My experience at Peake BMW was exceptional! Even though I had to pick up my car on a rainy night, I still managed to capture some nice photos of the building and it's location. The receptionist was really nice as she received my payment, also Eric in the servicing department was beyond exceptional. He seemed really in tune with caring for my property as well as keeping me informed fully as my car was serviced. I appreciate the fact I was able to get a slight discount and I received videos while my car was being serviced and inspected! Apparently, the last servicer for my oil change had stripped and broken my oil panel as well as removed the gasket ring that prevents the oil from leaking, but thanks to the fellas at Peake BMW they cleaned the oil spill as well as checked for any leaks which there was none! Overall, I will be returning for any future services when needed to ensure the best outcome for my BABY (car). I shot some quick photos and videos with my CANON G7X Mark III to show you all the night scene and how the store looks at night! So if you can't see like me sometimes during the night I hope this helps because it's very easy to drive pass with so many different dealers all on one street! So I hope this helps and I hope Peake BMW shows you as much kindness as they did for me! Thanks again Peake BMW and God bless you all!

Have had several positive sales experiences at this dealership. However, I would recommend that you be very wary of the service department. Without getting into specifics, our family has had numerous bad experiences with them, the latest of which has ensured that we will not be returning to this dealer for routine service.

Had my car serviced there last summer, it ran the same when i it was returned, after months of trying to get an appointment it was January they finally took it back, now parts are missing out of my car including the amp for the Radio, WHO DOES THAT!?I had to wait for 6 weeks for a loaner car and multiple unanswered texts to my service advisor in which he claims all came through at once when he sent a text about a survey I am going to get if I can give them all 5 stars, sorry not this time, you all dropped the ball big time. My family and I have had BMW from this dealership since the 90's time to go to Baton Rouge looks like, I do see many similar posts about the great service at Brian Harris and many license plate frames from Baton Rouge area, perhaps it time we explore Baton Rouge.

I had an excellent experience at Peake BMW today. Nearing the end of my lease and I was freaking out. My friend and salesman, Alex Darouiche, told me to relax and let him work it out. And he did just that, he worked an amazing deal for me!!! I m so happy

I took my BMW to this location because it was running hot and the quote that I received was astronomically ridiculous! Instead of pinpointing the problem and fixing that part, they were attempting to replace multiple parts on my car without explanation. I ended up taking my car elsewhere and only paid a fraction of what BMW Peake quoted me. I definitely feel as if their service department was attempting to take advantage of me.

Peake BMW & specifically Richie Enright are unlike any other service center that I ve dealt with in my surrounding area for the past 15 years. They have always provided me with top notch customer service and go the extra mile to ensure my personal satisfaction. They have a way of making you feel like you re their only customer. This is the first review I have ever written for any company or product and I could go on and on, all I will say is if you re looking for excellent service it begins and ends with Peake BMW.

Do not waste your time making an appointment for service through their website. The "service" advisor won't bother to even read what is scheduled until you get there, and then he (in this case Chris Letellier) will act like you're the idiot for expecting them to have what they need in stock to do the service THEY SCHEDULED. The manager, Richie Enright, was no help, and in fact was worse. According to him, you must use their dealership to replace a windshield (that is if you want the front-facing camera recalibrated). Of course that's not true, but hey, the hell with the customer, right?

Their service department is a bunch of crooks. They will lie to you about what is covered and not covered with warranty. Then they are gonna find all kinds of creative ways to pad the service bill on any simple service and make up bogus extra charges. Go to Baton Rouge BMW - everyone that has a BMW knows that it is a better dealership and they are more honest. Avoid Peake like the plague. Do not go here!!!

Mr Joe Essa- BMW client advisor is not reliable at all. Can easily bombard you with wrong information in order to sell a car. No shame!!!! Be careful if you buy a car from him.

Submitted on behalf of V Grant - I had a terrible accident Easter morning and my 2 year old BMW was totaled. Of course after receiving great customer service from Alex Dariouche when I bought my car, I headed back to Peake BMW so he could assist me again. Due to the current supply conditions I knew it would take some time. Alex s persistence and my patience paid off. I m finally riding in my new 2023 BMW. I tell everyone, I only drive BMWs and Alex will always have me as a customer. Alex is the Best! Come see him.

