The whole process of getting my windshield replaced was extremely smooth ! Great communication, great service ! If there or a just a cracked windshield or needs to be replaced he will be able to tell you and take it from there ! I did not have to leave my home which was very convenient!

I have used champion auto glass for the past 3 years and Johnathan never disappoints! This past month I have had to call him not once but twice within a week! He does a wonderful job, so professional, and flexible-came to my work! Highly recommended!! First of all, I must say, Champion Auto was very friendly, professional and very efficient! I had a chip in my window that I needed fixed asap before it spreads. I called at least 10 other glass businesses in Lafayette looking for help but some didn't bother to answer their phone, even when I called several times and a few couldn't even help within the same day. I was so frustrated! It's just a chip that could be easily fixed! I looked on Google again and I saw Champion and decided to call one more place before giving up and I'm so glad i did! Within 30 minutes of me calling, Jonathan met me and fixed my problem within minutes. Now that's customer service done right! I know where to go now and who to send my people to if they need help! I was met right on time at my workplace to repair a crack in my windshield. The process was explained beforehand and was completed in around 30 minutes. The price was much less than what I expected, and Jonathan was very respectful and professional the entire time. The owner of the shop (Jonathan) came to our aid. Traveled from Maryland to visit family in Lafayette. My windshield needed repair in two locations. We called and he gave us an over the phone estimate. He even came to us. It was a life saver, since i don't know Lafayette. First time visit. He was very friendly and even told me about Caroline Cookies (delicious). Even told of some fun places to visit for our stay here.Price are very reasonable. I would definitely recommend 100%. I contacted Champion on a Sunday morning after a mishap loading a quad into my truck. By Monday afternoon they had a new rear window installed! The team quoted me quickly, set the appointment quickly, and showed up on time. Professional, courteous & knowledgeable. This is my second time using Jonathan for windshield repairs. After my first experience I knew if the need arose I would call him again. Within 5 minutes of the new crack I was on the phone making an appointment.Jonathan showed up on time at my office and let me know he was there. Awesome service! Jonathan was great. He helped me get my windshield replaced same day. Even helped with getting my vehicle inspection taken care of. Friendly and fast. And the price was reasonable. If you want someone that goes that extra mile, and makes sure you are taken care of, then Champion Auto Glass is your place.

I will never go anywhere else for auto glass repair! Jonathan is very easy to work with. He returned my call to schedule an appointment within a few hours, came out to my office the next day, and completed the repair in 15 minutes in the parking lot. Now, you can barely tell there was a chip at all. It looks much better than a repair my husband had done on his truck window from another shop. Very affordable, too. Highly recommended!

I am so pleased with the work that Champion Auto Glass did on my windshield repair. He was able to complete the job at my work so it was very convenient. I m embarrassed to say that this is probably my 10th time within a year having to call Johnathon because of my bad luck and he never disappoints.
