I highly recommend Val Car Automotive Repair Shop. Mr. Carlos, and his team has truly been a blessing. His Receptionist was always very professional, and just was very helpful, over the phone and in person. Mr. Carlos, was very informative and willing to explain everything to me. They were highly recommended to me, and I saw it for myself why those guys were. I highly recommend Val Car Automotive repair shop. Mechanical and or collision problems take it to them you guys. They are a one stop shop that do everything. They are very busy and popular. Go anyway because they are worth the wait. They really are a blessing.

These people's are so unorganized & unprofessional. The guy never fixed the major problem with my suv, matter of fact he couldn't tell me what was wrong with it, mind you I told them before all of the details that was going on(that I experienced). They lost my contact info, never called me back like they said they were going to, they never stuck with their word. I was charged $1000 for nothing. The same day I drove my suv off of their lot, it stopped on me, I called them back & they said to bring it back the next business day(mind you it was the weekend this day). I brought it back on Monday & my suv stayed at the shop for a few days until I called him. Fast forward, the guy told me there was nothing he could do(after I wasted a $1000) & offered to put a used engine in for a discounted price. I told him nvm don't worry about it. Also, they had another customer who had problems with their vehicle the same day I was told to come pick up mines. Idk but it seems like these ppls has their picks n chooses on who they want to provide good customer service to. I thought they were good by reading the reviews but not everybody gets treated the same.

My car been over there for a week now. And when you ask about it they make you feel like your wrong for asking. They have no communication skills. They will have your car and never call you no matter how many days. They told me two days and I called them in 4 days and they had me feeling so upset and still wasn't finished. I called the maker of the car and they said when they put the motor, harness in it was no need for a new computer. Because if it didn't start with the new harness then they hooked up wrong or something wrong with the harness. But instead of saying that like i asked them they said i needed a new computer and it still not cranking on the new parts only the old parts. And whats so sad is that I paid them before they picked up my car and they treat me like I owe them money for work. I just want my car back. They can put the old harness and computer on there and give me my car cause I can take it else where

Ive been going back and forth with myself about letting it go or sharing my experience with other new customers.I'll began with what I told the owner brought me into his establishment. I dropped my car off and let him know my car would shake when I threw on my brakes, the brakes would make a squealing noise and by ac would blow cooler air on reg ac vs max ac. (9am) With previous vehicles Ive taken to have repairs on they ride along with you to see the problem. That didn't happen at this shop. Im not one to question anyones profession so I assumed he already knew what to fix. I dropped my car off and awaited the quote to see if I could give it a go( $150 for them to look at the car). The owner calls and lets me know the price reduced the amount due to me paying cash. I agree with the price because after he told me what was wrong I was sure it would be like brand new. Moving forward to after 4pm, I receive the call and uber to pick up my car. I make it there and the owner tells me its more than the quote because he had to add a cabin air filter. He told me that they replaced my blower and the air filter would keep the leaves and stuff from clogging. Working on cars isn't my specialty so I went along with the conversation. After my receipt is given I retrieve my keys and told my repairs are complete. I crank up my car and the first thing I did was turn on the ac. The pressure was better but it was still getting cooler on reg ac vs max ac. I go inside and asked the owner to take a look at the air. He stated, " It could take some time for the new unit to kick in so let it run." I let him know that its cooler than it was before the repairs but its not putting out. He plays with the controls and asks me, " Have you ever thought about going with a darker tint?" By this time in irritated and I let him know that the car didn't need darker tint before so why now? He instructs me to keep the car a few days and then bring it back if its not blowing. If you pick up on vibes of course you know where this goes next. No surprise the ac is still doing the same thing and my car shook when I threw on the brakes. I take the car back and with half of the time the owner comes back and say its my HVAC. Im puzzled by this time because you discovered that after the second visit. Not to mention when I called the secretary asked me what work I had done on my car. I let her know of everything and she was puzzled as to why my blower was replied if it was blowing. Maybe now I can get a clear understanding from MR. Carlos and his team. How didn't you all see the hvac needing repairs on my first visit and you kept my car for 7 hours, but you saw in when you kept it for 3 hours? Mind you the labor was more than the parts but the visits and timing didn't add up. Also, even after the second visit my ac isn't getting cold and my car still shakes! If you are like me and this is your first time visiting TURN AROUND!! Your car would love you for it and you won't have to deal with the BS.

I love this shop I've been with this company for years Carlos has service several cars for me. He is awesome. I would highly recommend this shop for your vehicle needs
