I cannot begin to say enough about their service. I called and Miss Shelby answered and got us in right away. Everyone was friendly and just wanted to be sure we were taken care of. I was referred to Pier 21 by another boat shop because the first shop did not have the proper tools to complete a repair. They figured out that the original diagnosis was not correct and were able to fix the actual problem very quickly. I cannot speak highly enough of them and would recommend them to anyone. They go above and beyond to make sure they do things the right way and have fair prices. It's very rare to find a boat mechanic with this level of service and knowledge, but I am so glad I did.Services: General repairs & maintenance, General installation, Accessory & electronic installations, Hydraulic line flush

Needed my 351 fuel injected engine tuned up but they couldn't help me cause it's on a OMC out drive. If it was a mercrusier they would have worked on it. I don't see the difference when the motor is the issue, not the out drive??

Pier 21 marine is amazing to do business with and very knowledgeable about what they do will also go out of their way to help . As a guide here at Lake Fork here in texas I have had many customers that have boats and need these services and would be proud to send them to this company these guys go the extra mile for the customer and you don't see alot of that anymore but they do just that. Pier 21 went above and beyond my expectations. Supieor customer service and very friendly. Hunter kept me informed throughout the whole time and was very helpful. They got me fixed and back on the water very quickly. Hunter even noticed some small repairs that were needed that I hadn't even noticed. Pier 21 also fixed some minor things on my boat without charge which was really awesome! Pier 21, Hunter and his team are top notch! I will tell you without doubt that if you need anything done to your boat or trailer, look no further than Pier 21! Had my annual boat maintenance completed by Pier 21. The staff as well as Hunter are very helpful and professional. They inform you of the cost of each maintenance item before they do the work. They keep you updated on all of the work as it is performed. Their prices are honest and reasonable. I called Pier21 to try and get my engine in for repairs. Hunter was very thorough with his initial questions. I had even advised that I was hoping to get the boat in quickly as I had people coming into town to fish the next week. I was up front and advised that if I could get it in somewhere else more quickly I would be taking it there. He still asked a lot of questions and said he would try and get me in by Tuesday. The Friday prior to the Tuesday, he called and said he could get it in. I dropped it off Friday afternoon and by Friday evening Hunter called me with what was wrong. As it was 6pm, he informed me parts couldn't be ordered until Monday which is completely understandable. On Tuesday, I received an unexpected phone call that my boat motor was repaired and the cost was very close to the original estimated price. I picked up my boat that afternoon and was back on the water the next day. Great service, very informative, and very friendly staff. I hope I don't have to go back and visit any time soon, but I have found my new motor maintenance / repair shop.Service: Engine repair

Amazing experience!!! Shelby, hunter and all others are very friendly, professional and timely. It only take them one day to fix my fuel flow problem. Before them, i took my boater to a private mechanic, he's like a psycho, metally ill, the worst people i've ever met. He charged me $570 for fixing a bunch of things not related to fuel flow issue. Afew trips later, my motor died again. Anywho, thanks to Pier 21, they are the best.Service: General repairs & maintenance

They did it again amazing work as always. Best place around I drive over a hour one way just to come here. They will always call you when they find something wrong and give you a quote on it instead of just fixing and having a surprise bill at the end.

Hunter and Tim offer timely service and keep me informed as work is completed. I feel as if they treat my boat and trailer like it s their own. They get it done right. These guys at this shop are extremely knowledgeable and top notch when it comes to your boat. I wouldn't trust anyone else to make any repairs and upgrades other than Pier 21.Thank You for a job well done! :)
