Would not recommend this place to anyone I know. My insurance suggested this company since it was in network, but I m very displeased with my service. My car got towed in on a Friday evening. I had to get 2 new wheels and 2 tires and it took over a week for them to finish working on my vehicle. Said they would communicate and keep me updated, that didn t happen. I had to continuously call every few days for updates. They NEVER called me. They didn t even call and tell me it was ready for pickup. When I finally picked up my car, my charger was missing from my port. Told them & one of the workers gave me his, but mine shouldn t have been stolen. They charged me for tire disposal but then left the tire in my vehicle and didn t return my spare! :) (imagine that!) They did not call or alert or tell me that they kept my spare tire. I went back to request a refund for the tire disposal and to get my spare tire back. Do yourself a favor and choose somewhere else!Service: Tires

We had our car worked on after being rear ended. Our insurance found Kev s Kars and we couldn t be happier. The staff were very friendly. The work on the car was professional done and communication was proactive and reliable. They also detailed our car before we picked it up.

They were very communicative and professional. They kept me updated every step of the way, from the time I dropped it off until my car was ready for pick up. The work is great! They did an awesome job! My car looks brand new again! They even cleaned it for me before pick up.

Excellent service from Jennifer, Craig, and especially Marco who handled my insurance claim. The car came back looking great(if not better) as if nothing happened! I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants quality work done with a team of professionals. Nothing like a mechanic shop that is full of honesty and integrity but moreover they go above and beyond, seriously! The best experience I ve had yet at any automotive shop.

We are from Houston, but my son goes to school at Loyola. His car was flooded back during some heavy rain after Thanksgiving. Naturally I was worried about finding some place I could trust and would do quality work to check and remediate his car. Someone recommended Kev s Kars. We took his car to Kev s and we were not disappointed. They checked his car over totally, engine and powertrain, electrical, interior, etc. The remediated and fixed everything that needed fixing and they did it all for a reasonable price. But most of all I trusted them. I dealt with 3 people at Kev s, the mechanical side, the interior side, and the office manager, they all were pleasant and responsive. I think one of the best things that Kev s instills in their employees and culture is the importance of communicating with the customer. I never felt out of the loop when dealing with the folks I worked with. If my son has any car needs while he s in New Orleans, Kev s Kars will be our place.

Kev s Kars is an awesome company with excellent service! They are very professional and courteous, and their prices for repairs are very reasonable. I didn t know anything about Kev s Kars until I went to Goodyear for a battery and a diagnostic test to see why my Toyota Camry had a rough idle, was struggling to accelerate, was making a hissing sound, etc. Goodyear couldn t help and made the problem worse; however, they referred me to another auto shop, and the owner referred me to Kev s Kars. I had my car towed to Kev s Kars late Friday afternoon with the expectation that I would have to leave it there for the weekend. To my surprise, Jeff called me back, explained what I needed to get my car running correctly, and not long afterwards I got a call for me to pick up my car. My car is running so smoothly and quietly, and the acceleration is swift like it once was. I am so thankful to the Kev s Kars team (Jeff, Craig, and Jennifer) for being outstanding in their auto repair skills, coupled with integrity and kindness. Do not hesitate to give them your business. They will exceed your expectations!

This is the 4th time I ve had my car repaired at Kev s cars and I nothing but good things to say. Everyone is professional, the quote is fast and accurate and my car looks like new. I would recommend them to anyone.

Absolutely fast service. Drop one of my rental vehicle off at Kev s auto repair shop overnight we less than 10 hours of opening they Found and fixed the problem. Same day. Kraig was awesome. Definitely will be back with my rental vehicles. Perfect for me. Thank you Kraig.RidingInda504 L.L.C

Both times I ve taken my car here they have been professional,, pleasant, honest and quick to service my car. They work very well with AAA and did not try to sell us things we didn t need. I would recommend them highly!

Thanks again to Kev s Kars for getting my Hyundai palisade back into brand new condition. Working with Marco along with everyone in the front office keeping me updated weekly on the progress of getting parts and getting the work completed. It was more than I expected To happen. Working with Kev s Cars was a great experience from start to finish. Jeff was extremely knowledgeable and made sure to keep me updated throughout the process and get the right estimate to ensure my car was repaired back to its pre-wreck state. Kev s Kars did an impeccable job on my new 2022 vehicle that was hit from behind. The body, trim & paint job (on a new manufacturer s color) couldn t have been any better. I feel like I just drove it out of the dealership. There is a rental car company one block away which made it super convenient to get my rental while I waited for the repairs to be completed. After an accident in my brand new SUV, I had limited options on choosing a body shop to do the repairs at such a short notice. I took a chance and went with Kev s Kars (which I never heard of) and sent my vehicle to them for repair.They communicated with me every step of the repair process and was always so patient and polite when I called on an almost daily basis asking for updates.They worked with me on picking up my vehicle during their off hours and I can t even put into words how impressed I was with the work they had done. My SUV was in PERFECT condition when I got her back. Their dedication to getting my vehicle back in impeccable condition was astounding. I was honeslty speechless at how she was in such pristine condition from their repairs. You could never tell my vehicle had ever had any body damage at all.If we EVER need body work again, I refuse to go to any body shop but Kev s Kars. The customer service, the work, EVERYTHING was absolutely flawless. If you ever need to get work done to your vehicle, I can t recommend this company enough.
