While it took awhile to get in . The team is awesome there and they did a great job. They communicated more than other places. Listened to my concerns and needs. Beyond friendly and very professional. Work was great and in a timely manner! Will go back for any needs!

They were professional and went the extra mile for me. When my rental car was running out of time, they sped up my truck so that I wouldn't have an issue and it was finished earlier than expected... the second in command Eppy (spelling???) Was awesome!! He completely went above and beyond for me. Overall, I was very satisfied and would recommend this business to all of my friends and family. Great job! : )

Rivertown Collision did an excellent job repairing my 2012 Lexus RX 350. It looks as beautiful as the day I bought it. The owners, Ricky and Dana, and their staff were very courteous and super professional. Someone contacted us throughout the process explaining the status of the car. We were never left hanging wondering what was going on. I highly recommend Rivertown Collision.

These People are Criminals. I sustained minor Front end damage to my vehicle and had to practically beg them to receive an estimate. I was then told that after the insurance adjuster conducts a secondary inspection the repair would take 2 weeks. My vehicle was held hostage for 4 weeks. I called twice a day after the two week deadline and was lied to on every occasion. The business is operated by unprofessionals who's work was horrible. The paint was blotchy and the graphics were symmetrical as the paint technician did not use a stencil.I Would rather wash my car with rocks than bring my vehicle to these people.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Requested estimate for front end damage. Appointment scheduled 60 days later. Day of appointment, arrived at my scheduled time only to be told the person that writes estimates is not in today. They tell me I would need to schedule an appointment to have it dropped off and that is 90+ days out. I just wanted a written estimate which is what my appointment was for but they were unable to provide. Extremely unprofessional.

If you're looking to paint your car or have body and fender repairs done please don't hesitate bringing your car to Rivertown Collision Center and see Joe Bevinetto! After 2 months of looking around and talking to different paint shops in the New Orleans Metro area I felt most comfortable going with Rivertown Collision Center. Mr. Joe the assistant manager was very helpful and insightful. He answered all my questions and didnt brush me off like some shops did once they knew i wasn't accepting anything short of excellence. I had a new SRT hood painted and installed and the paint match and texture was spot on! It look like it came from the factory! I was very pleased with the outcome and it only took a few days to get the job done! For any future mods or repairs I'll definitely be coming back to Rivertown Collision Center!

They are great! Great costumer service. I had my Jeep Liberty fixed. Came back cleaner than I bought it and looks brand new! I highly recommend this shop!

Top notch collision center! They do excellent work without question. The staff is extremely helpful and professional and they treat you like family. Would recommend to anyone hands down. Have been there twice and referred people as well and I have never had a complaint.

The folks at Rivertown Collision Center are professional, reasonable and friendly. But the best part is that they do a good job for a good price and they deliver for the price they quoted in the time frame they quoted. What else do you need from a body shop?

I drove all the way down here on my day off and a very persnickety desk clerk informed me they only do estimates by appointment. Lost my business. Don t waste your time on these guys. They clearly don t need your business.

Friendly yes. But as for repairs not so much. Owner stated they never touched my Jeep that they sent it to the mudhole for work. Because my rock krawler was too modified for them. Ok that is understandable the mudhole did what was on thier bill they replaced control arms an shock. Now why a one star. Rivertown was paid 1100 or so bucks to repair a shock tower, control arm frame bracket an replace a wheel. When i went to pick up my Jeep i noticed all this not done. Just parts thrown on from mudhole an your good to go. I was refunded for the wheel ok perfect thank you. But what about the shock mount an frame mount repair? An all that money for labor that was not done? An then when it is brought up in a review your made out to be the bad guy. I brought my Jeep in An was assured that no problem we can do it. thank god you know what was done that helps us i couldn t even drive my Jeep to a new shop. I couldn t go over 10mph so back on the trailer she went. Now let s wait for them to blame me for that as well. My Jeep drove perfectly fine prior the accident it should drive the same after you fixed it.This might be a good shop for your car but don t bring your jeep there all i want is a refund for work that was not done. I want my Jeep back the way it was before the wreck an that is what i was trusting y all with.

I brought my 2017 ford f-150 to rivertown collision to be repaired the finished product looked great the customer service was awesome Mr.joe kept me informed throughout the whole process i would highly recommend this shop

Everything was taken care of when I dropped my car off to Rivertown collision. When I picked my car up it looked brand new again. I would choose them again if I had any other auto accidents or repairs needed.

Absolue worst collision center I've ever delt with, the people were somewhat kind and nice and tried to be helpful but lacked in the quality and policy department, they will do anything to cut corners and not fufill a warranty if needed I brought my truck there a few years ago because it had gotten rear ended and after the repairs were made the tail gate barly stayed on the hinges so if any weight was applied it would fall off, and they didn't fix the exaust right either it rattles every now and then even when the truck is just sitting there running, when I brought it back to see if they would fix the mistakes 2 years later "only took that long to go back because I didn't have the time to deal with it and I just got used to it" any way I finally tried to bring it back to get fixed because the repairs had a "lifetime warranty" they told me the warranty was void beause there was a new scratch on my bumper... And on top of all they both times they had my truck they broke the back up camera, needless to say I'm never going back and I strongly recommend anyone thinking of going here to reconsider, I brought my truck to raybrant collision after all this and they fixed my truck the right way the first time so well it looked better than new
