Family owned. If you want car detailed or not, let them know. Hard to contact sometimes. Excellent body work on car. Hurricane Ida. I recommend NOT having interior detailed as the detailer is very rough on the interiors! Just stick to exterior work.

I am more than impressed by Rusich. Rusich was recommended by the Lexus dealership and I m so glad I went with them. I had damage to my car from a hit and run, and they made everything easy from the estimate, taking care of insurance paperwork to dropping off my car. I am more than impressed by their work and efficiency, my car was repaired in less than a week and looked brand new. This is the best body shop that I've used in my 55 years on this earth. They take pride in their work and they also have the cleanest most organized shop that I've ever seen. My car had substantial amount of damaged and I got my car back in 1 week.They even cleaned my car and made it look better than when I drop it off. Not saying that they would do this for everybody but for some reason they did a lot extra on my car. He told me that it was bothering him because he didn't like the way it look so he did extra work at no charge for me. Bryan and Gary are the nicest guys. Megan takes care of all the paperwork and she got my rental car set-up for me and got them to come pick me up. She is definitely the right person to be at the front desk, she is very professional and as sweet as can be.

This is the best body and painting company I've ever used. This is my third time using them. You won't know your car when you receive it. The staff is very nice . I was sent to this collision center by Matt bowers chevy to do warranty paint work on my 2022 corvette. They told me it would be about 2 months before I could get an appointment to get the work done and I was fine with this. Fast forward 5 months later and they still never contacted me to get my work done, they don't respond to calls or emails. Maybe they treat customers differently based on race, who knows.. Very unprofessional, would not recommend.

Rusich took care of my Lexus NX after I got into an accident and had damage to the front driver's side of my car. Not only did they do an amazing job, but my car was returned to me in pristine condition. Even more importantly, both Megan and Brian were more than accommodating, friendly and willing to work with me and answer all of my questions. Josh Davis, from Lexus, recommended Rusich to repair my RX 350 after a crash..it was not my fault. My car was only 3 months old!!I cannot say enough about their service!! This family is awesome!! They made everything easy, from taking care of insurance issues to the best repairs EVER!! And...I got a NEW bumper, not a fixed one!!I will recommend them to everyone!!!!Thank you soooo much to the Rusich family... love you guys!!!

I can t even put into words how AMAZING Mr. Bryon was. I got a fair quote within 10 minutes. He was so nice, professional, he made the whole experience so pleasant.My car looks just like it did when I drove it out of the Lexus dealership 8 years ago. Mr Bryon went above and beyond. I was in tears (good ones) when he bought the car back, he did WAY MORE than what was paid for... WAY MORE!

These guys are true professionals. They know all the insurance carriers and what paperwork is needed to make your inconvenience of dealing with an auto body repair as pain less as possible. They'll pick you up and drop you off from the nearby car rental places and even give them a call to try and get a car reserved for you while you are dropping your vehicle off for repairs. Their work is always superb putting your damaged car back to its fresh off the lot look. Can't recommend them enough.

The repairs on my 2021 VW Atlas was done very professionally and almost on time (parts delivery problems) and Meagan was great helping with ins. and all the delays. I would definitely recommend them for your repair.

A high quality shop for luxury cars. This is not Maaco quality, you get what you pay for. Bryon is very knowledgeable and helpful explaining what needs to be fixed. Highly recommended especially if you own an expensive car and you want the job done right!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. I had some car damage that I needed to get an estimate for, and when I went to Rusich, the two men who helped me were extremely rude and talked down to me the entire time. They basically said I was stupid for trying to get estimates from places. They have awful customer service and I sure wouldn't want them anywhere near my car. Awful!!

Apparently, the mechanic got in my car with his greasy and dirty clothes and without a plastic seat cover. He soiled my seat then tried to clean the beige leather of my seat afterwards. Well needless to say, he scrubbed it too hard to get his own filth out of my seat and tore the leather in two places. Then I was told it was my own fault for "having dirty seats" and he was only trying to help me out. I was only offered a half ass apology afterwards.

Brian was unable to provide the service for my car but he was extremely nice and went above the call of duty to secure my vehicle. I don't know about their work but I rate their service five stars.
