By far some of the most amazing and helpful staff you will ever meet. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. If you ever need help with any situation with a vehicle. These are absolutely the people to go to. Thank you all for being so amazing.

Best service in town. They have always gone above and beyond to help me get what I need and get a great price for a good quality product. Even if something on the order isn't correct. They take the time and go the extra mile for me to get it right and make sure I'm taken care of and treated like family.

I am trying to troubleshoot a battery/ alternator issue. Stopped by to see if they could read the codes. When I went to start the car to go home, the battery was dead. The guy (wish I got his name) came out with tools, flashlight and a cart and helped me remove the battery and charged it up for me. Most places around here won't help. You get it out yourself and carry it in. Thanks guys. Great service. Fast and friendly. I'll drive the extra distance to go there in the future.

Just want to say thank you so much for the great customer service. The manager Chris was awesome and the guy with afro I forgot his name. They helped me alot and was able to make it to South Texas when they loaned me tools

Put on hold for over 16 minutes, they never picked up. Hire more people to help. I expect better from Advance.

It sucks its the worst parts place i have ever been to i walk in the door an stand for a half hour then the man could not find the part so i call them 2 days later for a different part and the phone sat and rings for 20 minutes so i hang up barely need some good management down there

A good place to find a port you need it may not always have it but they'll get it for you faster
