I have always preferred the brands and prices at advance auto over all other auto stores. This location has always had every item that I have needed. The store is well organized and the staff are amazingly helpful.

The guy here just now was extremely helpful to us. Went in for two detent cables we've been to several other automotive stores for with little help but found it here. Also very knowledgable.

The people at the location I go to near Moss and Pont de Mouton, are the most helpful people I've ever met. Knowledgeable, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help.

It was one of those Tuesday mornings that felt like a Monday...wake up to start the car, only to find that IT WON'T START. I got my car jump started and drove straight to Advanced Auto Parts. I purchased a new battery with free installation. Thank you Chris for saving my day with a smile on your face!! My car was quickly up and running.

Needed to get a part ordered so I can work on my Honda. Usually there is no issue ordering parts from other stores. I ve never been asked to come in to pre pay for the part. (Ignition coils) just curious how I was going to get there twice with no running vehicle. Once is hard enough that s why I needed the convenience of getting the parts over to the nearest store to me. Idky the manager asked me to pre pay, because when I inquired as to why I wasn t given an answer. Then I tried calling back to discuss it with the manager, who was being relayed through a third person on the phone. She would not get on the phone with me. Needless to say I'm just over it. I feel like I was being treated as an untrustworthy customer; and not given the same respect as usual. Never again.

The employees are very nice. They are always eager to help! Great selection of auto related products! Also Advance has a pretty good reward program.

Guys were helpful and honest. They let me know the product I wanted was gonna be on sale tomorrow. They also knew what they were capable of checking and what the competition could check also.

Okay. They got that waited on us was knowledgeable and friendly. The website said they had a party but they didn't, it's OK auto zone across the street did.