I would love nothing more that to return my 2015 bmw x1. I finally chose a vehicles to fit my needs and budget. Who knew the budget was only fit by getting a car with problems XY and Z to come with it. The fog lights were busted (saw upon washing the vehicle). The sunroof lining is hanging, and the vehicle shakes while the A/C is on (which supposedly will be fixed by tightening the bolts on it when brought in for service on their dime). I bought the car by signing an as is deal so as is I have to liv with the car. Watch what you purchase might be a good deal but make sure you get a warranty with purchase or you ll regret it not even two week later. I wasn t granted a warranty due to the age of the vehicle . Lesson learned and a headache is what I m left with.

Peak BMW is a joke. Don t waste your time there .I went there for 22 BMW X7 M50i last year but they don t have it in stock and sale manager want to charge $2900 for shipping fee to place an order and give me $10K less in trade in compare to another 2 BMW dealership so I left and went to place an order 2023 BMW X7 M60i @ Brian Harris BMW and save $13K

Alex Darouiche was absolutely amazing. This was my first car purchase and he pointed out the car that I purchased and I fell in love with it. I was so nervous but Alex exceeded all of my expectations!!! Like seriously. Sam and Roberto made me feel right at home as well. Come see Alex if buying a new car!

Had a great customer service in the past. Used the same sales person twice. Second time, running into issues. I had an issue with the paperwork. Have emailed and called many times. No response.Even emailed the entire team. Still nothing. Disappointed because of the great service I had the first time. I was ready to purchase a third BMW from them. But for now, I'll move on to somewhere else.

I purchased my brand new 2023 x4 fromBMW 4 months ago. A brand new vehicle that has given me nothing but problems since I ve purchased the vehicle. The service department is absolutely terrible and will be the reason I never purchased from this dealer agin.I went into the dealership on December 29th, for the reasons that I had a fishy odor coming from my ac, my vehicle was making a squeaking noise when I back up, my tailgate light went out, and I needed to get my rim repaired. While at the dealer, only my filter was changed and my rim repaired. On my paperwork, the service tech stated that the noise coming from my vehicle could not be duplicated, however when my advisor further investigated, she found out my struts were faulty.Once again, a brand new 2023, and the struts went out. I believe the dealer did not want to replace the struts, since they were never order. I was told to check every few weeks to see if the part came in. I was told that when I picked up my vehicle. I also asked about the tail light that went out. One of the guys I spoke with told me it was repaired, so I took my vehicle.A few days later I was pulled over by the police because my taillight was out. They lied, never repaired the light. I brought my vehicle back to the dealer on 1/5/23. Informed them that my light wasn t repaired from the last visit and I was lied to. I also inquired about the parts for my struts and I was told everything was In except one part. I ve been lied to so many times, I believe nothing being said.Well, after waiting for a few hours, I checked on my vehicle and it was ready for a while. Mind you, no one told me this, I had to find out on my own. I asked was the light repaired and my advisor told me it was not and the part needed to be ordered. My mind is blown at this point. That simply lets me know that they never looked at the light the 1st time.I m visible frustrated at this point, due to the lack of communication and sense of urgency around customer care. I leave the dealership , only to go to the store and see a part taken ofd my trunk and not placed back by the technician. I went from frustrated to infuriated. I ve driven Mercedes Benz s for over a decade now and I have never experienced such poor service in my life.I still cannot fathom that I ve purchased a 2023 vehicle with 14 miles and I m having so many issues with the car. To add insult to injury, customer service in the service department and worker craftsmanship is terrible. Now, I will say Daniell is really pleasant and she s done all she could do within her reach.I manage a multimillion dollar business and lead a team of 300 plus associates. If any of my team members demonstrated any of the behaviors I ve witness at this establishment that would no longer be apart of my team. However, service is always a direction reflection of the leadership in the building. Your staff will only exude the behaviors you allow. Especially if there a lack of accountability.

