We're now "VIP". The Manager and staff have good customer service each time we have visit this facility. We took our car in on Wednesday and got on it right away. It was ready on Thursday. The Manager kept in touch with us and after completion explained everything to us. We can't say enough about this place, you just have to try it for yourself. Keep up the good work Spee Oil and again Kudos to the Manager and his staff!!

This was my first time to a speedy oil change, as I have previously just gone to 5 minute. Well I actually pulled in after sitting at a 5 minute oil change for 20 minutes without service. I was literally at Speedy for 12 minutes max and the staff was very friendly and the sitting area was very clean. And I even got a lunch card to get the 6th oil change for free. I'll definitely be returning !

Had good service. They were quick, checked the vehicle, and found cabin air and engine air filter dirty. Asked if I wanted to replace them after showing it to me. No pushy salesperson. Courtesy from all three persons I interacted with. Went there after several calls to vehicle dealership service department, which went unanswered.

Jawaan went above and beyond today.I m from Ohio, bad GPS direction said I was 1hr and 47 minutes away, when in reality it was less than 5 minutes, Jawaan drove to my location and I followed him to SpeeDee to get my oil changed.He s very kind and a great example of an amazing human being!Thank youShannon

I had an emergency situation with my car having trouble starting. I pulled into the nearest Speedy Oil Change in Kenner, and explained my situation PJ (the mechanic on duty), and Chris (the owner). Both were very friendly and very helpful and did not waste time. My battery was replaced along with an excellent warranty. This shop was able to get my car running right, the same day. The owner, Chris, also helped me with the financial side and got me seen quickly and was very straightforward with me. Chris even told me of nearby rental car services if my car had to be held for a long period of time. I highly recommend this location to anyone needing repairs to their vehicle.Services: Tires, Battery

The manager Juan has integrity, is honest and understands what customer service is. I no longer bring my car to the local VW dealership; they lied about service I needed which would have cost over $500. Juan is an asset to Speedy Oil and its customer. PJ did an excellent job on my 2003 Honda Accord which needed a tune up, a coolant flush and a part for the brake lights. The service was fast and I received great customer service from everyone I encountered from PJ, Chris , Mike Hingle and Eiby.

I had the best experience at this place Juwan the manager is a very professional, understanding, and knowledgeable person. He explained everything that was wrong with my car and what I needed to do about the issues I m having with my car, which I was trying to find out from other places that didn t help, so I thank him and his staff for going the extra mile in helping me with everything. I ve been a customer of this location for years! Recently my engine light came on so I stopped by for a diagnostic test. It was performed free of charge and the shop manager even informed me of what needed to be done. The price was reasonable and the time it took to repair was not ideally long at all. The waiting area and bathrooms are very clean and smell good. I don t hesitate returning to this location always because the service is top notch. Thank you for being my preferred car maintenance shop and I always make sure I refer you all to others. Keep up the good work!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

These guys seem nice, but they are liars and will happily rip you off for thousands of dollars while calling you "babe" and to make matters worse they will blame your vehicle for their ineptitude, then take the air out of your tires until you pay for the repairs of things they broke! Never again! As much money as I have spent there they never even once vacuumed my car or cleaned my windows. This place should be renamed "Gas-lighters-R-us" because thats what they are all about and I don't believe for a second that the owner Jules Pitre is oblivious of it, in fact as confident as they are I'm convinced its encouraged! 50.00 for a tire rotation and it wasn't even done right! My name is Jorge and it does mean George but I don t like being called George. The guy comes in and yells George no I corrected him and he says it again and I corrected him and he blew it off and tells me that I need an air filter.Gotta be careful at this location in trusting what they tell you. I came for an oil change and the guy comes in the waiting room and states that I need a new air filter. The cost would be $44.99. I asked where is it so I can see it and he states trust me it s dirty. I asked again and someone else pulled it for me and lord and behold it s white and doesn t need to be changed. I hate that this probably works on other people 8 times out of 10.Service: Oil change

We showed up an hour before closing and were desperate for an oil change after a long travel day. Mike took care of us and he was honest and very knowledgeable. He took care of us instead of just misleading us to make more money he was kind and very helpful. Took me 2/3 years to collect all the loyalty stamps but they did not honor my stamps with their Logo as stamps.They need to do a better initial job at explaining to their new and old customers that the loyalty punches are for one vehicle only . I had 4 out of 5 punches and they told me on the last visit that I can t use it cus it s not the same vehicle. Mind you, I got both my vehicles serviced there and got my loyalty punches on same card for both. I lived in 3 different places (Kenner, Nola. And now westbank) took a trip to this location from a far way out just to get my loyalty punches but they are LiArs ! They withheld that information from me for 2 years until it was time for my last punch . bE ware! Loyalty punches are a scam to make you come back and when it s time to get your rewards they will inform you of any new policies Inform the VIP clients about your policies on loyalty cards before you keep them coming back just to tell them on the last punch that it s not valid even tho they gave you all the stamps before . They were trying to give me a new card with only 3 stamps cus apparently every time I went to get stamped it was only for one vehicle (despite I brought both my cars) and my loyalty card was on 4out of 5 punches . Withholding information IS A Lie and A Scam. Never traveling ways out just to go there . I should have looked for an oil change in Terrytown. VIP punch car Is NOT Legit . Make sure they explain to you their new made up policies or ask. Smh .Service: Oil change

What a wonderful experience! I drove in from Baton Rouge to airport and my check coolant light came on. They checked it out and filled me up with air. No charge! Jaw ann was amazing!!
