This business revived my belief in professionalism and awesome work ethics. Rory not only delivered excellent work with the best pricing you can find for PPF and ceramic coating on my car. But he also followed up and drove nearly 200 miles to where I am from NOLA to follow up on it. I cannot say enough to express my appreciation. Highly recommend.

I recently took my Maserati to Proven Automotive Concepts to have an old clear bra removed, and I couldn t be more pleased with the results. Proven is the best in the business. Rory and the guys have been working on my vehicle for over 6 years now. Top quality craftsmanship and the customer service is always above and beyond. I moved to Michigan a few years ago and still ship my car to Louisiana to have them work on it that s how much I value their expertise. I 10/10 recommend proven automotive concepts for all your vehicle needs! Rory is extremely attentive to details and you can tell he actually cares about your vehicle like it was his own when he has it in his possession. I had a paint correction, XPEL paint protection film and a 5 year ceramic coating done on my GTR. The vehicle ended up coming back to me so clean that my photographer for photos said it made it hard to properly edit his film cause of how much she gleamed in the light. Also during the process, he would call and give me updates on everything. To this day I never even need to hesitate to call and ask questions about any of the work that was done. I got my car windows tinted at Proven Automotive Concepts, and my only regret is that I didn't come in years ago to get it done! I truly believe this small shop is the best in our area. It's in an unassuming building because they moved locations not too long ago, but the quality of service they provide here is insurmountable.I first spoke to Rory on the phone to ask for information and a quote. After calling around all over the city for info and quotes, I found him to be one of the most informative and thorough people I had the pleasure of speaking with! Not only was Proven Automotive Concepts $100+ less expensive than their competitors, I found them to be completely trustworthy. Rory listened to exactly what I was looking for, advised me on my options, and never tried to up-sell me anything. They would have maximized their profits by pushing me to get the most expensive grade of film, but they never did that. Rory was transparent about pricing, tint film brands, and differences in quality and tiers/grades of the films. He was so patient with me as I called him a handful of times! They were also well-versed in the legality of the different tints as well, so you don't have to worry about it especially if you're planning on moving to another state. Amazing customer service: I really felt like I was making the best and most informed decision after speaking to Rory. Also, when I asked about getting the visors of a few motorcycle helmets tinted as well, he told me that it was not advisable since the visors are made of acrylic and the tints would not stay on well. He could have taken my money and gone through with it and I wouldn't have known better, but he didn't. I appreciated the honestly and I can attest that this place is 100% trustworthy!!As for the tinting job itself, Proven Automotive Concepts did a fantastic job. Flawless and exactly what I needed. No bubbles, no cutting corners, just perfection. They use a brand called "XPEL" which came highly recommended as the brand of choice by other tint shops as well. They carry different tiers/grades of the brand depending on your price range and what you're looking to get out of it. Did I already mention that I found them to be better priced than other competitors in the area? Highly recommend Proven Automotive Concepts!!!Bonus: They're so kind and helpful here. When I mentioned that they had to be careful moving the car because a plate had come loose from the bottom of the car and could drag along the ground, they offered to take a look at it for me. They removed the plate for me and zip-tied a few other loose spots while they had my car! They certainly go the extra mile for their customers!Service: Window tinting

Rory has tinted 3 of my cars and each time the work has been excellent. One of the cars were tinted by someone else and all of the windows needed to be stripped and re-tinted because there was a lot of trash in the tint and he took great care of it.One of my cars had factory stripes that did not stand the test of time, so he removed them for me and polished the car and then coated the car with Ceramic Coating, it came out great and I couldn't have been happier. I highly recommend him.

Hands down the BEST customer service experience! I called Rory and Amy in hopes of getting my windows tinted to beat the heat. They were very helpful with helping me choose the percentage that I needed, as I had no idea. I ve been using Rory since before he opened Proven (around a decade) and he has always been honest, gone above and beyond for every job, and in most cases, does a little more than originally asked. Not to mention the level of detail and attention my F-150 received was on par with the attention he gave my Mercedes and Porsche . He has always performed every job with the same ridiculously high level of attention and his prices have always been a bargain when compared to what you get from his competition.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing, Window tinting, Paint repair

I was referred to Rory from Mercedes to have a ceramic coating applied to my car. I decided to get paint protection film on the front of my car and the rest of the car ceramic coated with my windows tinted. I also went back to get windshield protection done. He did a good job on those jobs except for the window tint that he had to redo three times and it s still not right. Because the other jobs were good, I referred a friend to have her car coated. I feel bad because she had a horrible experience with him and the way he handled her services.One year later, I went back to have the hatch back of my vehicle recoated due to some swirl mark. I didn t have a problem paying for the service, however his employee told me after discussing it with Rory, he would do it at no charge since I had so many services done there. When I went to pick up my vehicle, Rory charged me 200.00 for putting a so called clear coat on my entire vehicle. The hatch back of my vehicle still had the same swirls that I came there with. He told he didn t want to redo the coating because he was concerned about breaking to far down into the paint. He could have told that before doing anything to my car. Lastly, I made an appointment last week to have the paint protection film applied to the hatch back to hide the same swirl marks I was originally concerned about. He told me that I would able to pick my car up same day. I arrived this morning for my appointment, only for him to tell me he didn t have the film and that I would need to come back tomorrow. As if I have time for this man to play with my gas money and time. The only reason I returned to have this done is because I didn t want my warranty voided by letting someone go over his work. At this point I m so disgusted, I would not do anymore business with this man.I DO NOT recommend anyone using this place for any service! His customer service is awful and no one should be treated that way when going to a business to spend their money.Service: Window tinting

Ive brought several vehicles to Proven over the years, most recently my GMC AT4, and Rory and his team killed it as always! From the tint, to the rebadging, to the ceramic coating everything was executed flawlessly, affordable, and in a timely manner! Could not recommend any higher.. your car will be in good hands and returned better than you left it!

Well, maybe I'm biased at this point cause Rory has actually become a friend, as well. It's impossible NOT to become friends with Rory cause his work speaks for itself, he's fairly priced, and he's the nicest guy on the planet. So far, I've had his shop tint my car, install a noise dampening kit, and have also sent family to him for other services.
