We search around for different prices for a back glass for my daughter truck. Auto Glass Express was the least expensive and they did quality work. Worst way to do business. First it took forever to make an appointment. On the day it self, they cancelled twice because of bad weather. They never called me back. When I informed a week later, they said they couldn't reach me, so I had to call them. But that same moment I had 2 missed calls and a text message. So all of a sudden they could reach me?! Never use this service again!

DO NOT RECOMMEND! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. MY WINDOW FELL STRAIGHT DOWN INSIDE MY DOOR WHILE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY. CALLED & THEY ACTED LIKE THEY DIDN'T CARE. NO WARRANTY COMES WITH IT. DO NOT USE! WASTE OF MONEY. THE OWNER TOLD ME HE "DIDN'T WANT CUSTOMERS LIKE ME ANYWAYS. "I have the whole convo. Never once asked what I was getting back! Do I can add LIARS as well to this review. My boyfriend had to fix it because we was on the way back from Texas and my window just dropped inside my door. No defect, just a poor job done! They never offered a new glass, the wife said since my bf fixed it then good!Service: Auto side window replacement
