I had a free Saturday but only me to drive myself around. I made an appointment to get an oil change and tire rotation after seeing this is an option, after all, I would have to wait. My first thought is why are ALL time slots open? This is a great convenience if it really works. This is about 30 minute task so thought I'd try it to see if I could get out in 45 minutes or so.When I got there, everyone was really nice. However the representative told me that this might take an hour or two. He said "Even with an appointment, we get busy". This was 8:30 in the morning and I know they get busy, but I had an appointment. This is actually what I had expected to happen. After my silent reaction of disappointment, the gentleman also said something like "we'll try to get to you soon". Turns out, they were working on my car about 20 minutes later. This is probably about right as I wouldn't expect that they have a car lift waiting for me. Perhaps I got the first available lift.I left about 1:20 after my appointment time. They were working on car a little longer than I expected. I suppose that the oil change guy is not necessarily the tire rotation guy and they move from car to car as needed and available. An hour working on my car still seemed excessive.I'm generally satisfied with making an appointment at least this one time, but I caution others that I am not convinced that an appointment time guarantees prompt service. I was debating between 3 or 4 stars. I gave 3 stars since the time actually working on my car seemed excessive to me for the services requested.

First and only customer there when they opened. Walk in and the guy immediately said, "I hope that's not a diesel." I don't, but I could immediately tell by hisbattitude this wasn't going to be a great experience. He said he won't be able to enter me into the system because I have a fleet card until later, when someone else arrives. He said it will take a few hours and would not elaborate on what a few hours would be. Needless to say I ended up leaving before getting my oil change and tire rotation.If you have a fleet maintenance card, beware don't show up there first thing in the morning because they won't work on your vehicle. Also the guy work in the front desk needs some customer service training.Went to another shop around the corner that was happy to treat me like a customer and gave me zero issues.I had avoided this place for while after past experiences, and shouldn't have went back.

My Goodyear place closed so I went to a different one in Kenner to get my oil changed. I called first to make sure it was a good time to come. Everyone was super nice and I was impressed with their waiting area. They had water, coffee and a Coke machine, even a tv. I was told their slowest day was on a sunday. The wait time was reasonable and I will definitely go back there again.

Went to get tires rotated after an hour was told that they won't rotate them because tires were too worn. Tried to sell me 4 new tires. Bait and switch crooks.

The guys that work here are nice enough, and they've done good work for me in the past. Unfortunately, that's where my praise ends. The Goodyear organization is dysfunctional to say the least. I scheduled an appointment for service online, and when I arrived at the store they had no record of my appointment in the computer. I showed them my confirmation email, and they said this sort of thing has been happening a lot recently. Regardless, they didn't have time for both of the services I scheduled. In the end, I had to bring my car to another shop and pay more for the same services since I was planning to leave town later in the day.When I asked to speak with someone here at the store about what happened they told me to call the Goodyear customer service phone number. This turned out to be an even bigger waste of time. I waited on hold for 40 minutes just to speak with a clueless agent who put me on hold again and then ended the call. Goodyear should be ashamed to the way it treats customers!

Want to ripped off or taken advantage of well stop on by to this goodyear these guys smoke in people's cars while they work on cars in the store inside the shop they talk to customers rudely the employees are no good they steal products they pull there own car in the shop and work on it there lifts and equipment is not serviced right at all they will steal your money if I can give a 0 star I would Ron is a horrible person they will try to give you a deal if you don't like the price they change the minute you get there don't trust this goodyear I have seen them play on there phones laugh and joke more than they work on cars they lie so much to get more money in the shop I have seen them tell customers they need tires and they have amazing tred or the tire is very good and they try so hard to sell you products you don't need don't ever EVER COME BACK TO THIS SHOP they need to be reported for stealing products and pulling there cars in with no ticket involved at like I said in the beginning these guys smoke more than they work on cars out of all these people of two guys stand out 2 Mike Andy and Brian act very rude to customers very rudely these guys need to be investigated in for there lies they push to customers

