Went in to test drive a used vehicle here, I liked it. Both Gabriel and Stephan were very friendly and motivated, getting me to the payments I wanted! The whole experience felt good, not like some dealerships I've been to. They were quick to get me into my new vehicle. Both were patient and I enjoyed doing business with them. Go Mazda! Other dealerships could learn a few lessons from you guys. I recommend paying a visit for your next vehicle folks!

Absolutely best dealer we ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Gabriel is so informative and understood what we were looking for! He was a delight and full of energy! Definitely going back to him for our next vehicle! And the rest of the staff was friendly and welcoming. It was refreshing to see a place where they actually listen to what you want and not what they can sell you. Stop by here and ask for Gabriel! You will not leave disappointed!

Amazing service. I was in and out in less than 8 minutes for nitrogen valve stem caps and a color correction pen. Steve met me at my vehicle and walked me to where I needed to go, showed me the vehicle code and handled my order and all my questions in a professional, timely manner. I have never been to a dealership and been in and out in less than 10 minutes anywhere in the U.S.

This morning, Michael and Desmond took very good care of me as I needed to replace a damaged tire. The process was very quick and easy. Nice that they communicated via text during the process. As long as I own my Mazda, I will use Acadiana Mazda for all my service needs. Plus, it gave me a chance to look at the Mazda 5. Bill, Jess and Madyson, I will be back.

Simply outstanding! I've purchased Lexus and BMW luxury cars in the past, but was NEVER treated as well as Steve Picard and the rest of the dealership personnel have treated me. My next Mazda will be from Acadiana Mazda!!

The service is always excellent and they are very accommodating. I can honestly say this is the ONLY car dealership I have felt 100% comfortable with as far as service. They are honest and thorough. My daughter is always the one to bring the car for service and she absolutely loves how Mrs Paula Steele knows her by name when she walks in and is always such a pleasure to be around!

Definitely worth the drive (I live 2.5 hours away)! The salesman, Dylon Hollier, was super helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. I was returning a leased vehicle and looking for a new lease and he found exactly what I wanted. The finance department was friendly and efficient. It felt like VIP service! I highly recommend!

Just bought a car here and the sales staff was absolutely fabulous. There was no pressure and the sales man remembered my seat adjustment from the 1st car and had the next to ready for me perfectly set with the engine on and the steering wheel warm as well as the seat. They were fair and gave me an excellent price for my trade in. I had my trade-in serviced here and was also extremely satisfied. The facility is clean and everyone is masked and social distanced.

Go see Gabe! Love my new CX-30. The Premium package is so worth every penny! Gabe put up with my constant questions and skepticism with never -ending patience and enthusiasm. He knows this car and was willing to spend so much time explaining every feature before I drove off in it! This is my second Mazda from Acadiana Mazda and I'm pretty sure it won't be my last!

Great job selling Me my car but they charged Me to change the in cabin air filter at 20,000 miles and agreed to pay have done but now on my my next serv call at 30,000 miles low and behold same filter needs to be changed again!!! I'm wondering if they even changed it at 20,000 miles & gonna get me again . Acadiana Mazda's service Department causes me to score them this low

I've been going there for years. The service department was always pretty good until the last year or so. They aren't very friendly anymore and the last few times they've worked on my car, it was left with footprints all over and not clean. I like to take care of my car and keep it clean and I have dropped it off clean and picked it up not clean. Super disappointed as they used to provide pretty good service.

Made a 9:30 appointment with pair and they were on time. The secretary was kind and polite and gave #1 customer service to me. I felt at home with my Mazda repair service team. Thanks for the Great service.

Took my CX-5 here for routine maintenance after scheduling an appointment the day before on short notice. I got to the service appointment early and they took my vehicle in immediately. Shortly thereafter I received a text message with a linked video of their performed inspection. It informed me that all looked good but that the cabin air filter had seen its better days. I texted back requesting that they replace the filter and they responded confirming the filter change. My vehicle was finished and ready for pick up in no time. The price was significantly lower than other dealerships I had used in the past for the same services on the same vehicle. Additionally, the friendliness and accommodating nature of the staff was top notch. Although I don't live in Lafayette, I will henceforth make every attempt to schedule future routine maintenance on my vehicle during times where I am in Lafayette so that I can deal with Acadiana Mazda. Overall, great dealership and exceptional customer service.

