Good group of mechanics. Had a top strut leveling kit removed and the rear-end dropped 2in. Removing the leveling kit required compressing the strut to turn it back to the factory positio and the lowering kit wasnt stairforward either. point is they made quick work of a relatively time intense and difficult job. My breaks sounded horrible, the dealership said they couldn't stop the horrible squeaking, and Acadiana automotive performance fixed the breaks at no chargeServices: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto brake repair

Todd and his staff are the best! They do great work in a timely fashion and his prices are always competitive. I absolutely recommend you look him for up for all of your repair needs!

The guys here did a great job professionally installing a K&N air intake system into my 2017 Mustang V6 for under $200. Works and sounds great as intended. Definitely reccomend coming here for modifications.

Tried to lie and say I needed another part to cover the warranty to make me spend extra money. All I called for was a quote to replace 3 parts for an ac job. He began to test my knowledge and expertise and his attitude and voice got very disrespectful. When a customer calls and asks for a price on a specific part, you give them that price. From Autozone or Oreilly when you get a kit for any vehicle the only way you will have a warranty on the compressor is if you buy the kit. That is the compressor, orifice tube/expansion valve, ( it s either or. Not both at the same time), and the drier. Said I needed the condenser for the warranty which some vehicles that may be the case but according to Oreilly it s not. Bad service very unhelpful. I will never send or recommend any of my customers to this business.

I highly recommend Acadiana Automotive and performance! Whether you need something as simple as a light bulb or major mechanical work these are the guys to go to! Acadiana Automotive & Performance are now my mechanics for everything.It took them two days to get my Hummer in and out and driving like a brand new vehicle! It s guaranteed anytime I go here whether is a large problem or small I receive quality, trustworthy, professional, affordable service. The guys here always gets the job done with total integrity. Before I found Acadiana Automotive & performance. I was on the verge of giving up on fixing my Hummer that had a ton of problems. I spent thousands of dollars in repairs at 4 other shops getting ripped off and left with problems. Getting denied service from inability to repair Hummers due to lack of knowledge, and how difficult it is to find discontinued parts. Luckily I took one more chance on getting my Hummer fixed and found this place, I promise you it s the best shop in Lafayette!Services: Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair, Brakes, A/C installation & repair, Oil change

These guys are 100% class acts! My car was overheating and wasn't sure what the issue was or if it would be more than a simple fix. Got my vehicle towed there about 10pm. The following day, I received information around lunch time. They quoted me a price and stated a time frame on when it would be finished. I approved the repairs and was hopeful that I would get the vehicle back the following day. They reached out to me around 3 hours later letting me know it was repaired, running fine and the cost was less than originally quoted! This was a small repair that they were able to work into their schedule for me and I will be forever grateful. I appreciate what they did for me and cannot recommend them more for everything from small repairs to high performance projects! Thank you Todd and Fletcher! My grandson's car was running hot , Towed the car to Acadiana Automotive, They call me later that day to explain, Everything that was wrong with the car, it was alot wrong with the car, The Team were terrific !!!! They explained everything to me step by step.... what need to be changed & why , & now the car is running great !!!! .... I Thank God for this Team @ Acadiana Automotive & Performance, This is my go to place, for all my Mechanical Needs. Thanks Mr.Fletcher & his Team ....

I am a first time customer of Acadiana Auto Care. My experience was excellent. My mechanic Keith was very professional, and went out of his way to make sure i understood the repair job we were dealing with, and the root cause of the issue.My truck was with Keith for about four days (Big job). I received regular updates, pictures, and video of the faulty parts. Keith is very good about showing you all of the old parts that he replaces. This is very comforting, not even having to ask.I would recommend Keith to anyone in need of honest, quality automotive service!

I have been dealing with Acadiana Auto Care for over 4 years now and I have always had a great experience each time I brought my vehicle in for servicing. My mechanic, Keith, is very professional and knowledgeable. Anytime I have a mechanical issue with my vehicle, he sees me right away and painstakingly diagnoses my vehicle until he knows what the problem is.Keith is always fair and honest with me when it comes to part prices, labor, and correct mechanical diagnosis; he never suggests replacing parts on my vehicle that don't need replacing. Keith also patiently educates me on the issue(s) I am having with my vehicle. At times, he has even sent me pictures on my cell phone of faulty parts on my vehicle while he explains what issue I'm having. Also, he always invites me in the back of the shop to show me the mechanical issues and defective parts that needs to be replaced on my vehicle before purchasing. When parts are purchased and placed on my vehicle, Keith even makes it a point to show me receipts and boxes of the new parts that were placed on my vehicle. He even shows me where he placed the new parts on my vehicle once it is fixed and before I pay for the service. As a result, this gives me peace of mind to know that I am being dealt with honestly.Just recently, I brought my truck in for an engine problem I was having. Displaying customer courtesy, Keith arranged for me to be dropped off at my home, while he worked on my vehicle. In addition, Keith charged me $830 for a $1,200 service job to fix my truck. And I must say that it has never run better!! Keith's professionalism and customer service keeps me going back to Acadiana Auto Care for any service I need done on my automobile. I truly recommend this shop for your automotive repairs!

I would highly recommend Acadiana Auto Care. They are my go to place for my automotive needs, and I have happily used them for years. One instance that clearly sticks out is when my car broke down, and I was told by the dealership that it was towed to that it was worth nothing. I reached out to Acadiana Auto Care to get a second opinion and with minimal work was able to repair and resell my car for over $6000. I definitely recommend them.

I stopped in with an immediate problem, service light blinking, and they took my car in. Although busy, they were able to look my car over and repair the engine the same day! Please Beware. We took my son's vehicle in to Acadiana Car Care because he was having problems with his brakes. My husband very clearly instructed them not to make repairs without calling him with an estimate. We received a phone call a few days later (on Christmas Eve Morning) saying the repairs had been completed and we owed them $1,300. They are holding our son's vehicle hostage until we pay the repairs we did not authorize.

I went in there with a Camshaft problem. Fixed it in an hour. Probably expected it to cost a little lesser than what it did, but i was happy with the service I got. I think I will go back to him if my car suffers again.Kudos.

I went in because my car was having trouble with the ignition switch. We told him what to check and he checked 3 other things and didn't check what we told him too. Then the next day we went to pick up the car he had no clue what was wrong with and no diagnoses. Then he charged me $270 for three hours of labor, which I know it does not take 3 hours to check the things he did. My sister (who is not a mechanic) sat in the parking lot isolated the problem and got my car running. The men who worked here were EXTREMELY rude and I went to go ask them for tools and they all hid when I came back so they wouldn't have to deal with me. After I paid the mechanic he immodestly left and when we talked to the owner because I felt like I had been WAY OVER CHARGED and NOTHING HAD BEEN FIXED the owner caught an attitude with us and claimed it wasn't his shop.NEVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE THE MECHANIC HAD NO CLUE WHAT HE WAS DOING AND THE STAFF ARE TRYING TO GET MONEY OUT OF YOU WHILE NOT FIXING YOUR CAR.

I was quoted a price range multiple times for some a/c work. When i went to pick up the car after the work was completed, they told me it would be $200 more than the max that they had quoted. They should have called and told me it would be more so that i could decide if i sti) wanted the service done.