TL;DR: Keep your receipts and fight to keep your "used" tires. Goodyear employees falsely stated I had tires on my car from 2016 even though they themselves replaced the tires over the last 2-3 years. So either they're lying or put old tires on my car. Replacement was over $700.I have been a Goodyear customer for years but my recent experiences are showing me that there are better companies I should do business with that don't take advantage of their customers. � Basically, over the recent years, I have been told several times that I needed to replace or repair tires that I purchased from Goodyear.� In 2016 and 2017, I bought tires. In Feb. 2019, I was charged ~$30 to get a new tire via my warranty. In April 2019, I was told I needed to buy a new tire for $199.98.In June 2021, a tire was causing the car to vibrate. I took it there and was told I needed to buy TWO tires for a whopping $425.75. Same problem with vibration. When I returned, I was told my tire rim was bent; any bent rim would have been due to Goodyear's employees since I did not have a bent rim prior to that. Tire balance. Tire still causing vibration. I inspected the car myself and realized the issue was a frozen caliper--proving that there was no need to replace my tires at all. Five months later, I returned because of additional tire issues. They replaced one tire that was under warranty (after a 3-day wait). Seven months later I returned again because the left rear tire steel belt was shifting/defective. It was then the employee told me that all of my tires were out of warranty because they were from 2016. The only way I could have tires from 2016 on my car at this point is if Goodyear put expired tires on my car during one of the prior tire changes. I was told then that I could get a "discount" to purchase new tires and was essentially scammed into purchasing three additional tires for $745.52.I continued to have problems with these "new tires" and just this week had to go in again for a tire balance. �My attempts to talk to a supervisor/manager were pointless. He blamed the tires on mileage but I only put ~37k miles on my car in TWO years. Goodyear either put expired tires on my car or falsified the true condition of my tires.� Additionally, they refused to give me the tires that were taken off of my car--I can only assume to resell them since there was nothing wrong with the tires.� They also said that my TPMS was suddenly faulty.� I feel completely�scammed by every interaction I have had with this place. The employees and manager there were very rude and disrespectful; they refused to provide an explanation when I told them that there was no need for these tire replacements and that there was no way that the tires that were on the car were out of warranty (either for mileage purposes or age).� Keep your receipts with this place, or better yet, take your business elsewhere.

Every time I go to Goodyear, my visits are always wonderful. The guys are always hospitable, they attend to all your questions that you have, and they re polite to each and every customer. I will definitely recommend my friends and family to Goodyear.

Went yesterday to buy some tires. Our sales rep was super nice and very informative. Gave us the 411 on the tires our car had options for and helped us make the best decision. The other guy was extremely sweet on the phone and he was super courteous to the other person on the phone line when we got there. The entire process was quick and easy. We left our car for a few hours and they called us for pickup. Thank y'all! Will be back next time!

Normally I am not one to complain but yesterday I stop by to get my A/c service and they told me to come back in the morning when they open and they could service my a/c and have it ready a little after noon that day. Well I showed up at 7:30am 30 mins before the shop open and waited, I finally got inside and they took my car in. Then I uber back home to wait. about 3 hours after they called me and said they could not service my car because they machine was broken. Well this really infuriated me because if I was told this ahead of time I would have never left my car there and wasted my time or there time. I really needed to get my a/c fix that day which this became a very big in convince for me. This is very unfortunate because I really like using Goodyear for my maintenance and care of my car.. Note: If your equipment is not working do not take services that used that equipment.

I don't think I've ever written a Google review, but this is the second bad experience I've had a this Goodyear location with David. Today I went there to get a price quote on two broken studs in my front passenger wheel tire. David told me it would be about $185 per broken stud. That's almost $370 total. I commented that that seemed really expensive. He said yeah, they might be stuck, so it's very labor intensive, and they'll also need lug nuts. I left and called the Goodyear near Lakeside mall and they said they'd do both for $135 total. I went to Radecker Tire on Williams and they completed the job for under $40. David, you should be ashamed of yourself for either price gouging, or giving misinformation.

This Goodyear location gets 2 thumbs up! I bypass several other locations and drive almost 30 minutes to get here. The customer service is top notch and I always feel welcomed. I usually make an appointment ahead of time and I m always in and out. I had an issue once, which was beyond their control. I informed that I was inconvenienced and they made it right (which I really appreciated). On my last oil change, they told me I needed new tires. I already knew that, but after talking to them, I realized just how serious it was. When selecting the tires, they helped me choose what made the most sense (as opposed to selling me the most expensive). Within 1.5 - 2 hours, they had the tires delivered and on my car.

David was who I spoke with on the phone and I m assuming he thinks because I am a woman I know nothing about tires because he was so rude and unhelpful. I called the other Goodyear in Kenner and Tom was very pleasant and we were able to get everything ordered and taken care of over the phone with no issues at all. Be more like Tom.

I have done business with this location for over twenty years and have always enjoyed the experience. Today, we had a problem with two of the set of four. After we returned home, the manager of this store called and offered to correct the problem. It's because of the quality of this person as well as management that we make Goodyear our home for tires and this location has always treated us fairly and with respect.

