I am rarely writing a review that is anything but the best. Unfortunately, this time around, this was not the case. It was extremely disappointing to be without a car, for over two and a half months. Very poor communication, from the get-go. Shortage of staff is clearly the case. Why do you accept the car if you can't repair it in a timely fashion ( within 30 days). This has resulted in spending a tremendous amount of time , going back and forth, and money for the rent a car. The body shop nor Peake BMW wanted to take any responsibility for it.Upon receiving repaired vehicle, I noticed that one item that I asked to be fixed, beyond the damage that was caused by the accident, was not even done & noone bothered to let me know. Besides Nicole, who tried her best to convey messages, in regards to completion of repair, but always based on me initiating a call, this experience was extremely disappointing, stressfull, and costly & has helped me to make a decision to NEVER lease/ buy from Peak BMW ( who owns Jay's Body Shop), ever again.

I truly appreciate the opportunity to write this review. I brought my 2021 228i xdrive BMW to Jay's and I must say not only was the service Exceptional & speedy during such a Chaotic time where a lot of accidents are occurring and other auto shops are completely booked up this auto shop is also super busy but still prides themselves on service, time management, Great customer service, loyalty and constantly touches base with the customer. They are on top of all things including touching bases with your insurance company. I will forever be a customer of Jay's. I felt welcomed, they were super nice & friendly and most of all I trust them. Thanks Guys Mrs.Reaux

This business did an outstanding job my 2013 3 series BMW, total face lift after I was in a wreck. The job done so professionally you would never guess she had been so messed up. These people are true professionals. I would highly recommend for body work and paint.

Horrible experience!! Avoid if possible. They took over month to fix a problem they said would take 2 weeks. VERY unprofessional. Do not do a full evaluation of cars. Had to take my car to BMW after to complete the rest of the work. They are using shortcuts to get paid the maximum amount from your insurance. BE VERY careful.

Facility is spotless, the staff knowledgeable. Was kept in the loop at all points re: the repair of my BMW after it was involved in an accident. With all aspects of care (the insurance company and the folks at Jay's worked in tandem) handled professionally, was a breeze to work thru this process, even down to getting a rental (there is an Enterprise right around the corner).

Beautiful work on my car! Friendly and efficient service. This is the body shop that Peake BMW recommended, and they did a great job.

Called Peaked BMW asked who they would recommend to repair my 5 series., they said all their vehicles go to Jay's which is owned by Peaked. The work was beyond good so much that I decided not to trade the carea in after the minor accident my daughter had. If you have a BMW I highly recommend Jay's.

Horrible service. My son went in just to get an estimate for a paint job. He was ran out of the business because it wasn t an insurance claim. The lady at the front desk was rude and down right disrespectful. She went to yelling at me and my son and said that s why y all get shot!!! By the way, we were referred by the Acura dealership to this nightmare of a business. I made sure I let the dealership know how awful the service was and to think twice not to send any body else over there, especially Africa Americans. If you re going to run a business please learn how to treat your customers of all ethnic groups with respect.

I went here for my vw jetta in January. It was ready when they said it would be and the work was top notch. Also Jays is extremely trustworthy. When i was paying I thought i had to pay my 500 dollar deductible. I wrote the check and handed it to Brad(I think) along with my insurance check. As im leaving Brad chases me out the door, stops me, hands me my check back and says they didnt need it. than he ran down to me how he saved me money. so he saved me 500 bux! And at that time i was struggling financially so that was an absolute Godsend. Im ultra suspicious of most mechanic shops but Jays has my business for life
