give me a bid in about 5 days. They never called back, I kept calling and they kept saying someone would call me back. After 2 weeks of waiting they never called back.So I cancelled the bid.When I called to cancel they didn't even care why I was canceling.

I have been trying to get a glass replaced for almost 2 weeks now. They gave me many different times that they would have it done by but its still not completed. Staff is very nice but seems like they don't care about it being cold in someone's home. Very unprofessional.Service: InstallationService: Installation

If I could give zero stars I would. They put a broken window in my new construction home. The window was broken the entire time my house was being built. They finally replaced it 3 months after I closed.
