Unitech is the best car repair shop that I have ever experienced. They are responsive, kind, and extremely generous. They ordered the part and I was back to complete the repair in less than 7 days, and the best part is the repair was completed extremely quickly! Did a wonderful job on my Mazda 2x9 front end damage & matched my paint exactly to my truck, very affordable & the work was done in a reasonable amount of time, I love my truck even more than I did before because of the good job done.

They did an amazing job on our Chrysler Pacifica a couple of years ago. They just recently did my son in law's Chevrolet Suburban. He was very pleased with the results. We are about to get our other SUV done by them. Mr. Nick is a very nice person. Rating A+A+

I've gone to Unitech a few times over the past couple years and have received outstanding service each and every time. I have recommended family to them and they are also pleased with their service. I don't go to anyone else. Their work is clean, fast and reasonably priced. I recently visited because my car kept collecting water on the passenger side. I could not figure out where the leak was coming from. Brought it to Unitech. Within a minute of looking at my car, they were able to assess where the leak was coming from, ordered the part I needed (which came in a couple days later) then fixed the problem in about 2 hours of dropping my car off.

Tried to get a bumper repainted 3 weeks in a row and each week they told me to come back the next week because they couldn't take me. Went to another shop and they took me immediately.

Mr.Neil is the most affordable, respectable car body shop owner I've ever worked with! I only let Unitech fix my cars, even though I live walking distance from another body shop and Unitech is kind of far from my home. I trust that he won't overcharge nor bs me. I'm always satisfied with my outcomes! We have used Unitech at least 10 times over the past 9 years and we have NEVER had a bad experience. Some jobs were smaller and a couple of times it was the entire vehicle with paint and body damage.The owner is extremely honest and fair. Usually, you get what you pay for, but at Unitech, we ve always received more than we ve paid for. We have never found any reputable place whose price was lower than Unitech and the quality is very good.I ve also had several members of my family and friends use Unitech and every time they thanked us for telling them about Unitech. I m sure there might be a few unhappy customers, but I represent almost 20 or more experiences, and every experience was positive.

Great body shop. Very honest owner. He ordered a rim and charged me $400. When I came to pickup the rim, he said he was able to find one for only $300. Shop is very busy, so be ready to wait your turn.

Where do I start?Someone hit my car (2016 Toyota corolla) in a parking lot so I needed a new bumper and my fender was a bit scratched up. Brought it to Neil and he said I needed a new bumper (I knew that) and a new fender (?) there was a little dent but I was going to ignore it. Dropped my car off Friday morning and was told it would be done by noon Saturday. Neil calls me at 8am Saturday saying it's done..? A little weird but ok..picked up my car, bumper was NOT replaced all they did was paint over the scratches and over the ones on my fender including the crack holding my bumper onto my car so it could have fallen off at any time while I was driving. Whoever painted it got paint on my headlight, INSIDE of my passenger door (which is black and my car is white so VERY noticeable) and somehow on my cloth seats..? Figured they decided to screw me over because I'm a little 20year old girl who doesn't know anything about cars? Brought it back with my friend (who is a male) showed Neil everything and he says "I told you I would repair the fender" fender was STILL dented so that didn't make any sense and he didn't have an excuse as to why he didn't replace the bumper like he said he would. Had to bring it back to him for him to do it correctly the second time and told him I wanted to see my old bumper to show me he actually replaced it this time. I went to pick up my car and it is in fact a new bumper (finally) but the "new" bumper is DENTED and has a huge paint dripping. I will NEVER trust this place with my car ever again and i will definitely make sure that no one I know uses them every again either.Now I have brought my old car there and he did an amazing job for very cheap but he fixed everything so I'm not sure if it was becauseI went with my mom the first time and this time I went alone. I do not know but the amount I paid for him to just paint a little piece of my bumper and not replace it was NOT worth it. The dealership could have painted it for cheaper than he charged me.So for future customers, don't go alone if you are a female and make sure he replaced everything if he says he's going to and if you have to, ask to see the old parts OR just don't go there!

Countd not have had a better experience. Owner is very honest and prices are very reasonable. Very busy shop but work was done in the time period promised and vehicle looked like new. Would highly recommend.

Lies and Fairy tales. Wont ever use or tell anyone to use. Swore he would take care of me and fix it up right and didnt even after lots of communications about what was to be done and how to do it. Only bright side, FAST AND CHEAP work and service. Lie after lie from this shop.
