I really messed up my car trying to be a DIY girly to fix some deep scratches with spray paint. Collision Works had upfront, reasonable prices and only took two days to redo my two passenger side doors, quarter panel, and bumper! Highly recommend!! Thank y all so much!!

Very friendly, my car was hit very badly, but they fixed it in less than two weeks. Very reasonable pricing and looks like new. If I need body work which hopefully I won't, I'm definitely going back there.

Absolutely great to work with! I had some damage to parts of my truck and they fixed them all in record time, great price and amazing customer service. My truck now looks like it did when I bought it.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! And if you have check everything they say they've fix or replaced. I promise you half the stuff they say they replaced,they are leaving all old parts. I had my truck repaired here. Within acouple months all my dash lights are on, misfires in my engine, brake sensors won't go off, ESC light is on, all the bolts to my suspension was lose. Bushing on my control arm was bad, I had to change that too. Nothing seemed to be torqued down. Had truck for acouple days And had to bring it in cause AC went out. Looked under truck because my suspension got thrown off just riding down the highway. They told me they put all new parts, but inner bumper where you can't see unless you get underneath truck and look is still bent. And they had my truck for over 8 months. Ridiculous!!!! I'm sure they charge the insurance company alot of money and I'm having alot of issues and only had it acouple months.Services: Transmission, Tires, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Great experience with this location!!! Courtney at the front was so helpful and Ross next door was great as well! They made my process through my insurance SO EASY AND SMOOTH! Not happy at all, with the service of my pickup 2018 f105 had it repaired twice. First time window cowl got busted in their shop. They replace one panel with a used one didn t even seal it contacted my GEICO agents never got a response. Paid them 250 cash for a buff and polish for my truck cash as they requested and to mainly take a burnt ring out my hood which they didn t I don t recommend our local GEICO agents Bradley B and the GEICO insurance adjuster who name I don t have better going to bobbies get work done. Definitely don t come to this repair shop. The parts on my bumper didn t even seem new so it look somewhat used. But definitely wouldn t come back

We were in an accident and they were recommended by my insurance company. I have been pleased every step of the process. They communicated with us, worked directly with our insurance company and we re friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them in the future! Honest, friendly and on time. They repaired the front end of my Camry as well as other incidental damage. The repair was excellent! We were hundreds of miles from home and they completed the work early so we could get back on the road. Dennis, Tae and Shane were a joy to work with.

No communication whatsoever. The quote they gave me was $5,000 less than the total at the end. I had to pay for a rental because of back ordered parts. My car has a huge gash in the BRAND NEW hood. My AC was not working and when I asked them to check it, I was told it was fine. But, there was ZERO freon in the line. It was a nightmare ! I do not recommend this place at all !! I went this place because of the good reviews and price. I met with Tommy to get a quote and he was the person who I would communicate with about my car. Well 2 days before my car was done he tried to upcharge me $800 for a headlight. I was not informed about this until I had to call. I then communicated with Shane. He got everything sorted out for me because Tommy also didn't inform me until my car was ready that I would not have a grill or fog lights that I thought came with the original quote. I highly recommend this place when dealing with anyone besides Tommy! Everything else was up to par. Tommy did not communicate with me whatsoever. I had to call to be informed on what other problems I found.

I have had three vehicles in my life that required collision work. This is the only time work was done correctly the first time. You can not tell there was damage to the vehicle. I highly recommend them for excellent work, great communication throughout, and friendly staff.

I had my vehicle repaired here and never again. My a/c is no longer working because of the work. My dome lights no longer work and they said they would get back with me and never did.
