Walked in carrying a car battery. A very helpful employee provided me with my a choice batteries. Made my purchase and he helped carried it to the car for me.Service was prompt and very clean.

Store needs to update their hours. Got off of work Friday and drove across town during rush hour to Napa. Google says they're open til 7pm. Hours on the door are change to 6pm. I arrive at 5:50 and the doors locked and they're closed. Very frustrating and a wasted 30 minute drive. It's very easy to update your hours on google to save your customers a wasted trip.

I was in a rush because my car had broke down the road, luckily i was close to NAPA, there was only one person at the counter atm and i needed help fast, luckily marlon was there, even tho he was helping someone when i got there, he managed to help me and the other costumer out, i couldn t thank him enough for helping me find what i needed, and helping me with getting out there fast to keep going with my day.

Had a very small wait time only took me about 20 minutes to get in and out competitively priced with similar retail Auto parts stores. staff was nice and helpful enough

Just went to pick up a part I ordered online a week ago..door says they close at 5 , online says they close at 5. I pulled up at 4 door is locked, lights on. Tried calling no answer, I can see employees leaning on the counter inside...im most annoyed that I needed this part 3 days ago and I have to waste another day waiting for a 3 dollar part that of course only they have

Great people, Great help.. I had a problem with my vehicle, and The manger drue was able to guide me through what parts I needed, I highly RECOMMEND HIM, AND ALL OF HIS TEAM.
