Had an emergency type of situation. Chris recommended great tires and an affordable price. They went above and beyond to locate them at a different store and install them TODAY. Truck wasn t dirty when I picked it up like most others. Price was 400 dollars less than a competitor. I ll definitely go back.

My experience was amazing.Christopher & Cj who I think name is Christopher also, went beyond my expectations.I went to get a oil change and my engine light was on so I ask them to check that also it was my battery.I really had a meeting to attend and was pushed for time they really work together with getting my battery and oil change done while I went home to prepare myself and got my car back on time and I just want to say thank you for your awesome work and dedication guys. I will always be a returning customer.

Excellent quick service. I had issues with a set of tires. Chris worked with the manufacturer to get me a replacement set of tires. They also took their time and did a professional job balancing them. You can t ask for more!!

I had a great first time experience at Delta World Tire today! Chris and C.J. were so helpful replacing 9 tires and rims on 2 of my vehicles. I am definitely done with going to Goodyear because of the great customer service and they did everything I needed done with a great attitude! A+

Very friendly and professional. Needed 4 new tires and radiator and brake work. Very happy with the work and the price. Will definitely be back as the need arises.

The only reason it's a 4 star. I made an appt. And it still took 2 hours. But the service was great. The guys were informative and explained everything to me. They were nice and professional even when impatient customers were being rude talking down to them. They explained there would be wait to everyone that left their vehicle. Ceejay was my tech that explained everything and was great.

I had an electrical problem with my instrument panel and lights with not working . The mechanic and serviceman were extremely helpful in resolving the problem. Being from out of town I was elated with their help.

Brought my truck for a alignment and got it back worse than when I Brought it it still pulls to the right and now the steering wheel is not straight. I have done business with this location for somewhere around 20 years and will never walk into any Delta World Tire again nor will I recommend them

My 81-year-old father went to get windshield wipers and they told him they were ordering them. They ll put them on as soon as they get there shouldn t be too long. This was this morning. An hour later they tell him it s going to be another hour, because the person placing the order didn t hit confirm the order, so after sitting there for two hours, he finally got his windshield wipers. Of course he s afraid to leave to go get lunch because he don t wanna lose his place and have to wait when he comes back so he refuses to leave the place to go eat so sits there hungry. Horrible service, horrible way to treat an elderly person.

Brought my 2015 f250 lifted 4x4 in for a front-end alignment and oil change. Chris who helped me out inside was very helpful and extremely customer service driven. Anthony who did my front end alignment was very impressive. He would make adjustments then drive it. Then make more adjustments and drive it again. He did this multiple times until it was perfect. Would have given 5 stars but I had a slight oil filter problem. Would definitely recommend theses guys

Good evening, today is September 15. I went in thinking what is seriously wrong with my air conditioner because I ve been driving in heat I was waiting to find out what was wrong with the air conditioner and the gentleman told me nothing was wrong with my air conditioner. I had to sit on the wrong temperature. I didn t get his name but the gentleman he was so nice everybody there was real nice surprise God thank you Jesus.

So slowGreat customer service but I drop my truck off at 8 AM to have four tires put on and an oil change and I picked it up at 2 PM. That is crazy.

Called and scheduled an appointment for 4 new tires. Arrived and was told they don t have the tires. What a waste of time

Dealing with this mechanic shop has been a NIGHTMARE! IF YOU HAVE A JEEP WITH MECHANICAL ISSUES or WIRING PROBLEM DON T BOTHER TO BRING IT HERE! IT TOOK THEM TWO DAYS TO DIAGNOSE MY CAR. I told them everything what was going on with my car before it was towed to them. Comes to find out on day 3 they have to order parts for my vehicle to get fixed. After all that I told them I will pick up my car that day NO ONE INFORMED ME ABOUT A FEE! They will leave my car out to pick it up, due to me getting off so late I couldn t. The next day when I m telling them that I will pick up my car now it s a $179 fee because of diagnosis. This mechanic shop is a WASTE OF TIME! Everyone I ve been speaking with has horrible CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Been coming to Delta World Tire in Kenner for over 10 years. Heath is amazing and very helpful in every aspect of service. Knowledgeable, friendly, upfront and honest. As long as Heath is here I will continue to bring my vehicles here to get serviced. Reasonable prices and prompt service. 100% recommended

Very happy to see Heath promoted to the Lafayette facility. I have trusted Heath and crew to service my vehicles since his arrival in Kenner so many years ago. While I will miss him in Kenner ...I wish him only the very best in his future. Delta World Tire has an Ace on their team.

I tried going to the bigger stores (Costco/Sams) but I am always let down. Delta World is always great in helping me find the right tire for the right price. They are down to earth and do a great job in a timely manner. Only thing is the link they sent me to take a survey didn't work, so I'm leaving a review here. THANK YOU!

I came from out of town, Dallas, Texas for my father s funeral the day before the funeral. My AC blower motor went out, and these guys stepped up to the plate replaced it in less than three hours, and I was able to go to the funeral the next day with my car Cannot ask for any better service than that.

Called the store to confirm they would be able to do a front end alignment and was told that if I come right away they would be able to do it. 20 minutes later when I arrived was immediately turned away and was told their was no way they could do it. Very poor communication caused me to waste my time.

I brought my vehicle to a national place that sells tires and batteries for an alignment. They said they couldn't align the vehicle since the tires are larger than factory. So I brought my vehicle to Delta World Tire on Williams. They got it aligned in the time frame they gave me. I asked the alignment tech if it gave him any trouble and he said no. The price was better here as well. I should've just gone with Delta in the first place. Thanks for getting my vehicle straight in a timely manner and at a fair price.

I brought my vehicle first thing in the morning and the technician had told me one and a half hours to install four tires on my SUV. They installed them in a timely manner.Thank you DWT

Outstanding service. This was my first time going to this place. I went in for a wheel alignment after getting a new set of tires at a different place. All the staff were professional and welcoming.What most impressed me about this place is their honesty. They called me and informed me that my car had the right alignment numbers and that I didn t need a wheel alignment at this time. If you want an excellent and honest service, this is the place to go. I ll definitely be going there from now on for all of my car repairs!
