Staff was very accommodating to my situation. Very transparent on work (and prices) to be done, thoroughly explaining options and details. Very professional, knowledgeable and experience. But most important to me was their kindness and patience. There were a number of customers that were treated the same way... AWESOME PLACE AND PEOPLE!!!

Over the years I ve gone to Chabill s at different locations, and I ve always had a good experience. Friendly and helpful staff, short wait time, easy to get in for an appointment, fair price, and they explain everything in a way that you can understand. I ll always recommend them! Shout out to Trevor for great communication and going above and beyond with customer service.

10/10 will always recommend. Not enough words to describe how great their customer service is. I ve come here for all tire needs for both cars I ve owned over the years. The staff is always super friendly, quick, and accommodating.

Came in for a free inspection they were very nice and quick, then quoted me 1100 dollars for just rotor replacements, and quoted the oem part 2x the cost, incredibly nice but scammy, most decent break places will do both axels including pads for around 600

From the first second of talking to Rachel I was sold. She immediately found the tires we needed, went out of her way to get the vehicle and kept me updated through the whole process. I'd 100% recommend this business.

They diagnosed my car Thank you so much. But I was told $1000 to fix my Brakes when I went to check out it was really $600 to fix. $1000 was steep I could have paid the $600. It came up to $1000 with recommendations for other services. Word of advice give the paperwork so a customer can look at recommendations while the car is in the air. It saves time because if I would have said fix it after receiving closing ticket the technician would have had to double his workload. I settled for an oil change.

Can t say enough good about the folks at Chabill s on Ambassador. Extremely courteous, helpful and downright good at the services they provide. I ll definitely be doing business with them as the need requires. Trevor, Rachel & techs: you re the best!!!

Such friendly greetings from everyone, especially, Rachel. I love how clean the waiting areas are, even after Covid, things have remained as clean as ever--not so with most places, even grocery stores. Not so here! I, especially like the well kept restroom, no empty needs left unattended like hand wash, paper towles, etc.. I suspect it's a lot due to Rachel's keen eye & energetic nature. Soooo, love it!I can wait in quiet surroundings in one area in comfortable chairs, so I can do studying, I like to do while waiting as this is so important to me. There's even one lounge chair i saw an exhausted looking lady come in & lean back appearing 2 sleep & when her auto was ready she got up looking more refreshed. Or, one can sit at a couple of small tables where sunlight comes through windows from 3 sides.It's defenetally not your regular auto repair, where one feels only like a number to be quickly waited on & then called on when it's time to pay.If I choose to wait for a longer repair, Rachel, cheerfully checks on me to make sure if I need anything or gives me updates on my auto repair progress. She does this for all, young & old alike, not just old, old, ladies like myself.One day I desperatly needed a repair on a Friday, my water system, & no future appointment was available until after Monday. I needed my automobile. Rachel checked with the mechanic if he would be willing to complete the job for me. How greatful I was as it took more work & time than was expected & the young man & Rachel, stayed until the job was finished: On a Friday, wow! I was so greatful as I thought the job deserved a tip beyond the mechanic's normal salary. I would have liked to have been able to tip him more than I could afford!I bring my own drinks, but, the refreshment area is kept wiped down so no spills, waste is ever in sight: so nice & a water machine is available.If one is forced 2 have a job done & like me, hates to take time to have it done, being in plesent surroundings, around caring people like Rachel, it's a defendant plus factor for auto repair! : )

I had to wait awhile but I felt lucky that they could take care of me . I didn t have an appt but I ended up getting my flat tire fixed and needed 2 new ones and they were very helpful and polite

Counter salesperson undersold and over-delivered. Fantastic experience. Quick turnaround and also provided preventative maintenance items that I can pursue in the future

Nearly 2 years ago this company tried to charge us over $700 saying we needed a master cylinder when three other places said we did not. It was as simple as adding some fluid and the car has been fine nearly 2 years later. I am incredibly disappointed they tried to screw us in charges, because I once very much liked Chabill's. I regret my father will no longer consider them after this incident. I don't like this type of practice and now that we can longer trust this place my father refuses to ever go there again.

Tried to replace air pressure sensors but did not know how to reset the sensors and had to replace the new with the old sensors. They also turned off the rear hatch in the process, requiring a return to the shop to get it turned back on

A friend told me my tire was low. I went home and checked it and knew I needed another tire. I started calling around and couldn't get anyone to answer. If they did they immediately put you on hold. When I got someone I was going to have to wait 3-5 days, not acceptable. Then I called Chabils. The lady answered the phone,gave me a quote, and set me up an appointment.. y.they were great. Thanks so t.

3 o'clock appointment for an oil change, no one else there. They didn't start with my car until 5 min to 4. Walked out at 5. 2 hours for an oil change and to look at a leaking tire.

Low tire pressure light was on in car this morning and I had a dentist appointment to get to at 10. Stopped in at Chabill's and fortunately they could check it. Nail in tire, fixed and no charge...was on my way promptly!! Will definitely be back for servicing tires and other automotive needs!!Very impressed!! And the lady at the counter even took the time to research and help a walk-in out-of-towner who had an issue not handled by many in our area.Wow, wow, wow!! That is customer service...and I will be back and tell others!!

Tried two other places an they where rude. Unwilling to help. I came to chabill's and from the time I got through the door they where hello and how can I help. Appointments! Sure np. So from now on I will do all of my business there. Helpful, willing and courtesy and polite. Thank you for you service. It's nice in today's WORLD, you can still get service like this. I looked this place up online to get my tire repaired, and they lived up to the great reviews! The staff was friendly and very helpful. The service was fast. Most of all I appreciated the fact that they did the flat repair for free. As a single mom, I greatly appreciated this. I definitely recommend them and I will be back !!Service: TiresService: Tires

Needed a new set of tires for my Enclave. Chabill's saved me money by using their credit card. The service was good and the ladies who helped me out were both knowledgeable and friendly! I had a quick and pleasant experience at Chabill s! I visited the store for a diagnosis of car maintenance issues and was checked in and serviced by the receptionist. The greeting was warm and friendly upon entry to the establishment. I would recommend receiving service there to other potential clients in the future!
