Took my car in for a second cat delete , when i tell y all they were quick and service was amazing! Would recommend to do work with these guys, my car sounds amazing

Very friendly and professional. I had to wait an extra day to have work done due to them being busy and no scheduled appointment, but worth the wait. Listened to what I wanted and recommended the best system for me. Great price for a fully custom flat black exhaust.

These guys are great. I never expect a free service, NEVER! But I came in to get an O2 bung welded to my motorcycle exhaust for my turbo kit. I dropped it off, and they were done in 10 minutes. They did a great job, really great flawless weld, and when I went to ask for payment, they told me this one was on the house. I really appreciate the generosity and you guys would have gotten a 5 star review regardless of cost as the timing and work was done professionally and with care.Service: Exhaust

I called to have a catalytic converter changed and they advised me about a federal government program that says manufacturers must pay for work. These honest guys advised me about this and lost the money to help me out. Would call them for any work that I want done in the future!

I have had multiple vehicles worked on here and I recommend them to everyone. The are extremely nice, have great pricing, and do quality work.They installed my truck's exhaust system for a fraction of the prices I was being quoted by other shops and when I broke some baffles in the muffler years later, they replaced the muffler for close to nothing.Some kids trying to cut my girlfriends catalytic converter out, only getting about half way through, and we were dreading the hundreds of dollars it would cost to get it repaired. Custom Muffler fully repaired all of the cuts for under $100 and had it done fast.These guys hit that rare trifecta of good price, quality work, and great costumer service and they have me as a life long customer.

Very impressed with the quality of service and honesty. Keith and his guys do a wonderful job. I will recommend this place to everyone I know. Finding a repair shop that will give you an honest opinion and quality service is hard to find these days. Short story: I had bought an aftermarket exhaust online and was installing it on my own. During that process I almost stripped one of the 14mm nuts holding the stock muffler piping to the midpipe. The dealership told me to come back later and was going to charge me $62.50 to get it up and get the nut off, but the guy at Custom Mufflers was able to get under the car and get it off in 2 minutes. On top of that he wouldn't even take the money I offered! If I ever need any custom muffler work done I will definitely be going here again. Also, their shop cat is pretty cool!

This was my third visit over the past four years. When the folks with Custom speak with you, they listen to what you say. They do excellent work at fair prices and overall, represent an exceptional value.This third visit was to correct something I did several years ago that didn't hold up. In correcting the issue, they though of a little something extra they could do to increase the durability and just did it. It was a very inexpensive change, might have added a dollar or two to the bill. The cost was negligible. It's that they recognized the vulnerability, knew that this some time change would help and just did it because it was the right thing to do.In a month or so when the exhaust system arrives for my new car, it'll be my fourth visit. I've no reason to go anywhere else.Thanks, guys!

When compelled to get the aging exhaust system on my '03 Tundra some major repair work, I was already discouraged. A local dealer refused to touch it, telling me that the whole thing was "gone" and should be replaced. This was daunting, and my fixed income loomed ominously. Not knowing where to go, I hit the yellow pages and narrowed it down to a couple of shops. After checking them out on Google Maps and reading good reviews on Custom, I took the truck over there. What impressed me was the great degree of personal attention to the problem, and the "waste not, want not" approach to the repair. These guys did everything they could to save what was still good, and refused to scam me on new parts that were not needed. Keith rebuilt the system with sublime expertise and attention to detail. His welds looked like zippers! The work was done quickly, and I had the truck back in just a couple of hours. There was a bad O2 sensor, (a rather pricy part), but I was given the option to go out and buy it myself so he could get it installed. So many shops use an opportunity like this to order up a part and double the price on a customer. These guys are honest, and didn't do this to me. Putting in that sensor was no picnic, either. There was rust and age under there, and with his torch and grinder, Keith rebuilt the entire site. The total bill came to significantly less than expected, and it is so nice not to see that "check engine" light now. When it was done I was allowed to see the work while it was still up on the rack. Their shop is not sleek and flashy like a dealership's, but it is very clean, efficient, and well-ordered. You won't see any grease spots here. Their restroom is clean, and they have a couple of nice cats guarding the shop. The place is a bit out of the way, and is in a rough industrial commercial area out near the airport, but they have locking gates, and lifts that would probably pick up just about any vehicle. I think that a customer can get a truly fair deal here, and have really good work done.

I came to this place and brought my own exhaust for them to weld on my truck. The gentleman were very nice and they did it for a very good price. I watched them do all the work and i really liked how clean and professional it came out. I highly recommend this place if i would of known how low their flowmaster prices are i would of just bought it from them.

Someone stole my catalytic converter on a Tuesday my insurance contacted Keith on that Thursday and my car was fixed and back to me by Friday evening and they waited on me until 6 so I could get my car back and made it to a wedding on Saturday! I cannot thank them enough!

Very professional in his line of work. He installed my custom exhaust by ZZPerformance and adjusted the exhaust correctly and did modifications on the tip because the tip stuck out far past the bumper he took the time and corrected that for me it looks very nice!! I wanted a custom exhaust system on my truck and they did exactly what I wanted. Plus it sounds absolutely amazing. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants a custom exhaust system put on there car or truck. Plus the service was amazing. I will definitely bring my future trucks to them.

My best friends own this place in kenner Louisiana! I as a best friend and part time employee of custom muffler and NOLA mudjacking are so Blessed to have and be a part of ! Mark ; James and Keith have been WORKING TOGETHER since after Hurricane Katrina and established Custom Muffler to be the best customer service I have ever experienced and Great Compassion for Customers to be satisfied ! They all three take time together to MAKE sure that all customers are extremely proud to mention where did they get those beautiful pipes and great sound of their Automobile! Go Custom. I am from out of town. Exhaust manifold breaks on I-10 and I manage to find this place. I could not leave the truck overnight to let it cool down but they put it on the wrack and diagnosed the problem free of charge. They gave me the information I needed to accurately describe and line up a repair service in Baton Rouge before I made it back to BR. Thank you

Keith installed some headers and custom built an X-Pipe for my 2014 Chevy SS Sedan and i am more than pleased with the work he did... will definitely recommend him to anybody i know needs work done

Recieved a quote to replace the exhaust, custom muffler wanted twice the price. The dealer was cheaper, a total "Rip off". Not trustworthy at all. Will not recommend this muffler shop

Destroyed my gas tank on Carrollton during all that construction. These guys replace my gas tank at a decent price and even reconnected my catalytic converter that was hanging. great job!!
