Norman is amiable, talkative, and a great honest mechanic in a small town in Acadiana. Not only did I get my broken down van towed 15 miles, he easily diagnosed the problem and drove me 15 miles to get the new fuel pump for a 1985 Chevy van. He knew which was the correct one (several possibilities) and on the way back he bought me lunch, then installed it. This took most of a day and then allowed me to park the night at his shop. He gave me an very reasonable price but didn't include the $50 tow charge which I pointed out and then happily paid.

If I could give them a millions stars I would. I got into a really bad accident that I was extremely grateful to come out alive. Adrien went above and beyond to make sure I was squared away. My well being was the top priority and this just not what I expected from an towing lot. Most try to juice you from unfortunate situations that leave you with little choices this was NOT the case at LA One. His compassion and good heart restored my faith in humanity. They are more than just a towing service they are angels in human form. God bless them over at Norman Mouille's LA One Wrecker Service. The best I ve ever experienced.Service: Car towing

If the rest of the company is as pleasant as the young lady who answers the phones is. Then I'd def have to say it's top notch. Family owned and operated providing excellent communication, and professionalism both before and after the service being provided is complete. I recommend this company to all in need. Courteous.imformative.knowledgeable staff who treat you like family bc it's operated by family. They've even got the cutest little security guard ever. Little Mr Jaxson.

I wish I could give this company a hundred stars, talk about a family business.. my husband myself and our 7 month old son had gotten 2 flat tires in the middle of nowhere.. all towing companies told us no.. emergency roadside said we were out of luck.. this man woke up his family to come and get my family.. bless all of them. I would recommend them any day to anyone . THEY WILL NOT LEAVE YOU STRANDED

In a pinch Mr. Norman is an absolute go to.Best rate around i guarantee it. Do NOT think that because Krotz Springs is a small town, the price will be outrageous. Itll be the best one around after you done called everyone else. Swift, respectful and reliable.I definitely recommend.

This were some very nice people. He knew what was wrong with our car minutes after coming to aid us on the side of the road! He hauled our car back to his shop and fixed it right away. Thank you so much for getting us back on the road to enjoy Mardi Gras!!!