I would give this dealer a negative star if it was an option.I went to the dealer looking for a new car. Sales rep Fidel Anoka came out to help us. He asked what we were looking to buy. I told him we wanted a suv that sits 5 or more people comfortably and I want my note no more then $600 a month and not a penny more. He showed us a CX9 for $39,000 with 5,000 miles which I normally don t buy a new vehicle with that much mileage. It was a nice vehicle but when it came to the paperwork the monthly note was much higher then we discussed. Our credit was approved and he said congratulations like as though he was gonna get the deal. However, It was as though he did not listen to any of our request or concerns. We told him from the beginning we were not paying more then $600 a month. If I was going to pay that amount I would have gotten the first vehicle I looked at at the other dealer for a new car with 8 miles on it with more features. However what put the icing on the cake so to speak was when he left us to pretend to go make another deal. When he went to the used car lot and brought back and even older vehicle (2018) with even more miles. This was very insulting to me as a medical professional with an excellent paying job, excellent credit, and money to put down. I will never step foot on this dealership again even if they gave me a car. I will take my business elsewhere and will definitely share my experience with others.

They were able to do for me what others couldn't! So glad I chose this dealership. They made it so easy to get into the vehicle I wanted. The person who was going to finalize my purchase wasn't there the day of my appointment, so they actually delivered the car to me 2 hours away for no charge! Shout-out to Derek, Melissa, and Shane for all the help!

I bought a new vehicle in January 2015 I have a Mazda CX five it is a very nice vehicle on the sales associates name was Charles he was very personable and I highly recommend him if you are looking for a vehicle.The Service center employees are polite and efficient!Everything is great at the Mazda service I just wish that they would make appointments because they don't do that you just have to show up and wait you don't know how long it'll be otherwise everything is perfect

The place to buy in Lafayette! From the start of the sales experience, when sending an inquiry regarding an internet listing, everyone was promptly responsive and helpful. My dealings started with Melissa who guided through the front end of the sales process, then over to Joey and team for Financing and follow on actions. Despite having financing coordinated, Joey dug in and found a better deal for me, showing a passion for excellence and customer satisfaction. My tags and registration was more complex than normal, as I split residence between LA and FL, but the Acadiana team coordinated well with FL to assure registration complete and tags issued. A couple of months after the sale, I discovered information that the salesperson I worked with did not properly disclose. I called this to Management's attention, they turned it into a training moment for the sales team, confirmed that the salesperson I had worked with was no longer affiliated with Acadiana and, more importantly, did the right thing in correcting a relatively minor issue. Over the years, I've bought many cars from many dealers, I would rate Acadiana as top-tier in their operations and committed to honesty, integrity and excellence. On a separate note, the brief exposure with their service department has shown the same passion for excellence and commitment to customer satisfaction. Acadiana is your dealership for integrity, value and customer service - strongly recommend them!

CX5 is a great vehicle. Great value. Put 600 miles on first trip and averaged over 32 mpg. Great lease deals at Acadiana Mazda. Elliott did a great job. Very pleased with my purchasing experience.

They treat me very well. I bought a new Mazdaspeed 3 about 5 years ago, got a great deal. Now they help me maintain my 2005 Mazdaspeed Miata. Great service and the parts people are fantastic. Highly recommended.

Very helpful crew. Contacted Calvin by internet, went in and made the purchase, all in less than 3.5 hours. Picked up the next day fully detailed and a full tank of gas. Complete run down of how to work vehicle and screen (music, bluetooth, etc). Love my new car! Thank you for the great experience. Easiest ever.

Calvin Broussard (Sales) took great care of me. He understood that I had done my research, driven other cars, and saved the best for last...and that time wasn't something I had a ton of. I've taken my new Mazda6 on the highway now and it was everything I hoped for and then some. I'd highly recommend Acadiana Mazda...now lets see if the service department can keep it going...

My car wouldn t start so I had to have it towed to Acadiana Mazda. It was late in the day and I wasn t sure if they would be able to check out the problem or not. Although they weren t able to repair it then, Perry was very friendly and patient through the ordeal and even gave me a loaner car so I wouldn t be stranded. Everyone I ve come in contact with there have been both friendly and knowledgeable.
