Excellent repair service. Got my front bumper repaired and replacement headlight. Looks like brand new with no issues even visible. Great speed of repair as well. Repair cost seemed fair even though my insurance covered it. Would recommend this business to others.

These guys are great. Professional, kind and understanding. The receptionist went above and beyond. The gentleman that stop he was doing and came out his office to explain everything that was done, assured me my car was ok and if I had any problems I could bring it back. It was ready 8 days early. I would recommend you guys to everyone. Excellent work. Thanks

Allstate recommended that i bring my vehicle to collision pros for repairs after getting into a minor fender bender. I drove my vehicle around for two weeks before bringing it in and everything worked fine, the only problems were cosmetic. After all of the repairs were completed I received a call from Allen stating that my AC was damaged, but it was not from the accident (it worked perfectly fine for the two weeks after the accident). They refused to admit that this was a mess up on their end and sent me on my way. Allstate recommended that I bring the vehicle to another mechanic for a second opinion. I then received a call from the new mechanic stating that whoever dealt with the vehicle last over charged the AC system and permanently damaged it in the process. I had to pay for those repairs out of pocket. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here for repairs.Update: After getting in touch with owner of the shop, Kevin, he looked over everything and sent a check in the mail to cover the cost of the AC repairs. He handled it professionally and in a timely manner. I really appreciated this.

I went to collision pros for a repair of the front bumper and headlight on my vehicle. They gave me an estimate of two weeks and I received my car in about 10 days, good as new.

Called this place to do body work on my car and from the beginning they were very professional Mr. Alan has great attitude and Went all out to provide me with information on getting my car back on the road. It took about a week which was very fast. When I got my car back the work was impeccable. Okay, work.. room for improvement.. just an ok shop. 100% good customer service. The car came back worse with more scratches. Attention to dealing was not the key here. The front end does line up ,the car doesn't look quality anymore. Can't recommend this shop.

These pros really now how to do it right. From the staff to the finish product. I still can t believe how good my damaged truck came back, it looks like it was never damaged. Great job guys!

Before wasting your time on an estimate, know this:1. They will estimate far more items on your car than required.2. They ll take all day.3. They ll overcharge.Ridiculously overpriced estimate by more than $700. And they re all the way out in Kenner, which is a little silly.