Let me start by saying I tried to give this dealership Business twice. I had been shopping for a car for awhile. The first time I went in. I walked pass two salesman twice who were having a random conversation. Neither one of them Acknowledged me. I walked up to the counter, I spoke with the receptionist. Who was super nice by way. I asked if there was someone who I could speak with in sales. The same two sales men I walked pass. She interrupted them and said can you help her. His body language said it all. He did not want to help me. He must have thought I was not a serious buyer. Little did he know I was already financed. So when he did come to help. I told him about himself. Don t pre judge me. Especially since he was a black man, and should be able to relate. So I left and decided I was done with that dealership. Well I still couldn t find the x4 I wanted. Finally they had one come in. This time I started the process online. My sales person was Alex.. I work out of town, and I seen they had a X4 come in online. So I told Alex that I wanted the car. I let him know that I was already financing my credit union. This was Tuesday January 28th. I asked him about putting a deposit down on the car, and finalizing everything when I come in Friday. He told me the deposit was $3000. I found that strange, because I was looking for a BMW for awhile , and they all told me the deposit was 1,000. So at this point I really want the car. I tell him I can put the deposit down. He tells me he has to get the 1,000 deposit approved by his manager. Then says by it being the end of the month my manager is trying to sell the car today. If we don t sell it today. Then I will call you back tomorrow and take the deposit. I told him absolutely not. This was so crazy to me. So I called the dealership in Baton Rouge. Brian BMW. I put my deposit down, and picked up my car Friday. The drive was a hour to get the car, but worth it. Peak BMW is a joke. Don t waste your time here. Btw when I passed the dealership to go pick up my new car. That x4 was still there!

I'm on my second BMW. The first time around was great, the second not so much. My car is 4 years old and I've spent thousands in repairs in addition to dealing with lacking customer service.

So my vehicle alerted me that my car services was due. The app also alerted me that my services was due. So I go to Peake BMW and waited 4 hours before I asked the status or my vehicle. Upon the Request the mechanic comes out and says that it will be another hour and half before they will get to my vehicle. So I asked them to just give me my car back and then another mechanic comes out to say the car didn t require services and it alerted me because the brakes needs to be changed. I will never purchase another BMW because they don t have the capacity to service the bmws that already is owned. I was just about to schedule my appointment with Andrea to purchase my second BMW, but after todays experience I wouldn t purchase a free pen from that dealership. I am extremely disappointed with a dealership I thought was top tier! Save yourself the headache and go else where.

Joe is hands down the BEST sales representative to help guide you. I have bought two vehicles from Joe in the last decade. I have shopped around and landed back at BMW with Joe specifically for not only the vehicle and reliability, but the open honesty from Joe. He does not take the typical sales approach and fast talk to you and manipulate numbers. Just tell him what you re looking for and he finds it with a no BS deal. In addition, the performance and reliability of my four series had me back without question. I love BMW ask for Joe!!!

Absolutely in LOVE with my X7!! The process was made easy and effortless by Alex Darouiche- who was so nice and easy to worn with. He was very patient with my needs (I told him I needed the car yesterday ) and he even delivered the car directly to me at work. He followed up to make sure all was good and I m sure he will be there if I need help with anything!! Highly recommend!

Can t even get anyone on the phone. Parts department automatically puts you on hold. You will wait 10+ minutes. If you hang up and call back they will hang up on you. Extremely unprofessional!

RICHIE !!!Is The Service Manager, Richie returns cars in conditions that are worse than what the original complaint was. I brought my car for a simple oil change and now I can t read my oil levels. I was told there s nothing they can do and was offered to pay an extra 300$ for a service check after my free complementary service check from warranty came back with nothing wrong.My Friend RICHIE !!!Is Racist and he does not service African Americans with respect or dignity.RICHIE !!!!Acts as if we AFRICAN AMERICANS do NOT deserve to Drive a BMW.RICHIE !!!!!Has also had many other complaints on him from other Customers that got there car returned in worse conditions as well or felt as if they are not serviced properly and due to the fact that they are individual owned it s not to much Customer service can do but file a Complaint.RICHIE !!!!!!!!!!!!Also has lawyers and caseworkers involved with Bmw kenner due to other African Americans feeling mistreated as well and also getting the property back more damaged.
