My truck s problem was diagnosed quickly and correctly, the part came in in no time, and the job was completed within two-days time!! Brendan, my service advisor was great and was on top of things the entire time!! Thanks for such a good experience!!!!!

Picked up a nail in my new CR-V's tire which set off the tire pressure monitor. Even though I arrived an hour after they opened their service bays, my tires were checked and repaired so that I was back on the road within an hour. Thank you!

Rachel, the service advisor who took care of me, met me outside as soon as I arrived. She checked my vehicle in and before long she was back to tell me that my vehicle service of an oil change and tire rotation was complete. Matt was very courteous and kept me informed throughout our repairs. The electric power steering unit was as replaced and a fan motor was replaced. Matt coordinated payment from my warranty company and this was all completed in a timely fashion. 1st experience with shop was not good regarding this service repair request .3 days until suv could be serviced. I had to rent vehicle from enterprise @ $100 a day plus time off from an off site rental . A one day repair became 2 days. Driving home from repair shop with suv , note all under warranty coverage , a/c goes out again. Less 20,000 Miles.I waited a week, driving without A/C. Once an appt was available, Jon did provide loaner car for 2 days.I am happy to report after no a/c for 14 Days, I finally have my 2021 Honda Cvr back full restored with A/C.**Jon did listen to my frustration and disappointment in the repair. Jon insured and drove the suv the 2rd time before returning it.I still feel Honda has issues with repairs under warranty time lines .This warranty repair cost me time and money on rentals . I will shop service levels before my next purchase. I have owned Honda s over 15 years. Honda needs to do better ! :(Services: Air conditioning, Auto maintenance

Community has an express oil change not available at all dealerships. I called, went in same day after my oil light came on. They were professional, quick, and did the 13 point inspection to check for any issues. Offered me up sales which I declined at the time except for oil/gas fuel cleaning. I went there as I like their dealership more than my home one! When time to replace my vehicle, will definitely check with them first!Service: Oil change

I had walk in service on a Saturday. Very busy. The service writer on duty (10/15/2022) was super busy. I am an observer and while waiting, I observed him handling a few difficult customers. He was very professional while solving the problems and making the customers happy. That s so refreshing. My car was ready in less time than the estimate I was given. We appreciate Matthew s professionalism and personal concern for our vehicle situation.
