Something hit my wife s rim while going down the road and took a chunk of aluminum out of it. I found Acadiana Rim repair online and brought the rim there for repair. The guys there were friendly and professional. They did an excellent job on the rim and it looks like a new rim.

I would 100% recommend. They couldn't fix my turbines because they were too far gone but they were so helpful and kind towards me. They were patient with me and I respect them for giving me the time of day. They couldn't help me but they are very kind people. Thank yall!

I can t say enough good things about Charlotte and the guys at Acadiana Rim Repair, we live in Florida, but my husband is working here in Lafayette, unfortunately he ran over something in the road and damaged both drivers wheels, Charlotte went above and beyond to help me get the vehicle taken care of and back on the road again!!! I found them based on their reviews and I completely understand why they re so good now, highly recommend to anyone!!! I ll give them an A+ for customer service and professionalism.

Had a cracked rim and called to ask about pricing. Was told I can expect to pay $80 or a little over, so to be prepared I specifically asked What s the absolute most I can expect to pay for the cracked rim? I was told $100 at the most for my specific make & model car. The minute I walk in, Jude tells me he never said $100, that the price would be $150, wow. Then, he adds an additional $30 charge simply because the spare tire was put on. My $100 bill turned into $198. Plus there were young, seemingly high schoolers doing all the work while Jude sat in the office, for the $30 spare tire removal, they threw the wet and muddy spare tire into my trunk and not in it s designated spot. As I m writing the review, I read how so many people were in life threatening positions because the rim cracked in the exact spot it was supposed to be repaired while driving. All around a headache, DO NOT recommend

During the 1st full week of March 22, I scheduled an appointment w/ Jude. Jude informed would take about 3 or more days pending actual damage to my rims. I wanted to repair and powder coat glossy. I received a phone call from Jude sooner than expected. Stating vehicle ready!!!Very pleased with customer service and the new look of my rims. My BMW is paid for and looks like a brand new whip.Thank you

My experience with Mr.Jude was exceptional. We came into town to visit in-laws last night and bent the rim on our dually tire pretty bad after hitting a curb on Ambassador, I mean this was not a little bend, more like a deep v. Went to the shop and Mr. Jude let me know how long it would take and how much it would cost before starting anything. He kept me updated throughout the hour I spent there and then showed me the rim before they put it back on the truck. They really saved us as we are leaving to go visit other family in Tuscaloosa for Thanksgiving today. I recommend this shop to anyone needing any wheel or tire work done. They do quality work at reasonable prices.

I dont usually leave reviews but my experience is worth talking about. I can't say enough about Acadiana Rim Repair. I had an accident that destroyed both rims and tires on the passenger side of my 2013 Silverado just two days ago, I called up Jude yesterday, he was able to get me the exact tires and rims I had (OEM rims, everywhere else had a 2 week order wait for OEM's), had the truck towed over there this morning and I'm sitting here at home already with my truck in the driveway as if nothing ever happened! Incredible speed, unbeatable prices (seriously good luck finding better prices ANYWHERE), excellent service, outstanding people, the ONLY place I will ever go for rims and tires EVER! Thank you Jude and Charlotte so much for taking care of me you guys, you're the best!

Jude was a nice guy, but the repair to my rims was not done. Brought my car there because I had 3 bent rims. My mechanic suggested I get them repaired. Brought my BMW to Acadiana Rim repair. That is what they do. Fix rims, provide tires and balance for proper ride. I was called to tell me the vehicle was ready. After I picked it up, the ride was worse than when I first took my vehicle to them. Went back the next day. They worked on it and said I was good to go. I left and the vehicle started bouncing down Johnston Street at 40 mph. I called back to let them know. Jude wanted me to bring it back on the following Monday. I took it to LMW and had them check out the problem. The rims were still bent, and not just a little. Since rims are Acadiana Rims major business, and I had them work on them twice without success, I had to take them somewhere else to have the work professionally performed. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Great job these guys are amazing I purchased 2022 mustang and left dealership and went straight to their shop to re due rims and paint calibers .. Came out great Jude is the man and his crew is amazing as well check out the Black mustang on web page those rims were silver how ever you would never know they were re done looks like they came from factory..Back againGot my 2023 nissan sentra capilers painted gloss red ..looks amazing see pics Thanks Jude and crew

I have a car with low profile wheels. The rim was cracked and the dealer wanted a small fortune to replace the whole rim. Said it could not be repaired! Well, Acadiana Rim Repair not fixed my rim and had my "baby" ready the next day the price was affordable!! Car rides better than ever too!! Thank you Acadina Rim Repair Your TOPS!!

This experience was great!!!!!! We came in needing fast help.We got that and some much more .The owner showed us quick fixes for future reference.He is honest more than fair and quick .I love this guy we where back on the road in no time . Overall great experience and the price was shockingly low if you don t do business with these guys well your an idiot.

I couldn't have asked for a better place to go to fix my tire they are so friendly and they tell you the truth about what's going on with your tire which is greatly appreciated so I would give them a 20 star out of 10 star because they are the best and I would highly recommend them

We had to replace a tire early on in a long trip. It took maybe half an hour to get the tire and have it replaced. Wonderful place, quick and friendly service!
