OMG! The work is beautiful and yes it took a little longer than they said. Only 2 days and it was worth it!I got a beautifully clean car as well as the repairs. I had to get down and thank them myself as I have been trying to figure out how I was going to get it clean inside and out. I am 9 weeks into rotator cuff surgery and life has been a bit rough to say the least.I have 4 dogs that travel with me and when I got into my car I knew instantly the inside had been cleaned as well.What an awesome Christmas gift! Looks like my car did before the accident and even better.The staff was honest, courteous and very helpful. Didn t meet the guys who do the repairs but it is awesome.Thank you Bobby s paint and repair! Happy Holidays!

I was in an accident 2 years ago and Bobby s repaired my car. They did a great job! My rear bumper was beginning to separate from the car after a car wash. I brought it to Bobby s today, 2 years later, for them to check it and they repaired the bumper at no charge! I also asked for a quote to buff out some paint on my passenger door and they did it today, at no charge . Cannot say enough good things about the service and great work they do at Bobby s.

Bobby s was great! Albeit, the job for my repair work was probably one of their most frustrating jobs. But thankfully that was neither I, nor Bobby s doing! Bobby s went out of their way to do right by me, despite my battles with my insurer! They re a great, family owned company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Just an overall, excellent experience! The staff were so friendly and Justin was so helpful in getting my car fixed quickly. Because it was a minor fix, he didn't even charge me. I really appreciate the service I recieved today and will definitely come back if I need additional repairs in the future.

Do not take your car here.. you crazy if you do. The reviews look great, but in reality this place is horrible. I took my Nissan Maxima to be fixed from a accident. It took them a long time to finish it, got it back, everything was out of whack, overspray everywhere, my gas thing where the gas goes is loose, and still loose. I went back to have it fixed, still got it back not correct. My car was filthy on the inside, foot prints all over my seats, on the back of my seat, they must have glued something cause it was all over on the back seat. It took my husband a good while to finally get it up with damaging the seat. I don t know who else to call or contact about my gas thing loose. It where you put the nozzle to put gas. That whole piece is not put back correctly. But let me just say, i will never bring my car back, and i advise anyone to stay clear of this place. They talk a smooth talk, but has no idea how to fix a car.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Body & Trim

These guys do extremely solid work for the price, even without going through insurance. I've used them for bumper sag/fitment due to age and family members have used them for collision through insurance - no panel gaps every time and very professional

Overall one of the best body shops in Lafayette. Everything from start to finish, couldn t have been any more satisfied. Service from staff was extremely nice. Everyone is willing to help. Great understanding on what is going on with your vehicle. Employees are very knowledgeable. They will make sure they get all the best parts to make your car showroom ready. I was dreading having to go get an estimate on my brand new car that the gate at my apartment complex closed on, BUT the minute I walked in the staff was very friendly. The guy that does estimates, Justin, was very very nice. He came out and looked at my car and said it could be buffed out and they could do it right then. The guy took my car to the back and returned it within 5 minutes looking good as new! They wouldn t even let me pay for it because it was very minor and didn t take long. I ve only had this car for a few months, and to put it mildly I love it so I was devastated when it got damaged. I am so grateful for this shop, Justin, and the young man that fixed my car. I will without a doubt be recommending them to anyone I know that needs body work done, and should I ever need body work done on any vehicle I own I will only take it Bobby s Paint and Body Shop! Justin and his crew were very professional and did whatever needed to be done to get the job done just right. The estimate was very fair and when issues were discovered that would cost more I was contacted before the work was done. As soon as the parts were available the job was done quickly so I wouldn't be without my car for too long. My car was returned clean and the repairs well done.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

All of the employees were really nice and professional. I dealt with Justin and he was very friendly and funny to talk to. Destiny helped me when I went to unload my car because it was totaled and she was very nice.

Came here for an estimate on my vehicle. The estimate was crazy and I don t even have much knowledge on cars. Immediately went to another repair shop and they quoted me HALF of Bobby s shops estimate, which is what I was thinking. My advice to you: please always get second opinions especially before using Bobby s!

I m high highly recommend Bobby s! They went above and beyond to make sure my car was repaired back to its prior condition, if not better.They handled everything with the insurance company, made sure quality factory parts were put back on my car, worked with me to make sure everything was taken care of and I got my car back looking brand new!I m so pleased with the results and so impressed by how they genuinely care for and fight for their customers. Justin was beyond helpful and informative. He handled everything for me, I literally didn t have to worry about anything with my rental or the insurance company. He communicated the whole time.It was a stress free experience.

I went to get an estimate for the work that needed to be done on my vehicle. The estimate was fair I thought but it's dependent on the insurance company that you deal with first. But I appreciated Mr Justin that helped me.

I have used other body shops in Lafayette but from this point forward, I will only use Bobby s. I have had them fix my car twice. Both times my car looked better than when I bought it after they fixed it. Also, they cleaned the inside and out which looked spectacular! During both times, Justin was such a great help. He definitely understands how stressful this can be and put my mind at ease. They also gave me a rental car so it was a one stop without issues or taking to much time. In addition they did a little mechanical work. Both times I had to use them, it was an amazing experience and absolutely no stress. Justin handled everything on my behalf.

These guys are great! Worked with our insurance, kept us updated and informed throughout the whole process. They made a terrible situation (accident) bearable with how understanding and professional they were. They think of everything, answer every question, cover every detail, have vehicles available on site so there s no hassle trying to get a rental. It s a true blessing to have these guys in our community. Brought my vehicle in with extensive hail damage and Bobby s has it looking brand new. Being able to rent a car at the shop makes the whole process seamless and very easy. Wonderful experience with Bobby s! They handled repairs on my Toyota 4Runner on a number of occasions and each time was a breeze. I felt taken care of and appreciated the updates they gave me as the process was happening! The employees at Bobby s are very respectable and friendly. When your beloved car has been wounded, you normally expect to be ignored in a small, depressing room for 20 minutes. This was a whole new experience for me: a well decorated, airy, and pleasant setting. These people were very professional, and made me feel appreciated. I was told it might take 3 days, where it took only two, and when I picked it up, they had not only scrubbed my car till it sparkled, they also had cleaned the dash inside. They even provided a rental car at reasonable cost. This is more like it!
