Thank you to Luis for taking such great care of my parents car. What seemed like an impossible fix turned into a quick repair for Luis and his team. They made my older parents feel calm and in good hands. Pantojas Auto got their vehicle running perfectly and also fixed a few other things that needed sorting out. Pantojas also painted their car, and it looks fantastic. I was lucky to find my parents such great mechanics. They'll be going to Luis & Pantojas Auto for many years to come.

The best mechanic shop in New Orleans hands down I wish I can give them 10 stars cause they deserve it I bought my car to several shops and they couldn t figure out what was wrong with my car, and I had a lot of lights on my dashboard, so I bought it here and they fixed everything that was wrong with my car and the lights that was on my dashboard is gone I m so thankful for this mechanic shop and they are very reasonable so if u ever in the Kenner area looked them up cause u will be a satisfied customer. So far great! Mr Luis was very helpful and knowledgeable, he showed me with images and drawings what he was explaining about what could be wrong with my car. The price for the job he was doing is very reasonable!I would recommend him to anyone in my family.

Luis was very knowledgeable and professional. While traveling, I broke down in Picayune, MS before deciding to get my car towed here (close to the airport), and his team went to work on my car right away. Not only were they able to diagnose and address the issue very quickly, but Luis himself was also honest about the work that really needed to be done. These days, that s hard to come by. He even went so far as to suggest an aftermarket part for an issue that didn t need to be addressed right away and that ultimately would ve cost more having it done there. Fair, honest, fast, quality service. You can t ask for much more than that.
