I highly recommend C&R Collision for all your automotive repair needs! They did an amazing job and my vehicle looks brand spanking new! Definitely a 5 out of 5 and they even went out their way to clean the inside of my vehicle in which they did not have to do that. Very professional, polite, and easy to work with and always kept me updated on my vehicle repairs appointment times etc. I appreciate the compassion on you have for your customers and the outstanding service you provide! The employees here take pride in their work and the commitment they make to their customers with meeting vehicle repair quality and efficiency.

They worked well with my insurance to accommodate my concerns and get the repair done timely. They have an after hours drop off and pick up that s helpful with my busy schedule. Staff on the phone were very courteous and kind. Took a star off for a couple off-putting comments the estimator made that offended me and that some of the issues I had after the collision are still there. Unsure if I ll try to get it fixed through them a second time.

This place is incredible! Once my estimate was completed they scheduled me an appointment for repairs before leaving. They kept me updated on their progress. My vehicle was ready before the actual date it was expected to be ready. They did an amazing job!! My Toyota 4runner looks better than ever! They detailed it inside and out and also brought my rental car back to enterprise! Top notch services! Thanks again C&R team!

Was skeptical at first. My insurance company requested them. Did some research and ran here to Google for reviews.First impression. Estimate team was awesome and very helpful experienced-wise assured me it would be an easy fix.Second phase of dropping off the vehicle. The front desk promised me that they would take care of informing the insurance company and rental for me. I had to do the communication portion myself and get my own rental a day prior short-notice before dropping off the vehicle for the repairs. Otherwise I would have not left the shop for a few more hours then expected.Vehicle in shop. Had three different timelines for extended work on the vehicle so I had to wait til I get off from work to head 2 hours to pick up the vehicle. The customer service was awesome and they waited after hours for me to grab the vehicle. Thanks again for all your hard work and continued support for our vehicle. Will greatly look forward to working with you guys again and letting others know of your competency and efficiency.Service: Body & Trim

Everyone was friendly and professional. When they were finished with my car, my car looked like it was brand new. They did excellent work and the my car was so clean inside and out. I recommend this body shop to all.

I brought my brand new 2022 Silverado Truck in to C&R to have my bumper repaired. They pulled it completely off repaired it and it looks brand new again. This is not the first repairs they have made on my vehicles. Their workmen-ship is remarkable and I trust them %. They are the only car body shop that will ever work on my vehicles.Thanks,Kert

Picked up my G37 today after repairs were completed. Once I saw the car I was happy with the results, but the person who pulled my car around did something that in my opinion was unacceptable and unprofessional. As I was standing at the front desk waiting for the car to be pulled around I heard my car be revved to the limiter immediately upon cold start(the car has a loud exhaust) it was about 60 degrees that day and the car hadn't been driven for I presume about a week(that's how long they'd had the car for). That upset me. Then to top it off, the guy pulls the car up to the front door and then proceeded to rev my car to the soft limiter twice. Then shut off the car and hopped out with a smile on his face. I surely wasn't smiling. For those who may not understand why this upset me I'll explain.1. Revving an engine while it's cold and hasn't been ran or started in a while can potentially result in damage or unnecessary wear on internal engine components.2. It's not his property to just disregard like that.

C&R did a great job. They were courteous every time I communicated with them. The text updates on the status of the vehicle were awesome. The messages also provide a link showing status and cost. My truck was done on time and I am very pleased with the end result.

