Second time using Abigail's! Elliott and his team, Doug and Scott, are amazing. Great communication from beginning to end.� They were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule quickly and provided free mobile service, which was sooo convenient!They are kind and professional and provide quick and quality service. Would definitely recommend!!

A bit disappointed I must say. They broke the windshield while installing and put it off until the following day to return. Later noticed the wiper cowl plastic cover was destroyed for lack of patience to carefully remove properly. Inside trim portion was discarded. Upon notifying the owner I was told the news windshields do not come with the inside trim portion and they didn t know what happened to the old one. When I asked about the exterior trim panel being damaged, the owner stated they always damage them, and in his own choice of words stated, It didn t matter because it was a work truck being it had a logo on the window . 100k King Ranch. Immaculate condition until they got their hands on it.

They arrived a little earlier then I thought they would. The guys were polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They worked quickly and did a great job a replacing my windshield. Their instructions regarding when to remove the tape were clear. The part wasn't as high priced as some other companies. Amazing service. My first time getting a new windshield and these guys were perfect. From my first phone call to the installation, the communication was great. I called Kingdm Glasss Company on a Saturday morning. I was very lucky to speak to the owner Mr. Elliot, he was so nice.He jumped through hoops to take care of me on a Saturday. Luckily he had a glass through cancellation and I am getting my glass this afternoon. He even did a conference call with the insurance company with me. Fast easy and painless! Landrover windshield needed replacement and they broke the side panels in which they said I needed to order and pay for them myself for them to replace. Thats after charging me over $800. I used them cause they said they knew what they were doing and they could get to my vehicle sooner then most after the hurricane laura.TServices: Installation, Auto windshield replacement

I made an appointment for 2 days in future. They called the day before while I was at work. I did not answer my phone so they cancelled my appointment without telling me. I waited 2 hours for them to show up. I set up a work area, etc. When I called to see if they were going to show, they told me they cancelled the appointment. They should have called after 3 pm when most people can answer the phone.Service: Auto side window replacement

On my way to work rock hit my windsheild and got a good size chip, Called spoke to Elliot who got my work address and is going to be on his way out here to fix it before lunch in my opinion that's exceptional service I don't have to miss work I can go about my normal day and know that it will be repaired before I leave
