Friendly staff, listened and worked with me, knowledgeable, and I drove out with the vehicle I wanted with a good deal. Pierce and Erin were great you talk to. Very happy!

If your looking for, or need a car this is a good place to do so. Great people, friendly, caring staff. I love my Nissan Rogue Sport Utility vehicle. I recommend them definitely. Go see Mr. Austin.

They sold a motor home & a truck for us a few years ago and did a great job. A few months ago my husband bought a truck there. Their service was unbelievable and the lady in the tire shop really was knowledgeable and courteous. But most importantly they were so patient and kind with him (he s 84) and they never rushed him nor were rude to him! I m sure all the employees are good but most:of my contact was with Pierce and Melissa and we really enjoyed doing business with them!

Bought a truck from them about five months ago and still haven t got a license plate. Every time I talk to them it s a different story.

I want to send a big Thank U to the Southern Star Auto Group of Kentwood, LA, They are some good and nice people to deal with so go over and check them out for a vehicle because I did and I love what I have to ride in so I want to say they are 1,000 in my book.

They are very Unprofessional when It come to customer service and the lady in there is so rude they don t care about your well-being when it comes to safety they would literally put you in car to kill yourself highly don t recommend