C&R was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. The communication and hospitality was beyond anything I ve ever received.The sweet ladies at the front desk were super informative and ON THIER GAME! They were extremely helpful with all of my questions and requests! They took great care of me, it was so seamless on my end, they handled everything with the insurance company and even made sure my rental car was ready to go when I dropped my vehicle off.C&R took very good care of my vehicle, all of the damages were fixed perfectly and look beautiful, and they also detailed my car upon arrival for pick up. The work to be done wasn t major, but included lots of sensors. The time it took them to finish up was super speedy. 1 week, and my car looks brand new.C&R was the closest body repair, certified to work on Audi, near me. The drive was an hour and a half give or take from my home. Given the amazing service I received, I will continue to choose C&R as my preferred body shop, and make the drive as many times as I need as well as refer anyone I know in need.Thank you for the Incredible service!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

They were always in communication with me so I knew what was going on with my vehicle. My vehicle was done earlier than the expected date. They returned my rental for me and they come out to do a final inspection with you to make sure that you are satisfied before you leave. I brought my 2007 Ford Escape for some minor repairs from a hit and run accident. The work done is great area fixed looks wonderful. The only part I didn't like was I mentioned things have been happening since the accident and they marked it unrelated to accident when I can prove w/o a shadow of a doubt it wasn't happening before the accident. I was very disappointed in this. I brought my vehicle to another dealership with proof of my assigned work spot and where I park at home and vs the new oil leak and it was proven it was from the accident maybe being jarred or ran off the road. Who knows. I explained all this to C&R they deemed it not accident related and insurance won't pay now so I'm unhappy with this. Other than that there work was great.Service: Body & Trim

After reading reviews on all of the shops around Lafayette, I decided to trust my car repair with C&R. I am happy that I did. The work was done perfectly. And, equally as important, they know how to treat people. (I don't put up with rude business owners. There's no reason for that.) Their customer service was amazing from the minute I stepped in the door. I was greeted by friendly people and sent off the same way. I had plenty of choices and I'm 100% glad that I chose these guys. To the C&R team, you guys know how to run a business. Keep it up. Thank you.

The Staff in the front Ms Miranda and Ms Ashley are Amazing! Incredibly knowledgeable and caring. Mr Mike is the most incredibly patient man. He took his time and explained everything to me. C&R did a great job on front bumper, grill, and hood repair/replacement. Was a small miscommunication on expected completion date. The manager took care of everything and provided me with a rental, and they even picked me up from work and went above. Great shop, friendly staff, taken care of business.

This business did an amazing job repairing my vehicle that was damaged in an accident. The car required two months of work to repair everything. They finished the repairs on the date I was originally provided. The car looks and drives like the day I bought it at the dealership. They even detailed it for me which I considered an extra perk. Would highly recommend! This was my first time having to have work done on a vehicle. Every staff member was so kind and helpful. They made sure I had a rental on my drop off day and kept me informed the entire time via texts. Can t even tell anyone backed into me. Exceptional work and staff. This was my first time ever that my vehicle was wrecked. C&R Collision went over and beyond what I expected. I can t even tell that my car was wrecked after they fixed it. Also they cleaned the inside and outside of my car. I was pleasantly surprised at that. Was in a accident in March and use C &R collision through my insurance for repairs. It took them almost 4 months to repair my vehicle. I was rear-ended. Through out whole the process I received no updates on the status of my vehicle. Every time I called the receptionist they were very dismissive stating " We are waiting on a part that we ordered and do not know when the part will come in". Finally after waiting almost 4 months for my vehicle to be repair they called and said it was ready. I looked at the repair everything looked great. I get into my driver seat to drive off only to find my seat pushed back. It was obviously moved for them to repair the car. I tried to adjust the seat to my normal position but my seat would not move. I went to report the issue to the manager. He states your motor must have went out that's not our responsibility call your insurance company. We went back and forth because my seat was moved. He finally called my insurance company and placed the blame on the accident. I had to leave my car with them again for 6 more days. The front desk was told to get me a rental but they only called one enterprise and gave me a reservation number. And even hung up on me when I asked for them to call enterprise. I was without a rental for 2 days and was completely inconvienced. They should have paid for my rental but they put everything on my insurance company. Enterprise had vehicles just not economy size. What happen to integrity and customer service. I voiced my opinion to the manger he apologized and took the whole situation as a joke. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.Services: Painting, Body & Trim
