Took them 7 hours to change my tires. Not an exaggeration. I came In at 10am to get 4 new tires and they told me they had to order them and that they would be in at around 12-2. Tires came in at around 1:30 pm. I didn't leave the shop until 5pm. Almost 3 hours to actually do the job. Don't waste your time or money coming here.

Great service. Patching a tire isn t worth their time however they did it free of charge and put it back on my vehicle. Small things like that mean a lot these days. I ll be taking all my vehicles there for new tires and service from now on.

I am from out of town, get to hotel and discover a nail in the tire, called and told come on down. Arrive and it was immediately serviced. This place is GREAT! Made a rough situation 10 times easier with Chabill's help! Thank you!

They are always so helpful, patient, informative and fair. They are also quick and easy to work with. They took the time to make sure I understood exactly what was going on with my vehicle and kept me updated thru the process. They never take advantage of a situation and always find a solution for your vehicle needs.

There should be a sign out front that no outside tire service will be completed to avoid anyone wasting their time going to this establishment.

I stopped in with a leaky tire that was going flat every 12 hours or so. I expected to be replacing it. That s a pretty fast leakdown.The service advisor was friendly, professional and positive. She assured me that the vehicle would be looked at today, and I informed her of my plans to Uber to the gym. I walked next door to get a bottle of water and saw my car being pulled in as I returned.The technician was careful with Esther (my car). In just a few minutes, he was done-and he was able to *repair* the leak, saving hundreds during Christmas time.How much did I save? ALL OF IT. The repair was no charge, and as a matter of fact, the service advisor explained a long list of valuable benefits of doing your tire biz at Chabill s-and not one is a gimmick. See the attached photo.I ve been in the top spot at a few auto dealerships over the last 30 years, and I can attest to this: There are lots of moving parts between reception and delivery of completed service, and Chabill s won my non-warranty repair and tire business today.

I had a nail in my tire and they were able to see me on the same day in 5 minutes and I was in and out 20 minutes. Incredible. I will be coming back to them again. I recommended them to my friends and colleagues.Service: TiresService: Tires

30 minutes before closing today, my daughter had her car towed here because of 2 flat tires. Once Chabill's got her car, it took no time for the tech to change those tires, rotate the others and set my daughter on her way. EXCELLENT service and prices. I have had great service from Chabill s on Verot in the past. However, today was quite different. Someone rummaged through my center console and stole money from me. The manager looked at cameras only from the time I arrived and the time it was parked after completing the job. He said he didn t have time to look at hours of video. He also said where they parked my vehicle after completing the job was near a bus stop and they may have forgotten to lock it. He said I could report it to the police and they can look through the hours of video. He took no blame and wished me good luck. How nice! Big X on Chibill s!Service: Tires

I was driving through Lafayette and my truck tire picked up a bungee cord with a metal end that punctured passenger tire. Chabill s fixed it at 5pm and was back on the road 30 min later, great friendly service. Glad I purchased my tires from them and really enjoy free tire repair!Service: TiresService: Tires

Drivers side rear tire seemed low and I was on my way to work. They found a nail in my tire. I had a spare so they put that on for me at no charge. I found them to be very professional. The establishment was clean and everyone I spoke with was kind and professional at all times. Today was my first time going to Chabill s on Verot and after todays visit, it will be where I bring my vehicle from now on. I went in to get a hole in one of my tires patched. I was in and out within the hour. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. They didn t even charge me for what they did! I was blown away.