I called and set an appointment with Anthony to have my front passenger tire changed on my Honda Civic because of an egg on the side wall. My appointment was set for 7:45am. As soon as I walked in, I spoke with Ron because Anthony was in the back. I spoke with Ron about this god awful noise my car has been making and that I may need a front end alignment as well. They immediately took my keys and lug lock and started working on the tire change. I ended up changing both front tires because he advised me that it would be a much smoother drive that way. I got a call less than an hour later stating that my alignment and tire change was complete. He also diagnosed that miserable noise as a rear wheel bearing having gone bad and needing to be replaced. He gave me the quote, at which point I asked if the work could be completed right then and there. It was 8:45am. He said he could get it done but not to expect the car to be finished until sometime closer to 11:00am. I got a call at 9:45am saying my car was finished and ready to be picked up. I was skeptical about the noise issue being resolved because we changed the front wheel bearings a few months ago and the noise was still there. When I got in the car and drove out of the lot, I immediately noticed the change. There s no more noise and I don t have to be worried about getting on the interstate or driving too far from home now. This location has been an absolute pleasure to work with. Not only do they know what they re doing, they do it quickly. I ve been stuck having to wait 3-4 hours to have a tire changed. That is not the case here! They do what they can to get you in and out. Never will I go to any other location or business, these guys are seriously the BEST!

Customer service was good. The mechanics & techs were very nice. Went to get the nail removed from my tire & they told me it needed replacing & asked if I'd purchase a new tire that day. It didn't sit right with me so I left & took my car to Pep Boys. They repaired my tire, saving me $100+ . I'm not saying Goodyear lied to me but.....

Awesome service. My AC was going in and out and I was hoping to get someone to do a test to confirm what the problem was. I called around to other locations but was told to come by next week. Thankfully this location had the staff on hand to quickly diagnose my problem. Turned out to be my AC blower motor and resistor was not working any longer. They were able to get the needed part and resolve the issue. I was out of there in under 3 hours which was great because I happen to have the afternoon off from work and I doubt I would have had time to handle this another day. Excellent service and they also waved the diagnostic fee since I paid to resolve the issue. I typically do my own repairs on my cars but this time I'm glad I got the experts to look at it.

Caught a nail in right rear, they did a nice job on repair, however they do not verify the tire is balanced. Sent me on my way went down the road and car shaking. Went back The man says you need it balanced that's another 18.00 dollars I have no problem with the money it is the waste of my Time to go back and get what should have been done in the first place. Maybe if they would put there phone's away and focus on the business at hand it would be better for the Customers. In Summary make sure they check the balance of your tire when you get a repair done.

Extremely slow service and expensive prices. Staff was helpful but simple tire change was estimated at upwards of 8 hours. Originally told 3-4 hours then another 3-4 hours. Would not reccomend.

They were very friendly, and quick to get us in with 2 blown out tires. All other shops wanted us to wait days, but these guys got us in because we were passing through. Very satisfied

Zero Stars!!!Goodyear Kenner took the cap off my transmission and fluid has been leaking all over my car since I got it serviced-eventually killing my transmission. My car completely shutdown while on the road. What if I was in a horrible accident?!?!? I only go to Goodyear Kenner so I know it was them who made this very expensive mistake. Thankfully my transmission replacement was covered by my insurance. Even still I had to pay $500 deductible which was an expense i should have not paid had they were doing their job correctly.I will only go to my car s dealership from now on to get it serviced because this place will have your pockets and life in danger. Unacceptable!!!!!

Oil change visit. Addressed promptly when I arrived. The guy was nice. Their computers were down but they quickly improvised with paper which was fine and the computers were back up before my car was finished.

Great customer couteousy, service and kindness, got my low beam bulb replaced, I thought I was going to have to wait a bit but "NOT" I was in and out not a long wait at all bulb replaced, I reasonably priced and good to go!! Troy and Anthony you both ROCK!! I'll be coming back, because I received great service at this location, Thank you!!

Came in right before closing with a split in my tire. They could have turned me away because they were so close to closing time, but they took care of my vehicle in a professional and very speedy way. Five stars. If I could give them ten, I would.

Some of the parts they put on my truck had to be replaced only a year later.Also, A very sweet old lady that I know told me that she had to bring her car to another mechanic AFTER bringing it to goodyear because it drove WORSE after they serviced it, and her mechanic said your lucky you made it here because one of her tie rods (that they worked on) was barley holding on!

Ron and his team consistently provide excellent and reliable service. I have been to this shop on several occasions for maintenance and repair work on my 17 year old truck. Keep up the great work guys.
